And they did a great job helping me find the right Samsung TV for my living room. So far its been the BEST decision I made buying a 55 from them!

Great service at the store. Delivery the next day. However, the guys installing the tv didnt even know to attach the Verizon cable to the cable box. They kept telling me the box didnt work. He even called someone else to help with the problem. I went down the next day, attached the cable, and set up the tv (which they were supposed to have done).

Big Screen was not what I expected. It was comfortable, pleasant, professional and helpful in sorting out and ordering what I needed. Well worth taking the time for the visit. The delivery and installation was perfect. Definitely 5 star performance. Like going back in time time to helpful retail store.

The delivery people showed up in the middle of their appearance window and quickly removed the old TV and hooked up the new set. They took time to explain some things to me, and they did not leave until my questions were answered. I will return to this store for my future purchases.

I had a specific budget and features in mind, and Barry did not try to oversell me or pressure me in the least. I hadn’t had a television in 16 years, and many things had changed, but Barry patiently explained things and let me practice with the controls. Yesterday the Father and Son Team of Romeo and Roshun, Very Professional TV Installers Specialists appeared at our house to install our 85 “ Samsung purchased at The Big Screen Store ( who gave us a great deal). They spent several hours navigating a very challenging installation over our fireplace and against our chimney. When all was said and done, the TV is up, looks perfect, and no remnants were left behind. They even gave us a lesson on how to operate this state of the art TV. I highly recommend Romeo, Roshun and The Big Screen Store.

Frankly, after years of disappointment with many retailers, I was a little worried to buy from any place than Amazon. But I must say that the help given to me in selecting my TV and sound system without actually going into the store was invaluable. Sure, plenty of salesmanship, but it was fair and honest. Delivery and install was fast and efficient. Overall a very convenient experience.When the price dropped several days after my purchase, the $200 difference was refunded, as promised, without resistance. When I had trouble with my sound bar after 28 days, they immediately offered to exchange it. Actually the problem with the sound was not the equipment it was my lack of understanding...it didnt come with a user guide. Also, there were some characteristics that werent explained. The manufacturers customer support straightened it out for me. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend The Big Screen Store.

Very pleased with my purchase and delivery experience from Big Screen Store. Called in my order and the process was super easy. Delivery guys brought the 88 lb tv all the way into the room I wanted it. They tested it and put it right back into the original packaging since I wasnt quite ready to install it.

Just purchased a Samsung Terrace TV from The Big Screen Store. Upon arrival, the drivers carried the TV and sound bar to the location it was being installed. Beware that whatever you purchase all the drivers do is drop off the TV and make sure that it turns on. They did not remove any mess they made, they refused to help me lift the TV up on the mount, and did not even remove the boxes when asked if they could. Zero value add in purchasing a TV from this local DC store. Should have just purchased from Best Buy, Amazon, and / or the manufacturer and saved myself the hassle of 1) driving to the store and 2) dealing with a sales manager who did not even extend the courtesy of asking how I was going to mount the TV...was focused on the sale...Called same Sales Manager to convey disappointment and he indicated Oh, thats $200 more to hang the TV. And indicated he could have someone here tomorrow...Very underwhelmed...my wife and I hung the 60 lb TV just so we didnt have to deal with Big Screen Store again.

Customer Service at the store was good. However, I went in with a supposed to be bargain sell (tv commercial) and ended up buying something else. In which it was a better deal at the end of the day. Warning- I am not happy with their installation company. Per the store it’s a great price but at the end of the day Geek Squad (Best Buy) would have done a better job. The sell guy hyped up so much that I went for it. I paid for a service that wasn’t completely done in which I paid for. No wires were cover for a chimney installation (i.e. wall mounting). When I called multiple times to complain. Nobody from the store every called me back. I’m very disappointed in both the store and needless to say the installation company.

Barry did a great job for me helping me get the right size and quality TV for my fairly bright terrace room. He did upsell me on the SoundBar... but its a great addition and Im glad he did it. TV works great and we are very happy.

Service at shop was great - really great! Install was smooth, however I was a bit disappointed that the (young folk) doing the install dont seem to understand that old folk like me need a little more help. I am 62, I dont really understand how to hook up to the net, and consequently I still cant really watch the TV today or enjoy the thousand dollar sound system that I purchased along with two thousand dollar TV. I am going to try again Saturday when I dont have to work, but I do wish I had seen a little more effort on their part in this particular area. I have been buying from you since the 1990s, and you still do get my vote!

Web site is not very good. I attempted to buy the tv online and when it came time to pay the little spinning wheel wouldnt stop. I didnt know if I had made a purchase. Contacted the local store and they couldnt tell if my purchase had gone thru. Finally figured out that it had not and reordered the tv on line with success. We were contacted by the delivery service and given a delivery date and time estimate. On the scheduled date we were contacted and the delivery time was confirmed. The guys came during the scheduled time, unpacked the tv, set it up. Tested it, took the empty box and packing material and were gone in 15 minutes.All employees I talked to were helpful and Id buy from them again.They should take a look at their website and make it more user-friendly and provide more information about products. There was an ad that flashed by that showed a deal to get 2 TVs at one price but I never could find it on their site for more info.

I had a wonderful experience as a first time shopper. I have always purchased my Samsung TVs from Costco, but given the pandemic, I wanted to spend my money with a local business. Ive seen the Big Screen Stores commercials for years so decided to give them a try. This purchase was done remotely after reading the articles on their site and working with Steve at the Rockville store over the phone. After a very reasonable and no pressure conversation I purchased the TV. The price including delivery and set up was cheaper than Costco. As luck would have it, the price dropped 8 days after my purchase and true to their word, they stood behind their low price guarantee, and refunded the difference. I recommend them without reservation and will absolutely be using them again the next time Im in the market for a new TV.

Our 20-year old projection screen TV died on the Friday of Presidents Day weekend. After hearing adds about The Big Screen Store for years, we thought wed check their store out first. They have a clear website for people like us who know what kind of screen will work for our viewing habits, and who also cant afford the stars and the sun, so we figured out exactly the kind of TV we wanted when we arrived at the store. They were helpful, easy-going, knowledgeable and fun to talk to, so much so that we decided to end our search for the perfect big-screen TV right there, in their laid-back showroom. We couldnt be happier with the Samsung 65 TV that we chose, especially because the sale price was better than the sale for the same TV at Best Buy (sorry, Best Buy).

Its tough selling TVs regardless of size. Options are everywhere. The Big Screen Store does a worthy job. In our case the biggest benefit was the delivery and installation of the tv and soundbar. Especially since it was an over the fireplace installation requiring cutting drywall, running cable and adding an electrical outlet. Installer Duane and his assistant did a nice job getting everything installed and working. Pretty good job on clean-up too. There are many places to shop for a new tv and soundbar. The Big Sreen Store is a terrific place to consider.

He asked if I would be willing to talk to him about my negative experience with the store. I was impressed that he didnt throw his people under the bus, but instead spent a couple hours on the phone talking to all parties involved before discerning that mistakes had been made and he fully owned them. (Did not lay it on the employees, I respect that.). Additionally, he could have just refunded my money and that would have been sufficient. However, he asked if he could possibly earn back my trust with The Big Screen Store. He didnt want the sale, he just wanted the opportunity to restore their reputation. I respect that also. While I was reluctant, I did in the end find his sincerity and professionalism worthy of risking working with them. In the end, my TV was delivered and installed promptly and the installer, Romeo and his helper, did a great job. They took time to show me how everything worked. Jason called to check and make sure everything was to my satisfaction. To summarize: Everyone makes mistakes and I accepted the apology for the manager and the resolution to the issue. I purchased a Mitsubishi 73. Got great price and was delivered on time as promised. zthe delivery staff was very friendly and took great care in handling the TV.

The products and buying process are great. The people who delivered my purchase were very hurried--bordering on being rude. Zero stars for delivery. I chose not to have the product installed so maybe they use a different set of people for installation. Lets hope so. The men who delivered my set were indifferent, at best, to the concept of customer service, quite different from my in-store experiences.

We were treated very well, making sure our needs were met and we were not sold anything we did not need. The salesperson, Barry, was attentive and not pushy. He even suggested some less expensive options, at other stores, for other rooms that we wanted to put TVs in. He gave us discounts that kept the price reasonable. The installation went smoothly and the installer had to go to the store to get drill bits that would go through the metal and concrete we had in the room we were installing the TV in. They took their time and made sure it was done on the day and time we set the appointment up for.

Delivery was faster than competing storesHaving had two prior TV orders through Amazon arrive damaged/non-functional, and having then to pack them up for return, I cant tell you how much I appreciated point #2 above (for which Amazon doesnt provide, and Best Buy charges a hefty fee). Me and wife were shopping for new furniture, sofa/TV and we couldnt just buy anything due to our recently new purchased home. We visited the big screen store in rockville a few months before we settled on our new home. We had checked out a few furniture stores in the area, but we were not impressed of the comfort/size in the couches and also customer service. I was also looking for a TV as we needed one for the home theater entertainment. I had also visited best buy and the staff was too pushy into buying a TV which is why we didnt purchase from them. After driving to different places and looking for sofas and TV, our last stop was checking out the big screen store. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Barry. We told Barry we are just looking and that we would be back for a purchase in a few weeks. Barry understood and was NEVER once pushy. We sat down and checked out the 82 TVs and we had a full conversation of different things. It was like we already knew Barry. Barry is wonderful and understanding. The sofas are so comfortable that i almost fell asleep at the store. As mentioned before we had visited other big furniture stores but none compared to the big screen. The service we received from Barry was above and beyond that we came back after signing our new home and purchased a new sofa. Had them delivered and noticed 1 was either not installed correctly or was damaged. My wife wanted to exchange the sofas for a different style and we told Barry. Without any issues Barry went out his way to have the sofas exchanged. The service provided from Barry made us return to the store a few days later after purchasing the sofas and purchase a new 65 TV. Although its not the 82 that we wanted but i know 100% we will return and i will also let my family and friends to come see Barry.Thanks so much Barry.

I have purchased numerous TVs from the Big Screen store as well as some consoles for the sets. I go back to Mitsubishi and now Samsung. the service and set up is great. Barry our sales rep. helped us with everything. Cant go wrong.

I have bought two TVs in the past two years from the Big Screen Store. Good prices, knowledgeable and friendly service. I recommend over any big box store.

Store experience was wonderful. Installation was wonderful while it was happening but after they left I noticed the left leg on the tv stand was sticking out about an inch and not seated properly. I tried for awhile to get it installed properly while holding up the left side of the TV but it was too heavy to keep lifting and the stand wouldn’t budge and we gave up. Now every time I look at my beautiful 82” QLED TV I can only fixate on that one leg not being attached properly and that it’s not sitting level on the beautiful credenza I got from them also... sigh it’s too big and heavy for me to lift and I live alone.EDIT: I purchased another TV for a different room a couple weeks after this... good experience in store, as usual, and when they delivered the second TV, they fixed the issue with the stand on the 82... ALL IS WELL! And... Ill be back! :)

This is was my sister and i first time in the Big Screen store and Steve Seltzer was our sale person and was able to help us out and very knowledgeable. i would recommend the store.
