My Auto Surgeon saved me 2500 bucks. Les Schwab said I needed my whole front end replaced on my 2005 K2500. Got a second opinion to make sure and no work was needed. Only an alignment. Very grateful for their honesty. I will be back for sure and will be recommending others to take their cars and trucks to them.

My Auto Surgeon has shown to been reliable and honest with each visit. We take my car (European), my husbands car (electric), and both our children use My Auto Surgeon for their Toyota and Hyundai. Weve never felt we were being ripped off or lied to, in fact at times where they could have easily snagged a few extra bucks on repairs, they were so honest to point out that the issue(s) wasnt as serious as expected and saved us some money! While this should be expected behavior at all auto repair locations, sadly, it is not. We feel lucky to have come across this place and will keep recommending to all who need service. These guys have worked on my BMWs (newer and older), a newer Mustang, and a 70s era VW Bug. They just crush it each and every time. They are knowledgeable, professional, very friendly and courteous, and their recap of services rendered is always detailed and complete. No one likes spending money on car repairs, but at least with My Auto Surgeon I always feel as though it is (a) money well spent and (b) a value when acknowledging the service that I receive. Strongly recommended!

After taking in my car a few times, they got to every problem I had and made sure that they talked with me about the options I could take for repairs. They didnt overcharge, covered the charges of previous issues that werent addressed in the first visit, and the kindness when serving was well worth the visit.

I would highly recommend this place to get your car fix and maintained. They are have a great staff, reasonable prices, and very knowledgeable. I live south Sacramento, its worth the drive, knowing that my car is in good hands.

These guys are awesome. They are as prompt as they are friendly. While sitting in their very comfortable waiting room I had the chance to observe them interacting with several customers. Lets just say i keep leaving there shop with more issues than i came with and they have charged me over 100 multiple time to fix same issue i cam in originally not only that when they installed a part in my car they just used zipties and glue said tgey would refund me and still have been fighting ti get my money back

I love my auto surgeon. But on this occasion I took my car in for an alignment I noticed but didnt pay attention that the service tech took a quick start to my car to start it. The next morning I got in my car to start it and the battery was dead and nobody informed me that I had a problem with my battery. If somebody would have told me that while I was there my auto surgeon could have sold and installed the battery for me

I just wanted to share my great experience at this business. First of all, I loved the name. As a surgeon and business owner myself, where else would I bring my car! The team there is terrific! I met Chris and Mirene who helped me and they were great. As far as their diagnostic skills were concerned, they identified the problem quickly and fixed it, and at a very reasonable and sensible price. No BS, just good work and great service! Great customer service, great work, reasonable prices. Took my Audi A6 there for an alignment, due to some uneven wear on my tires. They trued everything up, and even explained the computer printout of the before and after alignment numbers. Ill definitely be going back to MAS for any future repairs.

This staff invited me to look at the damage that was caused to my axle. They explained how they would fix it at a reasonable cost and did exactly what they said. Great experience, I highly recommend them!

I used this place last year when my car stopped working. They were able to give me a reasonable quote before I was able to take the car in (cheapest place in the area by a few hundred dollars). Once the car was in they kept me informed every step of the way, going so far as to offer ways to save money. For example: I could use part A for $300, or he could go to an auto part store and pick one off the shelf for $200.Numerous times they went above and beyond what I paid in order to get my car fixed as soon as possible. I recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

Seth really helped me out. All I needed was the refrigerant evacuated out so I could work on the ac myself and other places wouldnt do it for some reason (probably because my bobbly parts are in my shirt instead of my pants) Seth did it no problem and wished me an easy time working on my daughters car.

I used to go to auto surgeon all the time. I was coming home from work one day ( at 3 am) and the buss in front of me slammed on his breaks causing me to slam my breaks to avoid a crash. I went to Auto Sugeon first, I cant remember what they replaced but I had to pay a lot of money for it. Then I went to Costco to make sure my tires were ok and said everything was all right but I still heard a noise so I went back to Auto Surgeon and actually showed the mechanic what I heard why driving. Turns out I stripped my tires and neither place noticed... The sad thing is thats all that was wrong. And Costco has a life time warranty for tires, I could have gotten that done for almost free. Instead I waisted a lot of my money... Ill be honest with you when the owner was working at the store close to my house I loved it. But now that he opened another store and is at that store I feel like well effort isnt being applied. There is no actual supervision for the mechanics working there..

Chris got me in with late notice, took care of my car promptly. Ive had other work done here before and excellence is expected and delivered every time. Ive used both the Roseville and Rocklin locations, AWESOME!

I live in Vancouver, Wa and recently bought a used car in Rocklin. But before I flew down to pick it up, I called and talked to Chris Kwon at Auto Surgeon to schedule a pre-inspection (which I ended up finding on Google and going with them because of their awesome reviews). Since I live in another state, I asked Chris if he could have his mechanic give me his honest opinion on the overall condition of the vehicle, which he said absolutely, no problem. Chris was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help me out. I ended up buying the car, and when I got the car home to fix the things Chris and his team found, my mechanic said he didnt find anything else, and that they did a great job with the pre-inspection. I would highly recommend My Auto Surgeon!

I was told by another mechanic that I needed new front and back brakes; I only had enough money to do the front. 6 months later I go to My Auto Surgeon to do the back brakes and it turns out I didnt even need new ones. And they didnt charge me to tell me I didnt need new ones. I will be coming here FOREVER just because I can trust them to tell me the truth instead of gouging me for every penny.
