I had a blowout on my travel trailer nearby on the way back from the beach, with the whole family, and didnt want to drive the rest of the 4 hours without a spare. It was Sunday afternoon. I called Mr. Tire and they were open, had the size I needed, and said come on in. When I got there they were busy but they replaced my tire and I was back on the road in less than 20 minutes. And they did it with a smile. Angie was fantastic. Thank you!

They found the problem of why my air was leaking in my tires that no other shop could find, best service in town, got me back on the road in no time. Angie and John were so kind that I would recommend this place over any. Service was quick and the tech even show me why no other shop could find leak. Best staff I have seen. Thank you MR Tire for the good service you provide. I will be shopping and coming here for any of my future service.

After spending almost my entire Saturday here for a basic tire change, I will NEVER be back here! I had an appt scheduled for 10am to have new tires put on. I got there about 930 and they immediately got to work. After two hours the tech comes out telling the girl running the front something and i over hear her say she’ll just have to eat the cost. He walks out and she proceeds to tell me that my tire pressure sensor was “loose” and when the tech touched it that it just fell off and he was going to put it back on. Another hour later around 1230 they still say they are having problems with my sensors reading and that I needed to drive it for 30mins for it to reset. The tech brings my vehicle out and tells me that what actually happened was when he put it on the tire machine it hit my sensor and cracked it so they had to replace it. I was instantly upset even more that I had been lied too. I left and drove for 30-40mins and my sensor still wasn’t reading. I took it back and was told they put an after market sensor in. I immediately called Toyota and was informed that would void the warranty on my vehicle and some newer vehicles will not read after market. I also noticed that the same tire that was having issues also had the rim scratched around where the lugs go in. The girl immediately became rude and went and grabbed the socket they supposedly use and said it has a rubber coating. Do you see? Do you want to feel it? I told her I knew my rim was not scratched before this and she proceeds to tell me “well maybe you just never noticed it before!” By 3pm they finally had the sensor “fixed”. I was told they put an OEM sensor in but they couldn’t prove it to me when I asked so I have an appt scheduled with Toyota to have that checked. I was also charged for 4 valve stems although none were any different than before except the one they had to replace the sensor on. I received very little communication during my visit once things started going wrong with my vehicle. The girl running the front desk went into her office and shut the door and hadn’t said a word to me since she got rude about the socket. Overall this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this business to anyone.

They may know how to do tires but any engine or belt work I wouldn’t recommend them. I don’t have proof but I believe they tried to intentionally leave my belt loose to make it sound as the A/C compressor was going out which it wasn’t. Also they told me that my motor mount was broken which it wasn’t. I took it to a Nissan dealership and found that none of which they claimed was broken in fact wasn’t. I think they try and scam you to buy parts you don’t need. The techs there get paid for wrench hours and if they go over that they get a bonus and if they sell you tires they also get commission. So how could you trust the opinion of someone who makes more money off tires. I quote this from a seller “ If I have to I’ll flirt with someone just to make the sell”. I wouldn’t do business with these people up to you though.

Amazing service! Techs were smiling and friendly. The young lady at the front desk, Angie, greeted each lobby customer with a smile and each phone customer with a caring voice. She made an aggravating experience seem pleasant indeed. No one wants to go and sit, stranded without a vechile, at a shop for an hour or more. But, Angie and the rest of the staff at the Rocky Mount Mr. Tire made me forget that it was an inconvenience. Thank you!! Will definitely be returning and telling others about this great experience.

I had purchased my tires from there for my Ford F350 Dually. 9/9/21 as I left work I noticed by back outside tire on the passenger side was low on air. I stopped at Mr Tire, Wesleyan Blvd, Rocky Mount, NC to have them check the tire. Went inside and asked about them checking and putting air in the tire.(I had paid for road hazard). Was told to drive to the first bay door. A tech named Joey brought a air gauge to check the tire. Anyone could look and see the tire was low. He told me he could not help with the tire, even when told I had bought 6 tires from them. He told me Mr. Tire did not have the equipment for my truck. I needed to carry it to a place that could handle heavy duty trucks. Not very professional. Im a woman and know more than this guy, especially when Mr Tire put the tires on this truck. In the past year Ive spent over $3500 at Mr Tire. Mr Tire even put tires on my sons Ford F250 a month ago. Had to carry it back 1 week later due to the right front tire losing air. I believe a better attitude tech and with better knowledge would be a asset to this place. I need a alignment and front tires. Due I chance carrying it back to Mr Tire? If so, I DO NOT want Joey handling my vehicle. Im very disappointed with this experience.

Shout out to Angie and crew at Mr. Tire on N Wesleyan. They were knowledgeable and very courteous. Car broke down traveling form NJ to FL. We were stuck and no other shop would take us in. They got us in and out and on road. Saved our vacation. God Bless Y’all.

Angie (the new manager) was really on edge at first when asking if Maya was available when I called in to make an appointment on Saturday (because I am familiar with Maya). But upon picking up my husbands truck on Sunday for 4 Yoko tires, and she realized I didnt mean harm by asking, she was very polite and such a pleasure to talk to :) crockery had our vehicle done and completed within an hour which was amazing!!! I was Rocky Mount for a sports tournament, a burning smell was coming from my vehicle. Booked an appointment on line after hours dropped off before hours. Called when opened spoke with the representative explained what was going on. They did a full inspection of the vehicle. Cannot say enough how appreciative I was for the service I received. Went in for tire rotation. Was told needed alignment. Hour &half later said I need parts to aligned rear end. I went to look and question parts and alignment. The mechanic said everything alright. On write up it said I refuse parts. Took SUV to Honda dealer and both front and rea were out. Ask for refund and was told it has to come from corporate office-still waiting for them to call.

This location is very awesome. They actually saved me on some unnecessary expenses. They listened to me when I told them what I thought was wrong with my car. They explained everything to me in detail and was very thorough about it because I was thinking something else was wrong with my car and they were honest and told me it wasnt what I thought it was. They are friendly and I loved the atmosphere. I will continue to go back for services that are needed. Great place for auto services.

Imagine as a parent you get a call from your daughter who has been driving cross-country. She tells you she has blown a tire and skidded into a ditch somewhere in North Carolina. It is 5pm, it is dark and she needs a tow to a tire store. So lucky for her, she calls Mr. Tire and explains the situation that the tow truck cant get there before closing. No Problem, says Angela, we will have a crew wait for you and get you back an the road tonight. Sure enough, three technicians and Angela did exactly what was promised! They stayed late and took care of the tire and Ashley went happily on her way. We couldnt be more grateful for the kindness they showed.Please, if you are considering buying tires, get them her, these folks are provide the kind of service that deserves your business. Great service! The staff here is really nice and friendly. Took my car here for an oil change and they had me in and out in no time. Price almost the same as online retailers. Mr. Tire offers two types of service warranty. The cheaper level seems like enough. Others charge as much, with no warranty, for a basic install. Everyone working with me gave me the impression that they only had my best interest in mind. I highly recommend this MrTire location.

I set an appointment for 230 one day and around 315 i was still waiting for service. Seems like they have been going downhill lately. I will no longer be using this shop for service.

I went to Mr. Tire on last week and was experiencing issues with acceleration. Alex (store manager) made it known that he didn’t want me to spend unnecessary money. He made me feel so comfortable. He then explained that I recently brought some bad gas. He treated it and told me to bring it back when it gets to a half of tank. I am so happy that I went to Mr. Tire because some auto shops will take advantage of women. Thank you ALEX and I will definitely be back for my vehicle needs.

I would tell anyone looking for routine service or repairs to go see these awesome folks. I was having the worst day and my car breaking down was just the tip of the iceberg. Angie and Alex worked together and located the part needed to repair my car and Jr even worked through his lunch break to get me back on the road and able to pick my niece up from daycare on time. The whole experience from beginning to end was a pleasure. I was stressed and not at my best when I walked in but Angie assured me right away that my needs were important and that she was going to do all she could to ensure I was able to pick up my niece in time. They all went above and beyond for me and I will never take my car anywhere else. Keep up the good work guys and thank all of you again!!!

I made an appointment online today and I waited in the store. After 2 hours, I asked if there was a problem and they answered (in a very rude way) if I had a problem. Of course I had it!! You saw me waiting for 2 hours in front of you, just to let me know that I had 7 cars in front of me. I made and appointment online just to avoid this waiting time. I have never seen such an unprofessional people who don´t care about customers waiting time. They told me they had in the computer my car was a drop off, I could have made a mistake when making the appointment, but you saw me waiting there for 2 hours. What a waste of time!! I had never been ignored this way, looks like I was invisible!!

Had a 9 am appointment tech (oil changer) didnt show up till 10:15, and once he arrives finds every excuse not to do scheduled repair( we dont have the right equipment,i cant set caster, your tires are worn). Had a low tire lite and stopped in. They were professional and very helpful. Took my car into a bay, inspected all four tires, found no leaks or nails, added some air to the low one. Then brought mu car around and told me it was done. No charge. I offered to pay, but was asked to write a review. So I am writing it. Great job, fast, friendly and professional! You cant ask for better service especially for an out of state traveler.
