This store was helpful to buy some basic watercolor supplies for a beginner. She has already started. The staff was helpful in finding everything too. We had a good time doing beginner watercolor exercises on you tube to learn about her colors and brushes. Yay! The creativity has begun. MKing the time is the next step.

This store had everything I wanted for much cheaper than anywhere else I had gone for it prior. It has a ton of stock and also sells things that Id find generally kept in rather expensive packs separately, so say if you only need to replace one thing they have you covered. 100% recommend this store.

The staff is amazingly helpful. And the art supplies are amazing quality. Ive bought the acrylic paint and it lasts me a few months, and I actively paint and make projects.

I love Plaza Arts so much. Ive been lots of stores for crafts, hobbyists, and artists, and Ive found that Plaza is the store with the widest selection, best quality, and most affordable prices. They have supplies ranging from professional to student quality, and even have classes and workshops that will teach artists new skills or how to use new and unfamiliar media. Company representatives also show up to give demos on their existing and upcoming products.

My daughter received a gift card to this place for her 16th birthday. We never heard of the place, so we did not come here immediately. When we did we found everything that my daughter needed. The staff was super friendly. My daughter wants to come back, so this place is a winner.

Good selection of a variety of art supplies and good prices. You might find lower prices online, but by the time you factor shipping there isnt much of a difference. Much wider selection of paper, paint and markers than you would find at an Arts & Crafts store like AC Moore.

We had a list of school supplies and they where very helpful helping us find the list of supplies for us .

I love everything they have in there in case I have classes at the Rockville campus when my paints and canvases are running low and I dont have the brushes I need to make a painting as I wanted to create. Great supply of oil paints and medium gels. Large canvas stretcher bars to set up a canvas. I definitely have to recommend shopping there for a business opportunity and perhaps do some Uber delivery.

Expensive and did a poor job on framing an acrylic painting. They slapped a wood frame directly on the painting without any margin or mat. For the price charged (around $250.00), I can do a better job myself. Will not hire their service again ever.

Nice selection of high end art materials, but expensive. Also, you have to get someone to help you instead of them offering to help. They can be knowledgeable, but they seem disinterested and apathetic. But I have a feeling thats only for those of us who are not professional artists.

The guy does the framing is a robot who have no sense of art or basics about artworks. He overwrites the dimensions set in the store (the one you agreed upon when you place the order and they charge you for it) to do it the way he thinks its right, doesn’t matter if subjects in the artwork will be hidden or changed. You are not talking to the one who actually does the work at the store and there is obvious miscommunication among them.To their credit, the store provided full refund. At least they care about customers satisfaction.

I love shopping for materials here its pretty much the only time I get to talk art since I have yet to make connections I feel that there is a good chance to connect through this store along with taking a class.
