This is my second car from Ourisman Lexus of Rockville. I have been extremely happy with the professional, courteous and outstanding experience provided by Pierre with trading my vehicle for a newer model. Gabriela also did an excellent job with following up after Purchase and having the car ready for pick up. All paper work was done before I got there and left the dealership in 30 minutes for a seamless experience. I highly recommend these dedicated staff at Ourisman Lexus.
I pulled to the Service area after making an appointment same day for 5P, which if the area was closed I certainly would have come another day, however I was assured I could still bring my car in. I arrived at 5:01P and ALL Service Associate Reps (w/the exception of Melissa - whom might I add doesn’t even work in Service - immediately came out to ask me if I am being helped) in clear view STARED at me knowing I needed assistance. I’m in the Service department, aren’t I????!!!!! What am I here for???? Service!!!!! I will not use the race card, however it was NOT a good look. Melissa was gracious, apologetic and instantly had Andres come over to assist. If the service area where all of Ourisman Lexus Associates are scheduled to work until 530P and/or 7P, I’m not quite sure why NOONE came over to at least greet me and apologize for the wait. Especially since we are both in clear view of one another and they all were NOT assisting other clients. I made sure of that prior to assessing the situation. It was insulting to say the least. Thanks to Melissa and Andres for their immediate attention. I have NO problems spending my money elsewhere regardless if the oil changes are complimentary given this piss poor customer service. I pray for the company’s sake and integrity, this was a one off and the employees are re-trained to address ALL clients whether immediately tended to or not.
I scheduled and received my 60,000 service recently and I was extremely pleased with the overall service and professionalism of my Service Manager, Mr. Osbourne Jones. Ozzie explained EVERYTHING professionally and with specificity. After it became clear that the repairs would take longer, he got me in a loaner in no time. Ozzie was great! Also, the car runs great.
While the service staff person with whom I dealt in August 2021 was professional and seemed efficient with my car, the facilities, especially the second floor, are old, uncomfortable, not conducive to CDC mandated social distancing and don’t seem well-ventilated. I took photos of the second floor of Lexus of Rockville in November 2019 (I didn’t go to the second floor in 2021; so maybe it is better now). As of Nov 2019, the second floor was still a windowless space which in the past was supposed to be a quiet work space. In that space, the drop ceiling had missing pieces, there seemed to be water damage on the ceiling, the one table in the room looked like a cheap, plastic banquet table, the carpet looked really dirty and the haphazardly arranged mismatched chairs were dirty. To provide the level of service you claim and to allow for protection from Covid-19 for your staff and customers, you need large,clean,modern, comfortable and well ventilated interior spaces with access to fresh air.
Ozzie Jones is an excellent service manager and advisor at Ourisman Lexus. He is honest, knowledgeable, service oriented, and accommodating wherever a need arises. This summer, I had an issue with the car on a mountaintop in North Carolina. Ozzie texted me a video which enabled me to address the problem. He is the principal reason I have had my vehicles serviced at Ourisman, as well as the dealership’s capable technical and parts personnel.

Visited 10/23/21. This review is strictly for the service department. Dropped off my car for oil change. The experience was pleasant. Staff greeted me when I first pulled in. Service writer (Andres) was attentive, didn’t try to force or upsell any additional services which is a plus for me. Staff walked around offering snacks to people in the waiting room. Took about 1.5 hours to complete which is okay I suppose. Overall good job.
Jimmy is always excellent! My issue as picking my car on his day off. I was passed over by numerous service attendants who assisted cars who arrived after I was there clearly I was in front of them. This went on for about fifteen minutes. I have always serviced my cars here. This was not good customer service at all! 🤬🤬 Again, let me preface my earlier statement, “Jimmy is always on point! I Love my Lexus! What an excellent experienced at Ourisman Lexus of Rockville! My Sales associate was very attentive from the time she responded to an inquiry on a SUNDAY..all the way to when we got back home! (We flew out from MI to pick up the car and drive it home) Rosanne checked in on us before our flight wishing us safe travels to making sure we got back home safely and we were happy with the car! I received a letter from Sales Manager, Willie Savage, thanking me for choosing Ourisman and working with Roseann on the sale. He even called me once we were back home to make sure we were satisfied with our experience and if there is anything more they could do, or had additional questions to not hesitate to ask! Concierge, Bernie was AMAZING! He spent almost 2 hours going over every piece of the car to ensure we knew how to work all of the excellent features of the car! Love his personality as well....he made it fun to learn :) The financing was smooth through James and he got me everything I asked for!I would definitely recommend Ourisman Lexus of Rockville to purchase a new vehicle. Nelson, my service advisor, provided excellent customer service as he always does. I initially went to the dealership to repair my radio but the entire process took several weeks because the 1st install of the radio was defective. Not sure why the problem wasn’t caught until after I picked up the car the 1st time. Im also not sure why radio assemblies are SO SO (over 3K) expensive at the dealership.

Lexus service experience is an enjoyable one for me and now my 9 year old son. We have 2 Lexus vehicles and the main reason(s) is the quality, comfort, reliability and SERVICE. Well, my experience goes beyond the star rating! And I had a pleasant experience from the moment I stepped in the Ourisman Lexus of Rockville with a desire to own a Lexus till the moment I stepped out with the car keys. First, I met Mr. Seth, the sales executive who walked me through available options. He was able to connect with me quickly. I have an 2008 RX400 hybrid that has about 108k miles. As always, at this point, I never know what they’ll find, but Lexus always comes back w great news and has my car done while I wait! Ive been taking my vehicle for service to Ourisman Lexus of Rockville since 2013. I always receive excellent customer service whenever I bring my vehicle in for service. Also, I trust the recommendations of the car service advisors. My most recent visit I had to replace my water pump and one of my tire pressure sensors which ended up being costly. Ozzie was able to wave the fee for the tire pressure sensor which saved me a few hundred dollars. Ive also had a previous advisor worked with me to lower my service costs. As long as I am in the area and own a Lexus I will continue to utilize Ourisman services. I highly recommend this Lexus dealerships for all maintenance and service needs.
I really dont know a lot about cars. But I am good at using my ear to denote issues with mine. But recently, the problems I had with the car, were more on the visible side. When it comes to a leaking motor or rusted parts on the insides of the motor, I need help!! When it comes to the car, you have to put your trust in someone. I am lucky that Mike was assigned to service my car. Yes, the repair was a major one. My car is a 2009 and I worry about it being on the old side, especially after making the investment on the repair. Aside from making me feel good about the repair, Mike also gave me a lot of confidence about driving my car for another 100,000 miles!! (he could have told me to get rid of it soon but didnt) As my husband said, music to my ears!

I went to the Rockville Lexus dealership where I purchased and have serviced my cars for the past 17 years. My impression was that my car battery was getting weak after a few days of hot weather. Jimmy Baker the Service Advisor and Omar Perez the Technician performed a few tests and they concluded that the car battery and the alternator were working and performing fine. Final update: I spoke to Willie who got me in touch with Amal. They were both lovely and assisted me with all my problems and confusion. Amal is a sweetheart and provided me with a copy of my signed bill of sale, which I initially received partially. She made sure I felt taken care of. Thank youMonth update: Quality of service has dropped a bit, though not Bills fault. I received incorrect license plates after paying extra for farm plates. They have some random contact number for me in the system that I told them to fix twice. Unexplained fees that they charged which is ongoing. Just annoyed at this point.Traded in my car to get a CPO NX and Bill was so insightful and friendly. He made the experience as smooth as possible. He kept in touch and made sure I was taken care of. Easily the best dealership experience Ive had, and those are hard to come by.

I brought my Lexus actually two weeks ago today. It was the best decision that I’ve made in while as far as purchasing a car. The salesman whose name was Yaw Pepra was phenomenal, he made me feel very comfortable with the decision that I was about to make. After telling me what the approximate cost would be, I told him to go ahead and do it all while he had the vehicle. Ozzie gave me a time that my vehicle would be ready and, true to his word, it was ready at the time he told me it would be. Kudod to Ozzie, who was very professional and knowledgeable; I look forward to my next visit. Very bed experience. We go to store and they assign us a sales-peipei. It is good with test driving and introduction. When we negotiated about the price. she suddenly change. We politely show our bid. She think it is too low. then we keep increasing, she just keep the original price. that is fine. However, with time going on, she is getting more and more angry, speak with mood and keep the original price. We know we can not make the deal. She nudely said you guys can go, there is no room for negotiation. We decide to leave and politely said can we get back our information, ID copies and telephone.Then, she tears off our information copies off in front of us and throw it to trash!!! Can you believe? Really??How rude it is? It is turning my day down. I did not expect that we can not negotiate car price with sales. I did not expect that we get depressed by buying a car.Really Bad experience, I promised I would not come back anymore.
I had an issue with my car recently - warning lights appeared indicating brake problem-The dealership told me to bring in car immediately-After several diagnostic tests were performed, the problem was resolved! Ozzie has been taking care of my wifes Rx400H for more than 5 years. He is very friendly and we always discuss, prioritize services by importance and keep the car in a good shape. We have a BMW and an Acura but we feel the Lexus is most reliable and runs very smoothly as new even after 15 years of driving. Highly recommended.
Drove my car in for regular maintenance and identified 3 items for them check on. When the service was completed 2 of the items remained unfixed.I had never had any problems with the car not running, but it broke down and shut off 3 times the very next day!Now I’m having a hard time getting Lexus Of Rockville to take ownership for the problem. Actually, I’m having a very difficult time even getting them to return a call.

They just make the buying process easy and more than anything I wasn’t pushed, I sent my folks to go see them as well and you should too. The whole staff right down to the administrative assistants were all very friendly and helpful and extremely polite. I will definitely be giving them a chance in the future to earn my business again.

Went in for routine maintenance, Ozzie was very kind, very professional, kept me updated every step of the way. At the Lexus Rockville location, they have always been thorough and take care of things in a timely manner, but Ozzie goes above and beyond to keep you informed and provide a careful explanation of what is planned - optional - completed, etc. They are lucky to have such great professionals working there!

I recently purchased an Avalon from Ourisman Lexus of Rockville and it was definitely worth the hour drive to get there. I contacted them through cargurus and got an immediate response and updates. My salesman Yaw had the car ready for a test drive upon arrival and was very helpful without any pressure. The price was good and exactly as listed with no hidden surprises. The finance department was very efficient even though it was a busy Saturday. It was a professional yet relaxed experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car.

The service experience was excellent at Lexus Rockville location. This was my first time here so was unsure how things will go. Osborne was very helpful and explained the issues with the car without pushing me to fix it right away.
