Extraordinarily efficient, pleasant and quick. I went mid-morning on a Thursday and they took my carin immediately.

We have brought our vehicle in for a few different reasons and each time we experience the best customer service. We worked with Chris, a mechanic there, and he went out of his way to call multiple places looking for the right parts at the best price! We will definitely be bringing our vehicles there for years to come!

They say on their website that it opens on sundays at 9:00 but once you get there, they tell you that its closed even the scheduled on the door says it open at 9:00. Someone should change that instead of making us posible “Costumers” waste our times and GAS, bc i wasnt the only one that got sent back. They did the same thing last time i came and they did it today again, also why were workers there if its closed???

The staff members I encounter are always nice and friendly. They got my car in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I have been here several times and plan to keep coming back.

I had gone to my dealership service center for an oil change, but they overfilled my oil by an inch over the line on the dipstick. I was at a loss as to what to do since the dealership was closed for the labor day weekend, but the team at this location took care of it for me--the manager was so generous -the professionalism and courtesy of everyone from the way they spoke to me on the phone and explained things to me when I showed up really impressed me--all of this means A LOT when you are entrusting your car to people who are supposed to know more than you. MANY thanks to the team at this location--you can be sure I will return for other services in the future!

This Jiffy Lube is really fantastic. Not only was everyone kind and courteous, they went above and beyond the call of duty for me and my car. They had to keep my car overnight and happily called me an Uber to make sure I could get home and come back the next day.

Everyone here was so kind! My oil change did not take too long at all, and everyone who worked there was friendly/went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. I will definitely be back!

I rolled in here at 6:47 (wiw they close at 7) to get an oil chance, and from the get-go every person I talked to between when I got there and when I left was nice, polite and helpful (shout out to David). Ended up getting taillights replaced, probably asked for that right at 7. There were no hard/pushy sells. Awesome experience across the board definitely will be going back.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and I’ve always had great service. I’ve been to other locations, but the Kensington location always goes above and beyond. Even now with masking and social distancing, they’ve moved a couple chairs outside which is great with the weather cooperating. Max is almost always there when I come in and he’s always so nice and welcoming. One time I brought in a coupon that I didn’t realize wasn’t was for another location. They said they couldn’t use that one but offered another instead. Great service all around.

Jiffy Lube was a busy place! All of the guys (no ladies were in the garage) were upbeat and seemingly efficient. Those of us in the waiting room were respectful of social distance and all but two wore masks. I have confidence in the services provided at Jiffy Lube on Nicholson.

I had an emergency and needed to drive long distance. I was a month overdue for an oil change. I was not comfortable leaving town without one. I called several places and Jiffy Lube came through. They were friendly, professional, courteous and fast. They gave me a full diagnostic, but did not push to up-sell services.

The mechanics were very nice and helpful. They were informative and didn’t try to push and sell me on anything that wasn’t necessary. My only complaint is $78 for a non synthetic oil change is a lot in my opinion but then again maybe I’m just used to getting a better deal. Otherwise great service.

I was going to change the oil only, but the each member of the team was so efficient and quick with evaluation and advise what is necessary to fix in my car, so I spent an hour and everything was done, checking and changing broken brake lights, brakes fluid, vacuuming of the interior, replenished window washing fluid, oil and filters changed, and price was actually less then dealership estimated for similar service. Thanks a lot, Jiffy Lube wonderful team! You saved my time !

This Jiffy Lube does a great job! All Jiffy Lubes charge more than I think is necessary for services other than oil change, but these guys always do things right, are welcoming, communicate clearly, and work efficiently.

Ive been going to this Jiffy Lube for the entire time Ive lived in Rockville, so probably going on 4+ years now, and these guys have been consistently great to work with. They are always friendly, professional and informative. Ive never once felt like an unneeded service was being suggested or pushed on me. Theyve always been up front about what things should be handled immediately and which things could reasonably and safely wait. Honestly its just wonderful having a consistent and trustworthy go-to with my car needs. I really couldnt recommend them enough. Theyre a great group of people who know what theyre doing, do it quickly, and always make me feel welcome and informed.

Been getting my oil change here for about 5 years theyre always super professional and fast I was staying up in Frederick and my tire pressure light came on and I swung by on my way to work and they had me in and out in 2 minutes cant recommend this jiffy lube enough.

They are extremely friendly courteous professional fair and most importantly they are honest .Dont be surprised if they re m.j member you by sight, they have very little turnover which is reflective of a happy staff and good management...

I have been a customer at this Jiffy Lube since 2006. The staff always go above and beyond to help with prompt repairs and fast service. Among the vehicles I have gotten serviced here are Audi A4 B6, Audi A4 B8, Volkswagen Jetta MK VI, and Jaguar XJ X351.

I tend to only use Jiffy Lube for oil changes as they are convenient and you can see the line (aka wait time) before pulling up. Compared to others this was a great no-nonsense place. I was in/out quickly and was not given a long run around about what oil I choose or what random other maintenance things they want to do. Very clean shop also and good covid rules being followed.

This is a special business. People here are competent, nice, and do Not talk down to a woman. Women can get cars when the repair technician takes a few minutes to explain the situation. I highly recommend this place.

We stopped in for an oil change. No wait, staff was fast and friendly! They are a little expensive for an oil change. They have a flat rate and charge around $10 extra per additional quart (past 5 qts) for a vehicle that requires more oil than the standard. We have a RAM 1500 so our vehicle fell in the latter category. I do appreciate that they were transparent about the extra cost. Would recommend them and would get service there again!!

I usually never leave reviews on, but I took my truck in for an oil change and the wrong oil filter was put on. I usually do my own oil changes but I couldnt at the time due to where I was living. When I did my following oil change I went to the auto parts store, and when I removed the filter I noticed it was the wrong one! Just to make sure I took it with me to the parts store, and they said people who put that filter on shouldnt be working on cars. We take our cars to these places because you figure they know what their doing! The guy that talks to you and takes all your info is also to pushy on selling things you dont even need.

I’ve done both of my cars in the last two weeks. I love them! I was out both times in less then 30minutes, and even before Covid it was that way too. Bravo bravo

Went to get an oil change, they let me know a brake light was out and fixed it for $16. Didnt pressure me for uneccesary maintenence but did go over checklist. If I cant change my own, I come here and they do a good job

Fantastic service. Very deliberate walking through recommended repairs and accepting which ones I did/didnt want. Even though they dont do brake service at this location, Christian walked me through the process and provided non-bs explanations of what and why.

Loved the service there. Went in for a routine oil change. Didnt have to take any appointments. They inspect every thing in the car and found some other issues which they fixed quickly. Very clean compared to other auto workshops. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices. My car is running smooth as butter after the visit.

I always come here for my oil changes. The shop is clean, friendly and professional technicians, and they don’t try to sell services you do not need. Many jiffy lines I’ve been to looked worn out and dirty but not this location.

Service was performed in a timely manner and service manager explained the maintenance necessary based on the mileage of the vehicle.

I was very impressed with my experience yesterday! I am a poor college student and gave them a budget, I had multiple things that I needed fixed and they did it all for me under my budget and they were super quick. I will definitely be back!

A bit slower than usual, but perhaps due to all the good safety procedures put in place. Nice to have places outdoors to sit. Not sure how comfortable it will be when its colder.

They were so fast! Explanation was detailed and they showed me the filter I needed to replace instead of just saying it needed done. Walked up, no appointment, was in and out in less than a half hour vs a competitor who quoted my 2 hours for same service and with an already scheduled appointment!

Really excellent service. Thorough, professional, kind, prompt, and efficient staff and service. I wanted an oil change and tire rotation, but they did not recommend a rotation - they could have made more money but opted to be honest - I love it! What a great team. Would definitely recommend. Ill be going there again for future maintenance.

Its a Jiffy Lube. They charge you a bunch of money to do work quickly. Or at least it starts out that way. If youve been do Jiffy Lube, you know what I mean. If not, Thats what these reviews are for. The products that most Jiffy Lubes use are pens produced and our of Hi. quality. But you need to check atalon corporate stores some of the owners have a gun to use cheap products for oil filters, for example. Most all Jiffy Lubes do a fair or better job at the services they provide.

Incredibly friendly service! These guys actually follow the Jiffy Lube code too... I never had to touch a door handle! Additional services were offered, but I never felt pressured to spend more or add to the service. They are very quick and very clean. This is the only Jiffy Lube I would go to!!
