While the staff was super friendly in helping price out a phone upgrade, the $190 mandatory accessory kit they told me was “required” to get Verizon’s latest deals from their store was not at all impressive. Especially since that didn’t happen to come up until into the upgrade processWhile there’s nothing wrong with having ways to increase revenue to offer a higher level of service, the “authorized” in the store name should mean the same program requirements Verizon offers or a very clear sign that they have their own requirements.Of course, that other authorized dealer aka giant electronics store down 65 has no such mandatory accessory requirement when I drove in a few minutes later.
The worst place to come. All staff what I met there couldnt help me. They do not know what to do. Really, I do not know what they are doing there.Ive been here two times and always those guys made significant changes in my plan. They never ask permission or tell what they want to add. After visiting Ive noticed many not needed features and changed plan. Today Ive noticed in my bill that I have to pay 25bucks for home protect😡My advice, newer come here.
This is not a Verizon retail store. They charge you a set up fee when you buy a phone. They cannot assist with Verizon issues because they are not a retail store. They signed me up for the highest plan rather than the lowest. They did not explain (or maybe know) the consequences of not picking up all new phones at the same time. It has created a billing nightmare to say the least. Spend the extra minutes and miles to deal directly with a Verizon store or do it online! I wish I had!
I would like to thank Ryan, the Manager of the store for his excellent customer service! After a bad experience I had a few years back, I thought I would give this store a second chance and I’m glad I did! I broke my phone and had to get a new one and Ryan made it so easy for me, I was in and out within 30 minutes with a new phone and he helped me pick out a better plan! I highly recommend coming here to see Ryan! It’s definitely worth the wait!
By far the easiest experience getting a new phone. Kris was super helpful. New what he was doing! It was perfect. Flash forward three months. Getting another phone and Jenna was amazing she knows her stuff
Michael and Zeke were extremely helpful in setting my phone up. I went to the store near the Galleria and they just handed me my new device and told me to have a good day. They were extremely professional and took the time to help me set the phone up. Thank you guys again.
Yesterday I came into the store and was warmly greeted by Michael. I went to this store because my google would not update and I knew it was time to get a new phone. Michael helped confirm that I had no more storage on my phone amd made the process extremely easy. Then he noticed my home phone was outdated and helped me upgrade to a new one. I had issues figuring out how to set up up, but I called up and Michael was able to help me over the phone. Thank you again for making my life so much easier.
I came into the store today panicking because all the other Verizons were closed. My old phone broke and I was unable to contact my family. I was in desperate need of help to transfer my stuff to my new iphone. When I came in Michael was super considerate of everything that was going on with the virus and kept his distance. He was super helpful and fast to get me back home as fast as he could. I definitely reccomend this store and will make this my new store.
I went into the store because my sim card stopped working and Zeke helped get me in and out extremely fast during my break. Was extremely helpful and professional. Will start going here for now on.

Your customer service is horrible. I bought two iPhones last year, I went in to get a screen protector and was told it was not in stock. They would order one and would get a call when it gets in.....two months later still no screen protector but in the meantime you guys are contacting me about trading in my phone. Yesterday I went into the store and spoke to Michael and Ryan about my phone not working, and they were extremely helpful. The store in roseville near the best buy ignored me and told me there was nothing they could do however after 5 minutes at the Rocklin store my phone was as good as new. Thanks again Michael and Ryan.
Trevor(manager) is the greatest. Informative and thoughtful. Not a long wait here. I did not feel rushed by Trevor. The other stores push you through.
So I went into the store today bc I thought my boys screen was cracked and Michael assured me that it was not and proceed to show me that its the glass protector over the screen. Thank god i didnt have to get the screen fixed. Then he asked me if i had the Goadvantge program(which is the screen replacement program) which i found out my wife got it for him when he got the phone. So i walked in thinking his phone was a gonner and walked out knowing he has two more replacements on the glass. Best investment ever and thank you Michael and the screen protectors

Absolute scummiest salesmen ever! It is apparantly A-ok with gowireless to sell a service plan completely undisclosed, and charge 80 dollars per-phone for something that we did not want, did not ask for, and were never even told about. We also were directly lied to when we asked about the screen protectors and cases that we asked about and the salesmen said oh its all included which, since we were never told a service plan had been added to anything we assumed he meant it was included in the setup fee.On top of that, the phone cases were ANOTHER, ADDITIONAL 50 dollar charge on top of the 80 bucks, per phone, for the service plan. Again, the cases we had asked if they were an extra charge and were told NOCalling Verizon corporate results in oh we dont control what our authorized retailers sell so sorry, we cant help you get a refund.Calls to gowireless resulted in getting bounced around and finally after 10+ hours of hold music and waiting on call-backs we are told that the salesmen did nothing wrong, and that they were completely fine not to disclose what they were selling.Very smooth salesmen, saw we were on a time limit to get things done, and took advantage. Was even talking with his co-rep about his sales numbers vs some guy on the computer and how he was competative and the other rep asked are you going to explain THAT to them? and he replied at the end, he never explained anything, and the other rep knew what he was planning to do and didnt do anything to stop it.
I like this store, I hate the parking. But the store is great. The service is always friendly and helpful. As a Verizon customer thus is the store I chose.

My husband and I had purchased two new iPhone 8s on July 15th from the Verizon store at Creekside Center in Roseville.. We went with Verizon, switching from many years of AT&T. I have to admit were not techy. Purchasing from Creekside was basically here you go, blah, blah, blah. Once we got home we realized so many things were missing from our new phones.They obviously just wanted to make the sale and not put any time into helping us out. We had a very flaky gal helping us. Music, contacts, calendars etc. didnt transfer. So I tried to call the store, however it sends you to the big Customer Service Center in the sky... who knows what country. Finally after calling every store, the Rocklin Store ACTUALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE, and I was speaking with a LIVE PERSON. Ryan K, in the Rocklin store was amazing. He helped us so much and we were thrilled. He said with some of the other issues you have, come on down to the store and lets see how I can help you. Really, someone that actually cares and wants you to be happy with your new phone? So off we go to meet Ryan K. He spent so much time with us, he is so knowledgeable in his trade, we were absolutely so impressed with him. No comparison to the store where we bought the phones. Ryan K, you cant believe how relieved we were when we left your store. You took SO MUCH STRESS off of us. He remained very calm when we were both panicking, thinking that everything was lost. What an asset to Verizon this wonderful employee is. Whatever we can do for you, all you need to do is ask. You have no idea how your confidence just calmed us down. We walked out of the store feeling like the weight of the world was lifted. And a huge thanks too Cole D. who handled so many customers that came in while Ryan K. was working with us. Its obvious, these two are so knowledgeable and so accommodating. Its so refreshing to find this kind of customer service from both of these employees anywhere. We are Verizon customers from now, thanks to the amazing customer service we received from a store that we didnt even buy our phones from. What am incredible experience from the Verizon Rocklin Store. Great job - both of you!!!!! If you plan to buy a Verizon phone...buy it from the Rocklin Store on Sierra College in the Target Center. You wont be disappointed. I cant say enough about the serviced rendered by Ryan K with no skin in the game. Ryan K. you have a customer for life.
I had gone into the store early Saturday morning (6-10-17) to get some help with my phone which I thought had a virus. I had brought in my personal phone and work phone (2 different numbers). I told him I wanted to cancel the work phone since it was rarely used. He said Id need to call Verizon to do that - ok no problem there as I could do that later. Since the work phone was a newer model, I asked about transferring the contacts and photos to that newer model. He helped me with that too. The transfer of data finished up and I left the store. A little later I tried to use my personal phone but found that it was not connecting and even though I made several attempts, it was not working. I decided to finish my errands and passed by another Verizon store in Rocklin. I stopped there and asked one of the gentlemen if he could sort out the problem. He immediately saw that the phone did not have a Sim card (the very thing that connects you to the network). I told him how I had gone to the other store to get some help and that they must still have the Sim card. I went back to the Go Wireless store and asked the person who helped me earlier where the Sim card was. He then said you dont need it and it doesnt store data. I insisted on getting the Sim card back and left. After doing a little research on the internet I found that a Sim card does have vital data and you do need it if you want to connect to the network. I did not get the name of the person who told me this but if you work in any kind of cellular network store, you need to know a Sim card is vital for any phone to work. Additionally I found this person had put a Go Wireless app on my phone without asking me. I uninstalled it later.
