Its Unfortunate that this particular location is represented by Sprint and T-Mobile. The customer service is horrendous. My mom didnt want to return back to this store because of this rude afro american male who works there however, she decided to go back because the Mgr. was so helpful with her prior visit. My 73 year old mother went to upgrade her phone for her birthday and the same afro american man belittled her yet again and directed her to call customer service. Management should really consider staffing people who will respect thier clientele. Thank you young man for trying to damper my mothers spirit but you didnt. I pray no one every belittles your loves ones

It could have been 5 stars if it wasnt for the rude African American lady working the back counter. First there is no sign in sheet. So when i ask how you keep track her response was rude and over the top with no we keep track of that. When she had just help someone that came in after me. The young lady at the front counter apologize for her and help me soon she was done with the customer she had. It took her 3mins to fix my problem. If i could give just her 5 stars I would.
I received so much good help and information from the customer service rep he was very knowledgeable and friendly and courteous he was just an all-around good person I appreciate that when you go into a store looking for help
Got a phone plan but representative did not go over monthly plan bill with me. Im paying for an extra tablet and GPS I dont need or want. Tried returning exactly 31 days later. Big mistake ever going there.

I literally just got up to the store at 8:19pm and the doors was locked. But the window said they closed at 9pm. Bad look for the company

The phone service is horrible.. I came in last night with my wife around 630 pm 11/19/19 we asked a representative there several questions, all they could say was I dont know or that doesnt happen for me, instead of trying to help us with our problem.
