I just went there to do a couple returns for Amazon. I didn’t have my glasses with me, so I could not see but The manager was nice enough to help me choose this drop off location, but forgot to tell me it’s 5.99 charge, (it was free at Kohl’s) and on one item he charged me another 5.76 for a box -after he boxed it up. There is something to be said for being up front and honest, and always bring your glasses! I won’t return here, the store in the Shoppes of Vierra are always so helpful and let me know the best way to return.

I came in today to ship an item, and was met by people that clearly enjoy what they do. Reesie was very helpful in getting my stuff printed and shipped.Anthony too was nice. I look forward to returning in the future. Good work!

They are very helpful here. Each time I come in to drop off returns, I have a pleasant experience. Today, I brought a large cooler to send out for repair. They helped get a box that fit and packed it up. Worth every dollar!

Paid $200 for UPS Next Day Air® Early Saturday Delivery to ship a $1700 laptop and it never came. The tracking was never updated. They lost a $1700 laptop and refuse to pay for it.

My family has been using this facility for a long time Never once have I ever had nothing but first class service. The employee are extremely nice and efficient. I appreciate the level of service provided.

I sent my wife to ship a box, and asked them to print the label for me.This store charged my wife $2.47 to print the label. Total scam!!The label was already paid for, all they needed to do was print it.Even then I have in the past only been charged for printing a sheet of paper about .15 cents, and with military discount as low as 13 cents.But when my wife came here by her self, with my child they took advantage of her and charged her the cost of printing all sheets even thou only 1 was needed for the label. And they went as far as to charge $2.00 for “computer use”.I went back after work and spoke with the manager and she said they charged my wife appropriately.Because she found that to be appropriate I would let you the reader of this review to decide if it was appropriate!I don’t recommend giving this store any business.

The employees there are super nice and helpful. I went there to get electronic fingerprints done for my job. I got there 30 mins early, got me in and out no problems.

Excellent and courteous service by knowledgeable and experienced employees. The young man was so courteous and amazing. I just moved into the neighborhood, and I am so very happy that the location is convenient to my home, as I know I will be frequenting this place.

Prompt service! Used the UPS notary service and wasnt dissapointed. Staff was courteous with arranging a witness to sign documentation. Fees were reasonable and within my expected price range. Highly recommend for needs beyond just basic boxing and shipping. Nice selection of small items you may have forgotten when packing or even a few things that make shipping/packing easier.

I liked coming to this store until this morning 9/17/2018. The guy really offended me. He asked me if I had a rough weekend and made fun of my voice. I have a paralyzed vocal cord from birth from a ventilator being stuck in my throat so my voice is kind of raspy, however he had no right to ask me because not only is it none of his business, it’s VERY unprofessional.

Wow, so sad! Just not the same place with the new owners. I used to look forward to shipping packages. I was recognized coming in the store and they were efficient. Now its just a mess. Not the same level of customer service. I will miss the original owners for sure.

What a great group working at this location, shout out to Rachael and Ressie. We have been shipping items over the last year, including expensive artwork. The packages all shipped safely, we were given options, the packing done top rate. The pricing competitive. Ours was emotionally difficult packing up our parents house, they were kind, helpful and caring. When we needed a notary they were available and professional. I wish they were at my store in Colorado.

The best customer service Ive ever gotten at a shipping center and I ship a lot with my business. The workers are amazing and always very friendly and even help load my packages to the car!

I came in 5 minutes prior to closing and one other customer did the same. She took care of the lady infront if me and then it was my turn. I told her I just needed two documents bonded together. She said “I only get paid until 6”.... at first I thought she was joking. But she was being brutally honest as we have a stare down contest. Then she said well ICan have it ready for tomorrow.. I said no I need it by tomorrow morning. The whole time she has an attitude. So I decided to not give this store my hard earned money and toldHer not to worry about it. It’s sad because I have done business before with them and had good experiences including with the Philippino lady that helped me on this occasion. But for some reason it was asking for to much to bond a document.

Very conveniently located right around the corner, but I would rather travel 25 miles to the FedEx in Merritt Island. The owner really didnt seem like he wanted my business. I needed something printed quickly and he turned on his computer for my USB drive and then went to help someone else. After he finally got back it took forever for him to open the file, only to find out it was not formatted correctly in his version of Word.

Came here to print some documents from a USB drive when my printer ran out of ink. They were incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. Will definitely come back again!

Everything was packed to perfection and options were offered tosave me $$$. I always enjoy the professional atmosphere and courtesy that all employees display.

I received an in person quote from this store to ship a camera back to the manufacturer service center under warranty plus insurance that was almost a 100% more than what I actually paid when shipped from UPS. Store claims rates are the same,and maybe they are, but it appears that they up sell boxing above and beyond what is necessary. Apparently they quoted a 12 cubic ft box for a camera. Ive used this location before, and thought the rates were substantially more than I would have guessed, but now I know they are higher.

UPS should re-evaluate whether they want their brand associated with this particular store. These people are trying to literally rob customers, and I will be checking with the Better Business Bureau and checking the consumer laws regarding charging practices.I went in today and attempted to print a 1-page document off the copier/printer using a USB. The associate told me there would be a $2 charge for computer time, and I told him I was not using the computer. He said there would still be the $2 charge. Essentially they want to force people to use (or pay for use) of the computer when it is not necessary. The printers are USB compatible.I take real issue with the additional charge when someone using the exact same product (the copier/printer) to print off a 1-page document would be charged approximately $0.20. They either need to charge EVERYONE using the printer $2 usage fee for the 1st page or they need to install printers that do not accommodate USBs.But currently, these are illegal consumer practices and I will be contacting the BBB as well. I have used this store regularly, but I will not be patronizing this store anymore. Neither will I be using UPS (there are way too many alternatives out there...FedEx anyone) until they take some action to reign in this ship store using their name.

Better off going somewhere else. Rip off.
