I purchased beds for my family from this location before. The first time was excellent, so I decided to come back. I received the same caliber of service this time a well. The store was clean, the selection of beds was sufficient, and I was treated as if I were the only customer so I wasn’t rushed through the sale. So we were just shopping around and had inquired online about a few things. Manny from Mattress Firm in Rockville took the time to call me and answer the questions I had. We set up time to come into the store to browse around and just see what was available. We were undecided if weather to just replace what we had or upgrade. But again Manny took his time to explain and educate us and by the end we found what were looking for and felt happy and comfortable with our decision. I recently visited the Matrress Firm location at Rockville Towne Plaza and I was eagerly greeted by a salesperson named Elvis. Elvis was very thorough with explaining the different types of mattresses available. He was very patient with answering all of my questions and went above and beyond with his customer service. Elvis was attentive to my requests and he made sure I was knowledgeable about all the mattresses that were in the store. I visited this location several times and Elvis was consistent with providing impeccable customer service. His service was so superb, that I ended up purchasing a tempurpedic medium hybrid mattress. I am personally not a fan of salesman because i used to be one so i know the tactics that are used. When entering mattress firm the salesman Mike immediately had my gf and i use their products as a recommended bed. We told him what beds we wanted and understood. Once he understood we had back issues and needed a bed that fit our specific needs it became an amazing sale. Mike was understanding, calm, patient, funand genuinely got to us know as people. However delivery was delayed two days and it wasn’t until I called Mattress Firm on the day of (first) scheduled delivery that I was told the mattress would be two days late. We went to the shop with the hope of buying a foundation to increase the height of our tempur-pedic bed but the manager, Mr. Ferris showed us not only what we were looking for but alternatives such as adjustable bed frames which we were not aware of. He was very friendly, understood our needs, took time time explain the benefits of each model. Having seen the benefits of each we ended up buying temper pedic ergo extend and are very happy with our decision.

I went into Mattress Firm (Rockville) on a whim after doing online research for awhile. Ibrahim M. assisted me and he was great...and I generally hate dealing w sales folks. He was informative without being pushy; also kind & funny but most importantly: PATIENT! It took me forever to make up my mind (like I was getting on my own nerves) but he totally understood. I went to Mattress Firm looking for a Purple Pillow. I went to the location in Rockville. Great experience! It was a small purchase but I was given immediate attention. The product was unavailable but because I needed it right away...the sales rep found it at another store location. After paying for it, I was able to go to the other store and pick up my order without difficulty. The staff was glad to let us take our time and safely try out a variety of beds with protective covering in place. They worked well to get the products we wanted (2 beds) at fair price. I took off one star because there’s a long wait time as one of the beds is on back order and we don’t want two separate deliveries in the midst of the pandemic, so have to wait a month from now until the new beds arrive

We visited Mattress Firm yesterday—Michael Davis helped us out and was absolutely phenomenal. We initially went to the store looking to buy a Purple mattress, but upon asking Michael if there were other options, he broke down the Tempur Pedic and why it was a better investment given what we wanted. He took his time explaining the difference between each mattress and base, and he was not at all annoyed at the tons of questions we asked.
