Everyone here was incredibly nice EXCEPT for the guy trying to sell us a boat? He was rude and dismissive both times we went in and we ended up not purchasing a boat we really wanted just because of his terrible attitude. Too bad for Rockport Marine. We had cash in hand . . . .

Always feel comfortable with their work. Provide great, honest service at a reasonable price. Provided options but never hard sold anything.Update 1: The work they did was excellent on my offshore boat. I purchased a baby cat from them as well. It was used with minimum hours on it. They let me keep it at their location while my lift was being built. When I picked it up they helped launch it.Update 2: All of a sudden the remote on the Minnkota Ulterra stopped acknowledging the motor. I worked with Minnkota and the first person was less than helpful and blamed it on the batteries Rockport Marine sent someone out to load test al the batteries and .nothing was wrong. I ended up needing a different remote and no one knows how the first remote worked. Not even MinnKota. Rockport marine sold me the new remote at a discount. This organization has nothing but the consumer in mind. They have definitely earned my business and I would refer them to anyone.

I recently purchased a new boat from Rockport Marine and it was a streamlined and efficient experience. The communication was excellent and when I went in, they were 100% ready and we flew through the not so fun part so I could get to the fun part faster. Great work Jeff & Theresa!

I HIGHLY recommend Rockport Marine. We had been to several dealers and NO ONE gave us as good a deal as Rockport Marine. They don’t haggle you, they are very honest, and are experienced in the fishing/boating of the gulf coast. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. We are extremely happy with our purchase and how we were taken care of.

Amazing customer service from sales to rigging. Salesman is very knowledgeable about boats and finding the best boat for what you are looking to do on the water. Plus, you will get the best deal in the coastal area. I recommend this company to everyone buy or needing work done.

Customer service is horrible! I have stopped in there 3 times in the last few months to look at boats. Barely get a nod from the owner and staff at the front desk as we walk through to the boat yard. Nobody has ever come out to help answer questions in the boat yard and they don’t even offer help as we come back into the sales office. Not friendly and not helpful at all. I won’t go back and couldn’t recommend them at all!

Heads up: Boat motor oil is $10 a gallon more here than other dealers in Rockport/Aransas Pass. Rockport Marine has always done good work, more recently I have noticed that their turnaround time on repairs has improved greatly, even during the rush that occurs around holiday weekends. Staff is friendly and helpful, whether it be a large job or a simple issue. In the past overall, I would have rated them 4 stars, but the most recent work done was at a 5-star level. Theyll get you back on the water.

Installed my GPS-Fish finder and they did a great job. Also they completed the work in one day. Great customer serive from sales to rigging to service and parts.

Took them a trolling motor to have the roller replaced, was told it should be a warranty item. It took over a month to get my motor back, and when I did, I was hit with a $600 bill. At no point did they decide to call and let me know it was not warranty, and they proceeded to replace parts they where never told to replace. Their labor rate is more than even outboard service in the area. To top it all off, they where very rude, and would never return phone calls. They will never see another dollar of mine, there are plenty of other places that do Minn kota warranty work.

Absolutely outstanding work and customer service. Will be my go to shop now for my off shore boat. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

I had a steering cable freeze up on my guide boat. They got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and the charge was about what I expected. Recommend highly!

I re-powered my G3 1756 With Rockport Marine 2 years ago with an Evinrude eTec 60 and a jack plate. These guys did an awesome job. They transformed my little center console duck boat into a flats fishing machine. The quality of their workmanship was flawless - no problems for 2 years!

I wish I could still be enjoying the boat I purchased from Rockport Marine but; alas, moving away from the coast has made keeping it impractical. In the end the helped me not only purchase a great boat; but helped find it a new home when the time came as well...

Contrary to my own bafoonery this company will deliver as they say. It is worth noting that some OEM parts ship from the factory and not their warehouse, thus taking longer to get to you the customer which is normal.
