Great customer service!! Good prices

I have been taking my cars for the past 10 years. They are conveniently located within walking distance of Rockville metro.Mike, the owner, is gruff, short and direct. However, he is honest, efficient and extremely competent. All very desirable qualities in your mechanic. Their prices are fair, a bit on the higher side, but not very. I have had Mike refuse to do recommended maintenance because he felt it was excessive and not needed. Quite a switch from the dealers who try and sell you all kind of stuff.Highly recommended!!

When Mike owned this place, it was reliable. Paco, the new owner, took my money three times to fix the same problem (coolant reservoir causing the engine to over heat) and Im now on the side of the road, waiting for AAA to tow me. Whatever he thinks he understands about working on a Ford, it isnt enough. Hes now telling me that its not his problem, even though I trusted him over and over to fix a simple thing. I worry my engine will die an early death because of his negligence.

We like Mike and A & M Auto Repair...been going there for years. They do great work and are very honest and trustworthy. Highly recommended. Close (walking distance) to the Rockville Metro station too!
