I have used Excluservice a few times now and Ive only had positive experiences. They share photos and videos of the various parts on your car where they recommend work to be done. They do not pressure you to accept any of their recommendations but they conveniently rank the importance of each job so you can make your own decision. During COVID they even pick-up and drop-off your car at your house which just makes their service even more special.

Going to Exclusive for my BMW repair was a incredibly (dare I say?) enjoyable experience! From start to finish they were there for me every step of the way! They got me in right away, did a through inspection and estimate of what was necessary to fix and what could wait, then repaired what was needed in record time at a fair and reasonable price - and did it in a safe, masked, super clean environment. Then when I picked up the car I brought in my daughter’s old BMW and they cautioned me that it would be too expensive to repair and recommended that we trade it for another car! (I was very grateful for their clear explanation to my daughter too when she clearly had other ideas). After that my trust grew (so we stayed) and I asked them to fix the dent in my car - and they promptly repaired that in record time and at a very reasonable price.All in all I couldn’t be more pleased with their service, kindness, promptness, and integrity throughout what is usually a very stressful process for me. I recently bought a 2001 515i Wagon and these guys went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. From start to finish, I couldnt have asked for a better service, from the entire team. I’m still fairly new to the area and was taking the car to Rockview BMW. They called me, sent a text and email that they conducted a “remote key read”. Which swiped to over 1G worth of service. However, I had not driven the car more than 20 miles in the past 6 months and tried to question all the service needed. They would not budge, insisting that all the “calendar” services needed to be completed. A family friend introduced me to Stephane of Excluservice. The quality of service was superb. They changed my oil in under 2 hours compared to regular changes at other shops like PepBoys which always takes more than 2-3 hours. I had a very very bad experience, I sent my BMW there it get alignment and brake flush, so after couple days I went there to pick it up, after driving to work I noticed steering wheel was way off center, I called them back to see if they could see what is wrong then they told me they can’t do anything for it. Really, like after literally 2 hours of paying them and picking up my car they can’t see it and check unless I pay again??? This is my first time I ever see such service, literally all shops that I have been to offered warranty on their repairs, the reason I went there because they were the closest where I live. Even though the customer is great and friendly, they are very expensive. I am not going there anymore, and I don’t recommend them.UPDATE:I ended up getting lifetime alignment at Firestone. They worked on it twice for free and car now is perfectly straight no steering binding whatsoever.Thank your for your great service!

My car needed an oil change during COVID-19. Excluservice not only picked my vehicle up, but performed the service, had me pay remotely, and dropped my vehicle off, all while I was at work. It was so nice to know that it was in good hands and I didnt have to worry about the logistics of how to get my vehicle in for service. Issac was great to work with and was very professional. My experience is with the owner of the shop. I dont know how you can be any professional with cars and customers when you lack with the communication. He posted car lifts for sale on facebook with phone number. I texted him and we had arrangement to buy a lift out of his shop on Saturday morning. We communicated with text messages. He gave me an address and set up for 9:30AM Saturday morning, because that was the time they were going to uninstall the lifts. Thursday morning I accidentally saw that he marked the listing on facebook as SOLD. I texted him.Do I have my reserved spot for Saturday 9:30AM?his responded with There is no reserved spot. First come first serve.So I prepared for Saturday morning with a trailer and be there before 9:30AM to be sure I will be there on time.Driving 55min one way I was there 9:10AM called him. He came out and he said. They are sold out. I showed him my phone with the texts and asked him where did he tell me they were sold. Then he said I marked them on facebookAt this point I knew this person is 100% ... no words for him.All the communication switched on the phone number as he provided it in the listing. Even I saw they were marked and I asked, he never texted they are sold I still have the text messages and you cant say otherwise.Good luck to all fellow BMW owners out there. I would not let him even refill my blinker fluid or change to the Winter air in my tires.

Great professional service. They kept me updated during the whole process. Nothing hidden very honest and explained to me what needed to be fixed. My 2012 Bmw 750 had a class action lawsuit that I didn’t know about and they informed me right away. By far the best experience I’ve had at an repair shop.

Save the time and your money by taking your BMW to the dealership instead! i brought my car for diagnosis for an electrical issue they suggested to replace the CAS module and did nothing! Later after so many diagnosis they still couldnt figure out the issue so i ended taking my car to dealership to find out it was a wiring harness issue!! after all there was no need to replace the CAS module.. clearly this shop has a whole bunch of clowns that dont know what they are doing!

Went in for an oil change. the office is very nice and the guys were friendly and accommodating. they did recommend other things but weren’t pushy as I’ve encountered at other places. nice to have gotten a detailed report on my car. they also offered me a ride to the metro and were communicative throughout the day with updates

During covid-19 I am so grateful to the attention and care to safety down to the detail of having a separate cup for used pens to disinfect. I have elderly folks I am in contact with so these simple but meaningful measure are so appreciated.

Ive visited BMW excluservice has over a week ago and I was very pleased with the service that I received something. I have been a customer 2 BMW excluservice has ever since 1988 the service has been great. My recent visit to the shop was great also I called the office manager Isaac and told him what that I needed to have then my car checked out. He made an appointment for me. They were so very nice and courteous with me when I arrived. My car was checked out and inspected and after this was done. I was taken to the BMW service repairman and he explained to me what was happening in.the car and also showed me what the what was happening to the car. It gave me a better understanding of what was happening with the car what would need to be done to repair the car. And we also.discussed what the repair would cost. They let me know that they would be there for men when I.was ready to.have the repair done. This made me feel very good and I so very glad that I have such a professional and caring company to business with. And the waiting area was very comfortable and relaxed. There was a variety of refreshments there for the customers which was very nice. All of the staff was a Class Act. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous

Very professional and convenient service, and high degree of BMW expertise. You can look at the photos of the problems after inspection on a special website, to help you decide which you want done, with the price estimate. The labor pricing is reasonable, especially, for such qualified service, but they might in addition offer trivial services for high price, even if the work for some of them has to be done anyway while performing the main repair. This is sort of industry standard though, it hard to find a place where this is not the case.

Stephane and his team are great. I went in for an oil change and while the vehicle was up on the lift they asked me to come into the service area to show me an issue, which was clear and needed to be addressed. I loved the fact they brought me into the service area to show me vs telling me blindly! Also the service area was extremely clean and well maintained. The new waiting area is nice and comfortable. I recently got my vehicle serviced and front tires replaced at BMW Excluservice. Not too long after that the low tire pressure indicator came on in my car and I wondered why this was happening for a newly purchased tire. I called into the service station and they advised me to simply bring in the vehicle for them to take a look at whenever I was available no appointment required. I did and they found out it was a nail which they removed, fixed the tire and had me back on the road in 20min!

Eric and Ben are really great to work with. This was my second time with your service--first Ben and then Eric. Only one observation--the first time I received a free car wash, this second time I did not. This notwithstanding, you run a very good and friendly place.

It is definitely a quality repair shop for BMWs in particular. They did great work on my 01 X5. While you should assume that youre going to pay a premium for your repairs at a shop like this, the pricing is fair, and its quality work.

Going to start off and say Isaac Diaz hands down has got to be the most transparent person I’ve met. He is up front and very honest about everything. None of that “ yeah it’ll be quick service” just to get you to stay. I came in last minute for an oil change he was able to squeeze me in. Doing my oil change they ran into a problem on my 2004 M3 where the previous shop/owner over torque the drain bolt he was honest about it told me they could fix it but not till the next day. Thing was I needed to be out of down and needed to take the M3 the shop foreman said he’d do his best to fix it for me and get me back on the road mind you this was all an hour before they were going to close. They were able to fix it and have be on my way in timely fashion the price was very affordable. The amount of appreciation I have for these guys and the shop is unmeasurable. This experience alone I know these guys care about each customer and take each job with seriousness. Honestly will not take my M3 anywhere anymore.

Took my 2008 BMW X5 in for an oil change. Excluservice did a nice job and did not try to pressure me on unneeded repairs. I trust Excluservice, they replaced the water pump last year and I received the same straight forward, honest service. I recommend Excluservice to my family and friends.

I was recommended to Excluservice by a wonderful shop who took care of my 328xi this summer in Maine while I was on vacation. He noted - this was the only shop hed take his car in Maryland. He sure was right. The Excluservice team was able to solve my issues within one day, and had a very fair price for very above board and excellent service. The shop itself was in immaculate condition, and treated both myself, and other customers that came in as if they were the most important customer in there. I don’t usually do reviews; however I felt BMW Excluservice deserves public recognition for their continued professionalism and outstanding work.They offered me an Uber to work; which was awesome! And, also offered me a loaner car for the weekend.They are also very honest! Took my 128 here a few weeks back and realized I have not reviewed Excluservice before. In the world of auto repair they are a breath of fresh air. Honest high quality work at fair price. It’s not cheap but maintaining BMWs are not cheap. They balance quality at a fair appropriate price.I have taken 2 different BMWs for several years and they are where I will always go. The integrity of this Mechanic Shop is next to none. This place takes photos of your car problems while fixing them. They then create a private online account that keeps a record of what was done, what needs to be done etc. I decided to try this place after my mechanic for over 15 years closed his car shop. My parents own a 3 Series BMW and noticed a slight noise when going over bumps. After visiting their local dealership, they were informed the car had leaking shocks and needed new struts to the tune of $4000+. After checking the BMWCCA DC Chapters Website, I decided to have the car checked and work done at BMW Excluservice. Once they checked the car over, they informed my parents the cars shocks werent leaking and the struts were in great shape. All the car needed was a washer replacement and an upcoming scheduled service. This shop is a blessing and will be the only place that my father and I will trust to service our cars!!
