Honestly the worst auto shop experience Ive had in my life. Estimated time of completion was four days... yet I got the car back nearly a month later. Staff did little to actually assuage my concerns when i voiced them - they just wanted to hurry me out soon. John was cordial, though. Not the others.Would strongly recommend that everybody get estimates and go to other auto shops. I also bought my car from Ourisman Rockville and thought Id get superior service as a result. Turned out the complete opposite. Dont play yourself, go elsewhere.
