I only come here for service not to purchase so I can only speak from that perspective. I wish the person answering the phones communicated more with the mechanics as I brought my car before a certain time based on what I was told on the phone and when I arrived, I was told they could not see me because they had just one mechanic and 5 other cats needed an oil change. They try to see everyone as soon as they can but waiting at the front door for 10-15 mins before service is certainly not acceptable.

I wish I never bought a Nissan because taking it to this dealership has always been a nightmare. I have been without a car for over a week and no one can give me an update. The receptionist is useless and cant help me just says will call you back. Worst part is when they call they never leave a voicemail so its a game of phone tag. Terrible customer service is a understatement for this place.

We bought our car at Darcars Nissan Rockville so we have been taking our car to the service department. It is nearly impossible to get through on the phone to make an appointment. I had an appointment to bring the car in for service at 9:30 am. We were told to leave the car so we arranged for two of us to take the car in, requiring an extra car. We got to the service center for our appointment only to be told that the technician called in sick. We received no phone call. The receptionist asked, When would I have called you? despite having been in place and on her phone when we arrived and despite the center having opened an hour before. We wasted our time, energy, and gasoline. The car still needs to be serviced, but it will not be serviced at Darcars Nissan Rockville. We will not waste any more time on this place. The customer service has consistently been terrible and frustrating since we bought our car two years ago.

I went to have my tags put on and was advised to step inside to wait for assistance. I go in and stand for 20minutes unacknowledged. I step back outside and then return to stand some more as people walked by not so much as a good morning or to ask if I needed help. When I purchased my Pathfinder at this dealership a few weeks ago, I had no shortage of offers to help me spend my money. This dealerships service department could use some training in customer service. I will be sure to remember my experience here as it has tainted my entire view of Darcars.

Still waiting. I was told 45-60 minutes. Its been 70 minutes. It would be appreciated if someone would update the waiting customers. I am here for a sheduled VIP service and I had an appointment but was treated like anyone else arriving for servicing.

Fast charger for Nissan Leaf Requires payment, Evgo. Charging stations almost always blocked, level 2. Went in for recall with 8:30am appointment. Got service at 9:10am, they were completed at 12:30pm. It shouldnt take 4 hours to replace some battery plates. Shuttle service for within 5 miles only, so I had to suffer with my twin sons for 4 hours there. They do have a kid friendly lounge, so 2 stars for this place. I love Tesla service much much better. They give you Uber credits to go wherever until theyre done.

He has taken care of our family at DARCAR Nissan in Rockville from day one after our move to the DC Metro Area in 2017. I have and always will recommend this service facility to anyone who’ll listen.

Excellent professional and courteous service. I feel my Nissan Versa is in good hands. Maybe not the cheapest place but they give you thorough diagnostics and estimates and suggestions for optional work to benefit your vehicle. Not to mention warranties on work. Ive sometimes been given a break on cost. Waiting room with TV, Wi-Fi, coffee couch or work stations. Shuttle to Metro.
