Such a shame i had come to the rocky river lash lounge a handful of times for a lash lifting and dye probably a total of 4 times but its a service that you only do every few months or so the first two times were great and i loved my stylist i have very bad anxiety and i like seeing one person for the things i get done whether its nails hair doctor chiropractor or lash girl, i was told the third time that my original stylist was no longer there but i decided to be brave and allow another girl to give a chance it was hard but i actually liked her better and then it happened again where i tried to come back and that girl was gone and i had to see another girl which was extremely hard for me she was okay but the results were kind of different not sure why so i went to book another appointment today cause this is something i do every once in a great long time to treat myself after working long hard factory weeks and guess what that girl is gone too i just dont get why its like this i am in labor unions and i just think this place must not be ran by good people or they hire anyone cant tell but i will not be returning

I got my lashes done by stylist Briana about 2 weeks ago and it was a great first experience!! I felt that she was very thorough in explaining the service I was getting (lash extensions) and that she was very educated. While performing the service she explained each step and made me feel comfortable. She helped me pick out the length and type of curl for my set of lashes that worked best for the look I was going for. The final result was definitely what I had envisioned! I will definitely be coming back to the Lash Lounge in Rocky River because of its overall cleanliness, inviting atmosphere and highly trained/friendly staff & stylists.

Briana was fabulous. Even though I had extensions from somewhere else, she explained what she was doing. My previous location did not cleanse my lashes before putting the extensions on. I spent less money for a fill, lash tinting, purchasing a lash cleanser brush, plus the tip! Lash Lounge has a permanent client!

Just got a Lash Lift and Tint by Isabella and I’m OVER THE TOP IN LOVE with how they look!!! Isabella did a great job!! She will definitely see me again!!!The atmosphere is amazing here too!!! Need anything Lash or Brow related done your NEED to go here!!!

Be aware they require a $50 deposit to keep the appointment! This should be a part of the booking process online (who doesn’t do things like this by now) but it’s not. Also be aware that unless you happen to see that they’ve called & texted you (I have proof they did not) your appointment will be canceled!Where were the supposed calls & texts after I made the appointment? Like other have mentioned I also was bombarded with emails, calls & texts to make my first appointment after creating an account but then somehow I got nothing asking for a deposit after I booked one online.Please make your user experience better! Booking and keeping an appointment shouldn’t be this complicated. Very unfortunate….looks like I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Anyone here that does lashes isn’t good at what they do. These lashes don’t even last a full week. I shouldn’t have to get my lashes done every two weeks. It’s nice they offer that but they should last much longer than that.

I signed up bc I was interested in getting lashes but life has been in the way and was planning on scheduling at my convenience. Since then I have gotten 5-7 emails a day and texts, they have consistently blown me up every day to the point I will not be giving them my service.

I went to the Lash Lounge for my first set of lash extensions and am very pleased with the result! Tianna was my technician and she was so helpful throughout the whole process. She had answers to all of my lash questions and was so easy to talk to. I love how my lashes turned out! I’m excited to go back for my fill.

Lucy was phenomenal and very thorough and very descriptive of what she was doing while she was doing it and made me feel very comfortable. The lashes came out way better than I could ever imagine and they make me feel so beautiful. She was also kind enough to to take her time and explain to me how to take care of my lashes and answered all my questions with a smile! This is One of the best places around here!

Love this place! So clean and BEAUTIFUL. I love the whole white marbled aesthetic. Every stylist seems so be so trendy and energetic. My brow threading was fantastic I couldnt stop looking at them for weeks! Ill be back in as soon as theyre grown out again. If you take the time to talk to the owner, you can tell she genuinely cares.

I have tried coming here many times as a few of my friends had referred me. Over the past months since the start of the year, I have seen essentially all of the stylists at one point or another. When one is unavailable, the receptionists will heavily insist that theyre all of equal talent. That has never been my experience. Now, I dont want to bash names of any sort, but there is huge inconsistency. Only two stylists have given me decent results, however, many times the lashes will fall out on just one eye and not the other. Another stylist I refuse to see because my lashes look like nothing got done when shes done and the lashes feel painful. Are they doing different techniques? I have reached out about accelerating lash fallout many many times and the receptionists insist it is something I am doing wrong. Sleeping wrong, using wrong products, going outside when the weather is humid? I am the lightest sleeper and sleep on my back. I have bought a wash, remover, sealant, and mascara from here. I dont wear any other makeup. I have switched my skincare to oil/paraben free as well as alcohol free per what they suggest. What kind of service value is this? Even with all the additional products I have purchased. I recently went to a new lash salon and I feel like my stylist is so much more professional and competent at her craft. Its much more transformative and almost like an art form. Not that age is always a factor, but the girls at lash lounge just seem like this is a hobby. I think they need more education, more training, and motivation. Its just a dry place. Everyone is kind as can be but I just dont see any value in their lash lounge protocol in how they apply lashes and the longevity/durability.

I purchased the monthly membership with Classic extensions. I have had Classic extensions several times and I know what to expect. 1 hour and 45 minutes is a long time for there to be “bald spots” like I have. My right eye does not have any lashes on the ends and it’s just my natural ones. If I look closely, I can see many spots where she didn’t put extensions on the lash. I have singles and will be putting them on because it isn’t the look I want. I feel this is not a great value and plan to address the issue at my first fill. If they do not seem receptive or do not performup to my expectations next time, I will ask them to cancel my membership.

I went to Lucy for a tint & lift. Lucy was super professional-she explained every step and made me feel really comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and the place was super clean. I love my lashes and would definitely recommend!

Tianna B. was absolutely wonderful. Ive been getting lash extensions for the past year on and off and this was the first time I had a technician actually explain to me what was happening. I wasnt just a canvas for her to practice on, she actually cared about what I wanted and what was best for my health.

I had a wonderful experience! Asia was my lash tech and did a great job. She patiently and politely explained what she was doing so I knew what to expect since this was my first time getting lash extensions. I was comfortable during the process and love the results! In addition, the front desk staff, Ann, Jamie, and Jane were awesome as well, warmly greeting me when I arrived, as well as following up with me after I was finished. Plus, super cute salon! Love the decor.

I had a lash lift and a lash tint. I was very happy with results! The technician I had was amazing she explained everything very well keeping me from being nervous. The place was very clean, everyone was spaced far enough apart for distancing. Will definitely be back!

The lady at the desk was wonderful and after conflicts on their end with scheduling my appointment, she was accommodating and took 15% off my total. The stylist who did my lashes was very pleasant and while my lashes are very far from what I wanted, they look fine.My issue is when I scheduled my appointment, I explained to the girl on the phone that I had never had eyelash extensions before, therefore I had many questions. I explained that I wear strip-on lashes daily and wanted a very full dramatic look. She told me about their “volume” lashes but told me I could choose when I got there between volume and hybrid. What she failed to mention is that each type has 3 different levels depending on how dramatic I want them, which of course increase in price and time. I learned this when the lady working went over my options. I was told $174 for a full volume set. The “dramatic” volume set was about $230. I was also told that the full volume set would be a 2 hour process. It was about 2 hours and 45 minutes.My lashes look fine but they are not what I wanted, or expected to pay for. $150 later and I want to glue falsies on still. For anyone who has never had lashes, maybe ask to speak to a manager or a stylist to assure your expectations are met and you have the info you need.

I love this place? Been only coming here to get my haircut. My last appointment was a three hour bleach hair dye and it went perfect! Till this day my color is still visible and the bleach works extremely well.

Friendly stuff, helpful owner, cute and clean location. I had my very first eye lash lift, it was easy and I don’t need to use a lash curler for 8 weeks. I am close to my third week and I am in love with the results!

I go to every stylist there because I know they will all do a fantastic job! The front desk is always welcoming and on top of it. No matter what stylist I go to, I love my lashes and brows! The salon is always clean! I wish I could go every week!

Ciara was my lash technician, she followed Covid-19 procedures and did a fabulous job on my lash extensions. My lashes extensions look so natural as if I don’t even have them on. The rest of the staff was also professional yet friendly.

Had an amazing experience with Brittany on Sunday. The process was quick, she explained every last detail and was super knowledgeable about lash extensions. She made sure I was extremely comfortable (may have started snoring at some points—oops!) She told me everything she would do before she did it and my lashes look exactly the way I imagined they would. Needless to say my next appointment is booked!

I personally had Katie H. for a lash lift . She was professional and clear . She explained the whole process along the way and what she was doing each step . She was clean and organized also. highly recommend her.

Poor customer service & patronizing attitude by manager, Alicia. Also, questionable sanitary measures. I went in during the opening/freebie period - tolerance high, expectations low. I spent 15min signing papers, choosing lashes and getting prepped to finally lay down and get asked if I had botox recently - yes, the day before. They told me I couldnt be done (thankfully! no droopy forehead please!). However, I was disappointed they wasted my time - this could be advised of upon making an appt, during the confirmation, or upon arriving...again, high tolerance, low expectations. I reschedule for a week later at 3pm (left work early too). Get in 2:55, 2 hrs later the tech tells me Im not done but I have to leave - theyre closing so I think, Is this how they get return customers?! Have you ever been to a salon that sends you home half finished due to closing?! I cant complain more because Alicia said the tech was reprimanded. I am a teacher and understand people have to learn via experiences. I even bought a kit, but did not get a receipt because the computer was being weird and Alicia said smiling, You could be walking out with free product right now.. The next morning I awoke with an itchy, crusty, bloodshot eye and thought CONJUNCTIVITIS?!, but gave it some time thinking something irritated it during sleep since youre not allowed to get them wet for 24hrs, so no washing occurred. By evening my eye was still a mess and I was upset so I emailed Lash Lounge (which Alicia said was a fine way to get in touch). No response, so by day 3 I called and got Alicia. She said she did not receive my email and gave me another email to resend it to, but I explained all that had happened over the phone. I said all I wanted was a refund on the kit for my inconveniences and I would simply give it to my friend (who has lash extensions). Alicia agreed and offered to have me in for a free lash removal. So, today I skip the gym and go once more the LL. Upon arriving Alicia asks me for the kit. I reminded her I gave it to my friend as discussed. She says she wont refund me until I return it and said she misunderstood me on the phone - she thought my friend would bring it back for me, saving me the trip, and very snidely said, Why would we just give away free product?. To which I said, Because of my eye...did you see the email and pics yet? She said she still hadnt received it. I confirmed the email and showed it sent on my phone. She asked to see the pics on my phone and upon showing her she said, Well, you should have come back in or called. Why would I go back after all that?! (especially after researching my eye issue and discovering how lash salons should be sanitary - techs wear masks and cover the pillows for each new customer - not done here!). Alicia refused to refund me until I return the kit; surprising, when I nearly walked out with free product 6 days before. She then told me I was giving her a hard time, so I gave up, got my lashes removed (a 10min process), and upon leaving Alicia wished me a great day as though all was fantastic. I suspect Alicia was trying to be cool in front of her new trainee, but her patronizing attitude - stifling giggles and acting as though she wasnt going to let me try and get away with free product - was unbelievably disrespectful. I am the last person to try and get something I dont deserve and the last to get riled up and complain, and especially spend time to leave a review (this is my first!), but the nature of Alicias attitude was so unprofessional I just had to. When I was a relatively happy customer (even through all the initial inconveniences), all was well and she was nothing but smiles and kindness. Once my tolerance limit was met and Alicia was confronted she completely changed. So, provided nothing goes wrong youll probably have a great time, but if youre not 100% satisfied and complain or expect any type of compensation aside from a 10min lash removal so she doesnt have to see you again, youll be met with an argument and attitude.

Horrible job applying lashes. Set was thin..light..and they fell out within 1 day. Never again. Dont go here pick somewhere else. Its a waste .

Fantastic! I had no idea what to expect for a “first time lash experience” it was fantastic. First of all, The Lash Lounge is beautiful. It feels like a mini spa that provides a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Who knew there were so many options to lash extensions? Lucy was my stylists and was amazing. Our pre-application interview was very helpful and informative. Lucy has the most gentle approach while artistically placing each lash...it was so very relaxing. The end result was beautiful new lashes!

Listen ladies, I’m not typically into enhancing myself. These new lashes are not that. They are EFFICIENT, SEXY and feel NATURAL. I am saving on precious time, energy & money. I wake up and feel beautiful. I get out of the shower and look like I’m done with my makeup. I sit on the couch in sweats and feel like I just glow. EVERYWHERE I go, the store, work, running—I am constantly getting compliments on my lashes. Some people can’t stop complimenting them every time they see them for the 80th time. I haven’t put on an ounce of makeup since getting them done. Tiana is amazing—she has hands more steady than a surgeon and the mind of a true artist. Every single lash was placed with finesse. Thank you for making me feel beautiful while staying natural, Tiana. Also, if you are at all concerned about feeling like they will require you to wear makeup—or that whoever you’re trying to impress will be put-off by them—forget all that. I promise. These lashes are worth every penny. With masks now, it matters to have something to accentuate it when you smile with your eyes. 😉

I’ve been twice now to two separate aestheticians and both were great (Morgan and Ashley). They were very professional and courteous. Always asking if I was comfortable. They also used calm voices which sounds strange but is a must while you are laying still for a long time. The shop is clean and the manager, Alisha, was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. They always answer when you call and scheduling was quick.

Ashley is such a wonderful stylist she gave me my first set of lashes around the new year and did a few fills for me. I got so many compliments on how beautiful my lashes looked. Ashley was quick yet efficient and my lashes came out looking perfect! I became pregnant and had to take a break from getting my lashes done. I saw on Instagram that models were needed and so I became a model for Lucy, she was so kind and patient with me having to switch positions every so often because I am pregnant. She was very gentle and told me everything she was about to do. She is going to be a great stylist! My lashes look great, she did such an amazing job and made me feel beautiful.

I have always wanted to have long lashes. Fake ones that you buy at the store never worked out for me. I had the best experience when I went to Lash Lounge. Everyone is so nice and personable. The staff take the time to explain what they are doing. When I was done I had beautiful lashes with length and volume. I highly recommend going to Lash Lounge if you are looking for extensions.

I LOVE the Lash Lounge! The Lounge has a fabulous aesthetic and their technicians have had extensive training (I asked :) The staff are welcoming and go the extra mile (the front desk added a couple coins to my parking meter when I was getting close to expiring). Ill definitely be back!!

I went with my aunt to get hers done and asked if they had anyone available to do mine else she got hers. They said no, while 3 girls sat there doing nothing the whole time. so i scheduled with the girl that my aunt uses, then they called me 3 times that week trying to get me to reschedule with someone else. they gave me 10% off without asking because they knew that was shady. Then my first set of classic lashes fell off in days so they scheduled me for a consultation instead of a fill, which obviously males no sense. A consultation is like 1/4 of the time that a fill takes. Thankfully, the girl that does my aunts lashes moved her appointments to see me. They said they overcharged me $100 so gave me 2 extra fills to compensate me. However, when i decided i didnt want to do extensions anymore i asked to be refunded the $100 they overcharged me. They said even though they see the notes where I was overcharged that it wasnt true and took away my fills. Overall, extremely rude, unprofessional, oblivious, and inconsistent. Thats why their best employee left because theyre unprofessional and will rip you off any chance.

The manager Alicia was very warm and friendly. Shamara was my stylist, and since it was my first time with her, explained the process to me throughout and was cleanly. You should definitely bring headphones to listen to your music as it can be a lengthy process, but its not unbearable at all. The establishment was very clean and nice. Will definitely be visiting again!

I made (hybrid) lashes before at lash lounge in kentucky, today i made it in lash lounge at ohio, it’s the wrost ever the volume is less than volume of classic, i pay 149$ for really nothing i dont like it at all, they said they put me 60 lashes per eye but i dont think so, no volume actually same my natural lashes no different, this is the last i will go there thanks.

Cute salon. Seemed very clean. They accommodated my walkin for eye brow threading. I was sent back with a tech. I lay down and she pulls out some contraption with strings on it. I figure this must be how they do it here, ok no big deal. So she literally does 6-7 strokes with the contraption and proceeds to pluck about 15 times. Wiping my eye brow area repeatedly. She spent more time wiping my eyes than she did removing hair. I look in the mirror and I was horrified. They look like s$#@ honestly. One is plucked too much and the other not enough. And theyre two different shapes. Its probably my fault that I didnt bring this to the techs attention or the front desk people. I did tip because I was in the service industry before and it sucks. I will never go back there. In their defense, I guess theyre more focused on lashes? They probably do a great job with those, but I wouldnt recommend going to them for eye brow threading!!
