100% recommend. Great quality and great service at a very reasonable price.I purchased a CPO BMW from Arizona. The dealer had repainted the bumper and fenders because of the damage the sand can do to the paint on the highway there. They did a terrible job. The bumper color did not match the hood, there were fish eyes in the paint and the gloss was different on each piece.I went to 5 different body shops to check them out and get quotes.Bill and Greg had a terrific facility, a genuine understanding of the complexities involved and offered an unbeatable price.In the end the car turned out better than I thought it could. If anything the paint is better than factory, with less orange peel than the back end of the car.The way I park my car in the garage I walk out to the front end every day. I used to cringe seeing the poor job the dealer did, now I get a smile on my face every time I open the garage door.

These guys are top-notch and go above and beyond from mine and my familys experience using them. Appreciate them keeping me updated with the status of the car and cleaning it really nicely before I picked it back up!

They will lie and say whatever until they get your money, and after that you are on your own.The Job:The job is to repair my PriusV, replace front bumper and right front fender, paint, and blend the color to the doors, etc.The Story:I brought my PruisV in for repair, and I am paying out of pocket. I got an estimate with a measily 5% discount from the owner who was there. I called again after review all these 5 stars review from others. I talked another guy who is in the front desk. He review my estimate and said I can give you another 5% discount. So my total bill should be this number we have agreed over the phone. I was happy with that and set an appoint to get my car repair.After 1 week of waiting, they said we ordered the wrong parts and will take additional day. I was okay with that since I want the work to be done right. When I come in to pick up my car, the owner said the bill was what he quoted me for with is only 5% discount (higher than what the other guy and I agreed to). I asked the owner if there was another guy working front desk as well. He said, yes there is. I told him the situation, and the owner said I already gave you a 5% and thats it. So now I am stuck with a bill thats higher than what HIS EMPLOYEE quoted me for. I am now stuck with a bill that I did not agree to. I paid anyways.I did a quick over, and drove home. 1 Mile into the drive I notice that my interior was a total mess with oil marks and the parts not assembled (pictured attached). I have to drive back, told the owner, and waited another 30 minutes for them to clean up and assemble back the messed they made.I drove home, and really took my time review their work and found out that my front bumper was not painted correctly, During their assembly they damage the corners of the new bumper. They say they have the best work and your car will come out like it was off the dealership is a total BULLCRAP.Moral of the story: 1) if you dont have written and a printed estimate on hand, dont trust the discount they promise you verbally. 2) Take your time and check the work theyve done (even if it will take you 1 hour. 3) Dont come to this place, specially if you are paying out of pocket. They will rip you off. With insurance claim, you may have a possibility of filing a complaint to your insurance company.My recommendation: DO NOT COME HERE!

Found the shop based on the Google reviews. Ive come in for several difficult auto body repairs on an older (2007) VW. They have always been helpful and prompt. No issues with the repair work at all.

I like to buy and sell cars as a hobby, so I auctioned a Q7 with an accident thinking its a minor one, called the Audi Silver Spring Dealer for repairs, I was referred to Auto Body Clinic as their certified Audi Body Shop,Before heading to them I did my homework by shopping around 4 other body shops ( well named ones which one of them is certified for Audi Rockville ), I found the accident costs way more than I calculated so I got so frustrated as I will be losing money.Finally heading to Auto Body Clinic as a final resort, on my way I read their reviews and they were great for a body shop and the majority mentioned Bill as a great guy, so I asked for Bill as soon as I reached there, WAW, he is really a very nice kind gentleman along with his brother Greg, We made an agreement and Bill by the end of the repairs he gave me a HUGE discount and really took well care of my car, He listened to every note and request I gave him during the repair process ( Im very picky and perfectionist ),The car now looks wonderful and there is no way you can find out there was an accident in that particular place.Along the time of repairs and during my frequent visits to check the process, Bill, Greg and I became friends and build a very nice relationship.I even gift each as a Souvenir & gratitude.Thank you very much Gentlemen for your great service.You will be forever my Body Shop as long as I live in this area.

These guys do top-notch work. My 10 year old F150 was t-boned, and the guys @ Auto Body Clinic got everything looking like new again. So much so, that I had them replace a few parts that werent damaged in the accident because of how old they looked next to the new parts.

Getting into an accident sucks, but Bill and Greg had great communication and kept me updated on the progress the whole way through. The car looks like new and I couldnt be happier.During repair, insurance was only opting to provide a used bumper for my repairs, but their team was diligent in making sure that the piece would be perfect and went through 3 bumpers, ultimately getting me a new part for repair as they didnt find one that was fit for installation.Post repair - I had a reverse light malfunction and called them several days after picking up my car and they kindly told me to come in and took a look at it on the spot. Great service through and through!I have a MINI and they were recommended by my dealership for specializing in MINI, but after a nice chat with them learned that they do a lot of great work with European makes in general. Highly, highly recommend!
