Awful customer service. Gwen is loud and unfriendly. Darren was indifferent when I asked back for my 20 percent coupon. He told me no in an rude tone that I couldn’t get my coupon back. I’ve always been able to receive my coupons after An item I purchased is being returned. I will not shop at this location anymore. The store in Frederick is much better & the Staff members are much friendlier. Darren possessed an awful demeanor his tone was un pleasant. Management is lacking customer service.

I always find what I need. Associates are friendly and well-trained. The store is clean and well-organized.

They mislabelled products and wont honor the price it qas mislabeled as. They either need to honor that label, or have staff monitor their sections to avoid yhis confusion. This is their last chance, as when I have previously gone, Ive picked up something for my bedroom that ended up having a cockroach in the box, that got into my room!

They didnt have exactly what I wanted. But there was a wonderful selection of things that my home needs and the workers here were consideratel and attentive.

Store is well organized and stocked. Theyve designed a longer que line for checkout with 8 cashier stations. Pay attention to what the register rings up for the sale items as it may not be correct. In our case a set of frying pan was marked down from $49.99 to $39.99 but the register rang up as $49.99. the cashier had to go get a supervisor to make corrections.

This place is awesome. Nice and huge and clean. The Customer Service is sweet.

Still a nice place to shop,but good luck on trying to find out how much an item costs.(Since I couldnt find, any price tags)if you do shop online make sure that the item that you have purchased is corrolated to what you bought in store. Just a heads up you might have to go in person to shop 1st. Another thing that is convenient is that they provide same day shipping. That within its self is what I call more time to get my at home tasks finished. Any ways if you do have disposable income, and impulse buy urges then youve come to the right place.

This is my favorite BB&B store. I love that they have a section for toiletries. And I dont think there has ever been a time when a staff member didnt offer to help with something...including bringing a shopping cart when I ended up with more items than I expected.

Didnt have what I came in there for....waste of my time...and I usually love this place and 2 weeks later Bed Bath and Beyond still doesnt have what I was looking for....The only reason why I gave 3 stars is...still good customer service. No rolling of the eyes and no attitudes when I asked about the item and they went to the back storage room to look for the item.Now to call corporate😳

Big home goods department store, but they lacked laundry baskets. Everything else you imagine they seem to have. Weird.

Great place to find all your gifts. Dont forget your coupons!Recently added in-store pickup in the back by fine china has helped alleviate the crowding near the checkout registers. Curbside pickup available as well as dedicated parking for in-store pickup.Items remain well stocked so be on the look-out for deals and stack coupons and you can complete all your home shopping needs in one location.

Lots of health and beauty aids prices are high. bB&B does have some bargains. Got Sheets and pillow cases that I had been looking for. They have nicks and crannies with bargains..a bit disorganized but great for a bargain shopper.

The staff was very helpful 😊 . I didnt know where to find the CBD Oils. I first looked in the beauty section . Then someone took me to the makeup section and aromatherapy section. Then he asked another Bed Bath and Beyond Team Member who sent me to Home Decor. I didnt see so I asked someone to look at inventory for another store. Then he took me back to Home Decor and there was this huge display. I am trying the relief roll-in with the Bed Bath and Beyond $5 off coupon.

Hortibly managed. The manager Sue is as rude snd unprofessional as the staff. I chose a therapeutic pillow in the iodle for 51.99 and the cashier said it was 104. I said it said 51.99. I was told to go to the front desk and so I did. I told one lady at the desk the story and she called someone on that isle and then I was told to go there. I went back to the therapeutic area and the person had rearranged the boxes. I said tegu he had changed the boxes and he said because it was all wrong placed. I went back to the front desk and told the lady that the person in the isle had rearranged the boxes and that I wanted to speak to the manager. One lady said I am off do I don’t want to deal with this issue. A guy came and said to tell him the story snd I did fit the second time. He went to the pillow isle and the guy who worked on that isle suddenly changed his story snd said that he hasn’t rearranged the boxes to the correct area. I said that this was dishonest and he had just told me that the boxes were placed in the wrong area and the price was wrong snd they had to give me the price on the isle. He said no and I went back to the front desk and asked to speak to the store manager. In the meantime ten of the staffs had gathered and were gossiping about me. I waited for ten minutes snd she never showed up. This place is so mismanaged and the staff is rude and unhelpful. The only thing they know how to do nest is to gossip among themselves. I am reporting this to the customer service and then to BBB. They all need serious train gig and learn how to speak like humans. They need to learn customer setvice.

Very polite employees that are ready to help but never pushy about it. Really enjoyed shopping here and will be back soon.

Waiting for a while to process my transaction and unable to operate my app to use my coupon

All you need. Even for your personal hygien or make up stuff but only at some certain branches. By the way the prices a bit higher than Target or Walmart or other similar retails

I was charged twice and the companys system showed me being charged once. My bank had to clear up the situation. They need a better system to track each sale from there register.

Nothing bad to say. Plenty of parking, safely social distance from the most part. And excellent customer service. Thats what I like to find from stores.

One of my favorite stores. Clean, well stocked and organized. They accept expired coupons and you can use more than one. I left my coupons in the car today and the cashier said I had 14 days to apply them, including today. I paid, went to my car, and came back for the coupon savings. Gotta love this store.

The best bed, bath, and beyond I have been too!Theyve got everything in this store! It is filled to the brim with all sorts of stuff without feeling overcrowded.We recently got married and moved to a new apartment, we came to this location often to get inspiration for our registry. We definitely got lots of things for our house here such as new pans, plates, decatur set, pillows,etc.I have yet to run across any issues with the staff. They always helpful with finding something, returns, and checking out is quick.Also this is a good place to go right after a season or holiday. I got a great tree skirt for my Christmas tree and a festive welcome mat for a great price. They do not sell out as fast as other places like Walmart or target.

My boyfriend went to pick up my curbside order while on his break and ending up going in the store after waiting outside and nobody coming out and he was directed to the back only to find nobody to help him. After waiting with no help, he grabbed the order off the shelf himself and on his way out, an employee named Cindy with twists got an attitude with him because he grabbed the order. He had his ID and it was in my name. Hire more people if you don’t have enough staff and don’t catch an attitude with your customers. Everybody else seemed nice enough but Cindy needs to be trained again

The store was pretty clean and organized but customer service still lacking to act respectful. Cashir Suzanne needs to learn how to treat customers. Seems she does not like none white people if you say thanks to her she wont respond in case you are not white American.

Great store with wide variety of merchandise. Clerks are very helpful, attentive and readily available to assist you. Shopping with coupon makes the shopping trip very worthwhile.

Theres definitely a lot of stuff to browse through. Its a good idea to look for coupons ahead of time. Went on a Sunday and there was a long line, but it moved pretty smoothly and theres lots to browse as you wait in line.

Well organized store, friendly cashier and staff.

Happy that I received one of my gifts I was looking for. But the customer service is very lackluster. The employees acted as if they did not want to be bothered. Correction that I was bothering them and asking too much. Which by the way was a gift receipt of my purchase!?!😑

After 15min with the cashier telling we are not registered with them we had to leave the entire purchase because my App was not showing the coupon that I always used for the last 5 years with the same store. Manager came and said the same.. terrible customer service.

I went looking for food scale. They have it on display, but not selling in store. Tried to order on line. But, first shipping charges for orders less thsn $39. Fine, but to be able to use coupon, first you have to give your email. That fine too. But after they got my email, I found that I have to pay by Paypal. Not Paypal credit, mind you. Which means you have to get Paypal Mastercard, then use it to pay for the order. So. I dropped the idea. Went to Costco, bought the scale paid for it and was donecwith it. But now I am flooded with BBB emails! So. I think Ivwill block them.

Rockville is a good store. WARNING: do not order online from the website and try to ship it to your home as the women customer reps in the Phillipines get the orders wrong all the time. It is a nightmare.

Thank you BBY for carrying products from honorable companies. After asking me to text a photo of the rusted shower rod, Moens Customer Service tells me that a replacement is on its way by mail. This is to replace a nickel-brushed shower rod I bought for $31 less than two years ago. The waters in this area apparently are more harsh than the product can bear. The limited lifetime warranty covers product TR1001BN . Thank you Babette at Moen.

Sharell and her manager were so helpful and so was the Nespresso lady! This store is so busy but each team member made sure they greeted you and provided assistance if needed. Sharell printed all of my coupons so that I had options. I live in Columbia, but this was the only store in 25 miles to have the cappuccino maker my mom wanted.

The line was very long at the registers and a manager came out and made an announcement explaining that they were backed up because they were cleaning off the registers between every customer -- it was great to have the explanation AND to know they were doing their best to maintain safety measures due to COVID.

This particular bed bath and beyond has a health and beauty section which is a nice switch up from the bed bath and beyonds I have seen before. It is in a strip mall with an aldis so its nice that in one trip you can get your groceries and then hop over to get toiletries. Standard pricing and convenient location.

I love getting gifts here!

I always come here to buy facial stuff and occasionally shop in the kitchenware section. They usually have the cheapest prices and I have a whole ton of BB&B coupons. As a note, they accept all store coupons, even expired ones. The staff are quick to offer help and the cashiers are usually quick and efficient.

A great place to go for pretty much everything household. Of course, bring your BBB coupons (go online and register your email and address and they mail you 1 once a week) or youll pay full price. Its definitely the place to go to if you need something in a hurry. Prices are fair, but beware of going during their busy back to school days. Lines can be long but they always have lots of cashiers to keep the line moving. A definite must for the new high school grad looking for the basics for their first year in college.

Undernormal circumstances, I love this place for household stuff. But just opening after the shutdown, it was too crowded for me; and the checkout line was like at some of the Walmarts and Trader Joes even for social distancing.

Wow! Move over robots. Humans can actually provide good customer service. Customer service is excellent here! A gentleman at the door gave me a cart & asked if I was looking for a smaller one. He didnt have any at the time (smaller carts) but imagine my surprise when he found me in the store to give me a smaller cart. Another rep took the time and showed me models of vaccum cleaners. The cashier finished off the experience with a friendly smile & helpful attitude. I didnt mean to write so much but they deserve it. Great job Bed, Bath & Beyond. Great shopping experience. If I could give 7 stars, I would. And damn Google, stop stalking me LOL
