Dont take youre phone or tablets here, I left my tablet here, when the pandemic hit in March of 2020 they didnt call me to come pick up my tablet, they had it for 8 months, and while it was there it got damaged, and its been since I picked it up after the 8 months he fixed it, but its never worked right since and he said to me after trying numberous things it still does not work he was suppost to order another piece or something to try to fix it AGAIN, and for the last 2 weeks I have been going by the store and nobody is there, my tablet still doesnt WORK!!!! I believe this owner owes me a new tablet, since he cant fix the issues that happened while in his possession.

I had my iPhone 7 Plus repaired by Ryan on a short notice by pretty much walking in. The service was fast and the phone is back to like new condition after arriving in rough shape. I received the phone back on the same day I dropped it off within hours. Highly recommend this business.

I have only been here once to get a new battery for my iPhone, but it was a great experience! I had gone to an Apple store to get a new battery for my phone in the past and it was double the price than what this store charged! I was able to leave my phone there go & to the store as I had planned and then come back and pick it up a couple hours later or less! I will continue to go there for phone repairs! I would highly recommend it!

Dont buy a new phone or tablet without checking with Adam first!!! My phone and charging cord fried and melted themselves together and for $40 measly bucks he fixed my phone!!! And, recommended an external battery charger to keep me limping along for a few days while he got the part in!! Id have gladly paid twice that and it would have been cheaper than the other shop I checked with. Im a true believer and going to bring Adam all our devices needing repair!! 💕🎉

Flexible to personal needs. We live over an hour away, but still choose to use their services. They have overnighted products to us to save a return trip.

Bought used iphones from them last year. They were very nice and gave us a good deal as we bought 2 of them. A year later my phone died from an ios update. Im not happy with Apple that they dont give a warning with their updates that you can lose all of your data!!! Anyway, I couldnt get it up and running but brought it to these guys who were able to power it up. I dont have any of my data but at least my phone is working. Thanks guys! $20.00 was WAY better than having to buy a new phone! (oh, & they are always very nice!)

I would give no stars! Was supposed to be a simple $60 fix to replace camera in my S6. The inexperienced tech gouged the gold foil on the inside of my phone making the front look nasty. The camera swap was a success, but when I left, I had no service. The tech did not install antenna properly. I go back to have my phone reopened, I shared my complaints with the manager and he gave me a $15 case for my troubles... Now a week later, phone will not charge. Place is garbage and I will never go back.

Great Service from Yakety Yak Wireless in Rocklin. I broke my iPhone 7plus Glass and Screen. Apple and other places asked for $200+ to fix. Yakety Yak fixed it the same day took about 30 mins. Got my phone back the same day. A+ Service. Ryan (Tech) thank and Adam the Manager are the Best.

I love the place. The guy there was super helpful. He was knowledgable about their products. He wasnt pushy or fake...just real. We ended up getting a great deal on a Samsung Galaxy 8 Plus phone. And by the way I absolutely love it. Obviously big improvement from the 3 but considering my stubborn frugleness with how much people should really be spending on a freaking phone the process and pricing provided by YY made it smooth, fun, and rewarding (me). Please please dont go here. I took my phone to get the screen replaced and when they gave the phone back to me, my front camera was blurry, and the home button was very loose. When I took it back to them telling them the camera was blurry, they blamed it on me telling me it probably happened when I cracked the screen, which is not possible because the camera worked perfectly when it was cracked and wasnt even Cracked over the camera. They fixed my home button, but they chipped the screen doing so, and then told me they couldnt replace my screen to fix the camera isssue because I had already cracked the screen again, even though THEY were the ones who had cracked it. Very dissapointed in the work they did, waste of $129. Please just spend the little bit of extra money to go to apple, dont go here.

I have had to use them twice for cracked screen and lcd repair (still too stubborn to get a case for my iPhone) and will be going back as soon as I drop my phone again. They are very thorough in explanations from drop off to pick up. They have always been accurate w/ how long it was going to take, if anything, my phone has been done a little sooner than they anticipated.I dont know if they still offer it, but use to have a groupon for 1/2 off repair. Prices are reasonable for level of service w/out the Groupon, but if you can score one the price is unbeatable.

My daughters and I go here regularly for fixes, new phones and great customer service. Always happy with the guys here and the prices are fit just for a moms tight budget, Thank you Yakety- Yak.

DO NOT buy a bodyguard screen protector from here! I paid $40 had it less than an hour and it broke. The store says they cant do anything. Unbelievable obviously they screwed up putting it on.

They went the extra mile both times for me. Pieced together a demolished phone the first time and helped me get it completely replaced on warranty the second.
