Same experience as others. placed order, than NO response after took my $ & no product sent. will be contacting bbb!

Purchased two Serta office chairs on May 2, 2017. This place had the lowest price I could find on them. Was a little worried after reading some of the reviews. But, I called and got a hold of a friendly representative to confirm my order, and the two chairs arrived two days later on May 4, 2017 in perfect shape. My employees love the chairs! Great purchase and service.

I was skeptical at first because of the low price but my chair was shipped very quickly and was brand new. Excellent service and customer support. No complaints.

EDIT to review below. I did email this company about my order and asked to have it canceled. ZERO RESPONSE but they did refund my money, so I assume the email was received and processed?? I do not understand the lack of response. Very poor customer service, at the very least.Unresponsive. I have ordered a few times from this company and have had no issues until now. Always fast shipping, no complaints. My current order says PROCESSING, which it has shown for nearly a month. I have called and left voice mails, and emailed 3 times with no response whatsoever. My order is tiny but I dont feel like I should be out the money for product I apparently will never receive. What is the recourse? Is this place even still open?? Im very disappointed.

This was awesome!!! There was no way I could afford to buy what I did unless I had found this gem. I am very satisfied. All the items came as described and in grand condition. Now my Calvin and Hobbes newspaper collection is in plastic sheet protectors and proudly stored in an 11 by 17 in 3 ring binder.Pros: Super cheap about 1/4 the cost of every other store I could find that sold my item, free and timely shipping (about a week), and a non automated phone number to contact them (so nice not to talk to a computer).Cons: No tracking number for package, not best at responding to emails.I was unsure of purchasing from this place because I feared they could be fake due to the lack of reviews but they were incredible and proved to be a great business. If I ever need to buy obscure office products again they have my business!

Ordered four office supplies from them. At first, I was skeptical because of the negative reviews and no tracking info, but after calling them they said they cant provide it because thy get it shipped from a supplier in a warehouse. I ordered on Monday and it arrived on Thursday. All brand new items, name brand. LOVED it! I am going to be buying from them soon again. They have a new customer. Thank you very much for all the help and assuring me you were a legit business!

Warning DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!Purchased a small office product because it was cheap online from this company.-They easily accepted my money-Never sent me any shipping or tracking info-Item was never sent-Emailed them 2x, no response-Called them, number goes straight to voicemail, never returned my message-Had to dispute the charge with my credit card company, takes like 4 weeks what a pain-The good reviews on here must be fake or from years ago.-Wish I could give 0 stars

I placed an order on-line, received an e-mail confirmation, and then received an e-mail advising my order was cancelled because billing information was missing. Why cancel the whole $40 order if I could have provided the missing details? An e-mail to the sender was ignored. Very poor service, and not a good example of what one should expect from a Woman Owned Minority Business.
