Storage place was clean, climate controlled and very secure. Personnel were very helpful and accessible.

Last year, I was in a bind and had to move suddenly without much notice - CubeSmart to the rescue!! I would like to extend my sincere appreciation and gratitude towards not only the fabulous storage facility that CubeSmart IS, but also for the store manager, Tyra, who is a true asset to the company. She was always pleasant and helpful during every interaction, provided excellent customer service and care both over the phone and in person as well as this facility is kept in pristine condition and Ive felt very confident in my decision to keep a rental unit here. Ive also rented from CubeSmart in Merritt Island, and they were wonderful there as well. I will not hesitate to use this facility again, and will refer them to any and all for storage needs!! Had a great experience with Tyra. I had tried online registration and it would get all the way to the end and the website would lock up. Went in on a Saturday and Tyra had me in and out and ready to go in ten minutes. Clean, sanitary and secure facility.

Quality of management has dropped off. Was much nicer and helpful just over a year ago when I used their facility. Witnessed a heavy rain and saw how poorly the building was constructed (now I know why insurance is mandatory. To cover their butts). Water gushed through the base of the exterior walls. Flooded the first floor with nearly and inch of water inside in rear areas. Hopefully better luck on the upper floors. Advantages are next to interstate access (I-75) and central to Patrick SFB and Kennedy Space Center.

We keep everything we need for our work here. We are in and out constantly, and are on a first name basis with the staff. They always wave and ask how business is! The space is clean and secure and therefor respected by everyone who uses it. There are two elevators, one on each side of the building. I have never been there when an elevator has not been available or there wasn’t a cart ready for me to load up. Parking is never a problem. It is the quintessential perfect storage facility. There have been opportunities to move storage units but I always say no because I know we have a good thing when I see it. Thanks Tyra and Bill!!

I was very impressed with the building and the manager. Tyra could not do enough to make the move in work. I had lots of questions and she could not be more helpful. The online registration left somethings to be desired as it would not go through at the end with signing documents.

The General Manager, Bill did a great job when we first met showing me around the facility and where my storage room would be. When I actually checked in it was Bill once again who helped me with the rental and contract. Bill was extremely professional meeting all of my needs. Though the facility is new you can tell that it is well maintained due to the appearance and cleanliness. Though I am hoping for short term usage of the facility, I will definitely stay here if I should need a smaller unit once locating my new home.

Cube Smart Viera is a wonderful new storage facility. The provided contactless check in during the COVID pandemic. They can accommodate many unit sizes and their customer service is excellent. It is temperature controlled so you don’t have to worry about mold issues. I would highly recommend this brand new facility.
