I needed all season tires for my Model Y and decided to contact Executive based on other recommendations from Tesla owners. I can vouch for all the other positive reviews listed here. Rick, who answered the phone and helped me order the tires, is one of the friendliest guys Ive ever talked to. He had to do some searching around to find the special tires I wanted but he had them there within a few days. I was able to get an appointment very soon after they arrived. The 21 wheels on my car are notorious for getting damaged easily and there wasnt a single scratch on them after the tires were installed. Rick even came around back and helped me load my old tires in the car. This is an old school tire shop with good, friendly people working there. Theres not a whole lot of places like this anymore. I highly recommend you support shops like this instead of big chains. You will never get the service you get here at those places.

After getting a nail in my Tesla Model X tire, I called around to several places to see if anyone would be able to patch it. Everybody told me they wouldn’t touch it because of the foam in the tire. I was reading, and found that Executive was recommended by other Tesla owners. We called, and they were able to help! They were able to get us in same day, and got the tire taken care of quickly. Definitely recommend, especially to other Tesla owners!

I had to fill up my tires with nitrogen and couldn’t find any places to do it (even the car dealer couldn’t).I forgot to ask him his name (I know, shame on me 😅), but he was friendly and helped me right away (I believe he is the owner there).I have a place to go if I need new tires or services related now! This place is a hidden gem of Rockville. I found them after Costco did not balance my tires properly and they started cupping after a few months. Great friendly service. Kind of place where a handshake is more important than the fine print. Usually able to sit and wait while car is worked on. I go in for periodic alignment checks; tires. Have seen people come in for oil changes too.

These guys are the best. I chose them for the price and professionalism. I purchased a set of four Continental Pure Contacts w/ nitogen for my Civic. The tires are great in all conditions and I return @ 5-7K miles for included balance & rotation.Theyve also repaired one TPMS sensor @ 100K miles with a seal kit, saving me $100. Another one went bad @ 103K, which had to be replaced.When your shopping for tires, be sure to get a quote from these guys.

I’m not a review-writer but I give credit where it’s due. These guys are awesome! I blew a tire on Friday and had all four replaced Monday morning. Great price and great service. Other places nearby were rude and put me on hold for 20min. These guys restored my faith in the auto shop!

Honest shop & Reasonable Rates! I went to this shop to rule out any brake issues and get a few things repaired. I initially went there because a friend of mine recommended them as the hands down most honest mechanic shop he had ever been to. After my experience I completely agree. Not only did they not try to upsell any unnecessary work, but the prices they charged for the work done was extremely reasonable. I think Ive found my new mechanic - plan to go back if I need anything.

I had a tire blowout on the ICC. After putting on the spare, I called these guys up and not only did they fit me in, they replaced all four of my bad tires in less than an hour and sent me on my way. Unbelievable! Great service and prices.

Best local tire shop!Way better then any other tire shop, Got my two tires installed in 45 minutes without appointment and also gave me most honest suggestion. Even test drive for me since my tire was burst when I hit curve. Hate to say this, but it is really hard to find a business which is still running this way in this day. :)Side story: Talk to NTB, but they didn’t even wanna install these two old tires for me, even though it was saved from last time when I purchased all 4 new tires from them, songs like they want me to purchase another two new tires. Very disappointed.

After reading all the fantastic reviews, I decided to take my leaky tire to these guys. I was not disappointed. They truly were fantastic. Very fast service, great price, and an overall surprisingly pleasant experience. I would definitely go back to them for my tire needs and highly recommending them to everyone else.

Here I know the owner of the company and a fella named Rick they have always taken care of my car from tires to Mechanical fixes and anybody I recommend there too theyre always conscientious enough to say thank you for recommending us and they take care of me tremendously whether discounts or not even charging me at all for certain more Id recommend them very highly and most of all very honest their mechanics are all master text which tells me a whole lot I do have a little Auto background Irina shop for 1497 years that was a 14 Bay shop and we had seven state police inspectors and I can tell you this shop is 5 * no question

This place was very helpful, and Bobby in particular worked with me every step of the way when the engine failed in my car with just a little of 30k miles on it. Even though executive didnt work on the car, Bobby handled the entire process of looking up the warranty information for the car and getting it towed to the local Cadillac dealership, as well as communicating with them the information he obtained from the initial diagnostic. He followed up with me multiple times to check the status of the car and gave me some very helpful advice about getting the dealership to give me written paper work ensuring the warranty of the new engine parts they were replacing. This event could have meant me having to take the day off work and much more headache but Executive Wholesale Tire, and Bobby in particular handled everything so I didnt have too.

I was impressed with how generous they were. I was not a past customer, but they topped off the nitrogen in my tires and replaced the stem caps without charging me and they did so very quickly. Everybody I met was very personable.

I have trouble finding a reliable place to get an alignment done on my Jeep due to the larger tires and aftermarket steering linkage. These guys got it done no problem and it drives better than I think it ever has. I will definitely be coming back.

I needed 4 new tires for my SUV. I have an idea of the tire I wanted and was shopping around the price when a friend recommended Executive. Since I was in the area, I stopped in to see what prices they had. When I entered through the door, I was greeted with a hello. I was helped promptly and to my surprise they had great prices! I scheduled an appointment for later that week and was thanked as I walked away. The next day I received a call letting me know my tires were in.When returning to have the tires installed, the staff was again very accommodating offering me water while I waited. It has been 3 months since the tires are installed and have no problems at all.

Hello,I was driving along the highway towards frederick on I-270 when I encountered a Hannigans whole tires van that literallly stopped in the middle of the highway. When I pulled next to him to tell him why he had done that. He gave me the middle finger and said F you. He was a an Afrrican American gentleman who is maybe in his 40s or so. I believe that this company should nor have someone like that drive away and behave that way. Hopefully they find out who he is as his not representing the company in a good way.Everyone I would be careful.

Jim, is the most honest, least expensive and straight-forward auto-shop owner I have ever met, without exception. Indeed, his mechanics have the same ethics.I have been going there for many years and have never been disappointed. As one annecdote, another shop gave me a $5,000 estimate of work that was needed. I took it to ET for a second opinion. They said NOTHING needed to be done, and they were absolutely right. Even on 180,000 miles!You will not be disappointed. Expect a bill, but expect it to be quality work and the best price around.

Ill happily add another positive review. I dropped in with a slow leak, and within a half hour they had patched it, checked all the other tires, including the spare, and charged me next to nothing. Meanwhile, the previous two customers had not been charged anything for their brief service. This is the kind of treatment that ensures my repeat business.

We have been taking our cars here for years. We called this week for an oil change. They said, we dont take appts for oil changes, just come in. I went in today (05/25)at about 9am and they said it would 2-2.5 hours. Very disappointed. Lots of new guys, possibly new ownership. You are losing a loyal customer.

I got to observe their operation since I spent some time waiting, and was pleased to see that they treat their customers fairly. The shop is also very clean, and the staff take pride in their work.Update:I put four brand new Yokohama tires on the van. (It was time; two were worn out and two werent running true anymore) The pricing was better than what I can get on the internet and they had me in and out in under 2 hours. Kudos to Rick and his staff.

Disappointed w/ a recent experience. Had brought my cars there in the past and never disappointed with the actual work done. However, recent event did not end well when I was not notified my car would be held over the weekend because they closed their shop early on a Friday. Was not notified shop closed promptly at 5:00. Apparently they dont pick up their phones at 4:50 when I tried to call multiple times indicating running late after I discovered the closing time. Spoke w/ manager and thought things were smoothed over, but shop did not follow through w/ crediting some $ back to my credit card to have me return as a customer. Customer service needs improvement and hours posted correctly outside shop and online.

Left my car with a flat tire for 6 hours at this place… Asked to rotate tires as well. They said there is NO PROBLEM with a tire and bill was $12 for rotation…. Next morning I have exactly the same problem, flat THE SAME tire on the same exact place…So nothing was done at all… I took my car to the different place and within 15 min they found a huge screw in a tire…. So, I will never be back again …(were going there for 10 years)

Today I went for the second time and was still blown away at the quality & speed of Executive Wholesale Tires service capabilities. Dealerships and minute-lube places need to take a lesson from this no pressure-high experience team. They are tire experts but they pretty much perform any automotive repair and maintenance.

I have been a customer here for about 7 years. They serviced my Mercedes in the past and now my Jeep. Great prices and service. I trust their opinion. Only down side is that they are not open on weekends.

I went in for a pair of new tires, and walked out with a pair of new tires 20 or so minutes later, all set on my car and ready to roll. The staff was polite and friendly. What more can you ask for?

I just moved to the area and I caught a screw with my tire. I have run flat tires, so I was able to drive the car to this the shop myself. I had done some research on google over the weekend and I decided to go with Executive Wholesale Tire. Perfect choice! After I showed up on Monday morning, they checked me in and in less than half hour (they had another client before me) I was on the road again. It turned out the screw didnt pierce through the tire. The mechanic said he removed another small nail too. He also told me I had uneven (33 and 30 psi) pressure in the back tires. They were friendly and they didnt charge me a penny. I had a great experience and now I know where I am going when I need to change the tires of my car and my wifes SUV. Thank you guys, you are the best.

We have used Executive Wholesale Tire for all of our car service needs for about 6 years. We have always been completely satisfied with both the quality of the work and the price. Zipper is a big hit too, especially with my girls.

We had an issue with calipers that required us to go back and see when they were last replaced. So we called up executive tire to find out when they had performed the service, but they only track receipts by date. No client files or anything. So they could NEVER know what they have previously done to your car. This is a huge issue in my book. I will never use them again. I suggest you do not either. Find a shop that actually cares about their clients cars.

Came here 6 months ago looking for new tires. The manager, Rick, came out and looked at my car and said my current tires were still good, and to come back in 6 months. Wow, Ive never had anyone in a mechanic/tire shop tell me I didnt need anything before! So in 6 months I came back and Rick gave me a quote on a Yokahama Avid Acend. I did some research online and saw the tire was good, and his price was good too. I *could* have ordered them for slightly cheaper online, but these guys were so courteous and professional to me, i went with them. They had the new tires installed in 20mins, and they drive great! This place is awesome!! I brought a new Scion FRS 2013 from Scion 355 in Rockville less then a month ago. One of my tires blew. I took the car back to the Dealership Service department only for them to say the tire company Michelin denied my claim to to pay for the tire or offer a discount. I found Executive Wholesale Tires while doing a google search. I noticed a lot of positive reviews and decided to give them a shot. Took my car to them 9/17. They ordered my tire and the tire was delivered the next day. They had my tire replaced in less then 10 mins. Nick called Michelin about my tire and was able to get the company to pay 50%. A $200 tire only cost me $127. Everyone was very professional and I did not feel I was getting ripped off!! I will definitely do business with them again.
