Signature signs of Rockwall just finished an amazing backlit sign at my Oral Surgery office in Rockwall Texas. I could not have been more pleased from my initial meeting with Jamie (owner) to the final installation by his team. The time and personal effort this company put into my project was amazing. When we ran into a minor issue with the electrical that was installed by the electrician, this did not even delay them. Signature Sign & Graphics produced four large banners for the Terry Fisher American Legion Post 117s 1st Annual Charity Golf Tournament along with twenty-eight 18 x 24 different sponsor signs. They were just as we ordered, ready on time and looked great! They helped us recognize our sponsors and contributed greatly to the inaugural event.

Signature Signs is probably the best if not is the best place in Rockwall in Dallas to get any type of Graphics wraps or signage on vehicles I have work with Jason and Jamie over several different projects since theyve opened and its a great group and its a great place to do business with.

Sent an email over the weekend with details of what we wanted on our banner. Received a response from them on the same day. Placed my order with them the following Monday and our banner was ready for pickup on Tuesday. Very friendly and professional, answered all of our questions prior to placing the order. The response time for our quote and turn around time for the banner was amazing. Will definitely consider them for future signage needs.

When I got ready to build my new dental office, I knew I wanted the highest and newest technology sign work that was available. I went to Jamie and talked to him about my vision. Not only did I get the best LED billboard sign, but they custom made individual parking signs for my patients. I got the WOW treatment. My son had to wear a doc band after his surgery. Signature signs wrapped the band for free, and did an excellent job. They never questioned it and in fact volunteered to do that when my sister in law told them about him. I would recommend good people like them to anyone

I cant say enough great things about Signature Signs & Graphics! My 13 year old daughter started Sno Hero Shaved Ice this summer, and the staff at Signature has been AMAZING from the start- I was worried they wouldnt take her seriously, but they always treat us as if were their biggest client. Everyone has been so enthusiastic and supportive of her, but Jason Kristen is our favorite; he has worked tirelessly with us to get the look of our signs and loyalty cards just the way we want them. I use to use another company in town and they were very bad. They would tell you that someone was going to call or your order would be ready on a specific date, when you would go to pick it up the didnt know what you were talking about. Worst customer service! I give 2 stars only because the front desk person walkedback to relay my question to the manager twice. The manager said he was busytraining and that was that. I hope it wasnt customer service training! That was mysecond time there and the experience was about the same both times.

Worst Customer Service!I called 3 times, went to their office 3x to follow-up but no action has been made. Wasted my time waiting for them to give us a quote on the project.If you are pressed of time, you may want to reconsider other sign company otherwise youll end up frustrated as they dont walk the talk!
