Went in to make 2× 2 photos at Scott 10 am. 7/22/21 and the photo area had no lights on and I looked on one of the photo monitors and it said if anyone was trying to make photos then they cant because there was a problem.... It said something like 4×6 photos where not working. So I turned around because no body was around and out of the blue some lady walked to me and said photo office is closed we have no paper. How can a photo place run out of paper editor without no body knowing? Thats crazy.... Either she was lieing and didnt want to work or they where short staffed but it hard to believe they ran out of paper. Never coming back here because there is always a problem when I come here. They always say they are out of product! Who ever the manager is all I have to say is do your job

An observant and kind sales person and her manager helped my elderly loved one today by kindly explaining that the $500.00 game card she was buying for “the man who called her on the phone” was a scam. I’m so thankful for the way they gently saved my loved on from making an expensive mistake and giving the scammer her money.

The entire pharmacy was closed for a lunch break when I went in. Apparently were on their time and at the mercy of their lunch break. Very convenient. The manager answered this question for me without once looking away from his phone.Sorry to bother you bro.

Im going to take my business elsewhere, went to pick up my prescription and shorted me 60 pills! It was for a 3 month supply. I guess you dont need to know how to count to work at the pharmacy.

Great pharmacy. DO NOT use computer system. Actually speak to the pharmacist in person, otherwise they will not order your medication. Made the mistake of thinking I could use the automated system to check on a prescription. And they never ordered the medication- I guess the pharmacy doesn’t pay attention to the computer system. So always call and speak to a person, or you will never get your medication.

Was there shortly before they closed, and the shift lead raised his voice towards me in order to let me know the store was closing. I was aware that they were closing, and was quickly grabbing the items I wanted. Incredibly rude service from the shift lead. I understand it’s late, and you want to go home, but you must always be nice about it.

Walgreens supply truck had arrived and employees were stocking shelves. After five weeks without it, I finally found one spray can of Lysol. Price was almost doubled -- about $10 with tax. Thats price gouging imo. But, this IS a capitalist country and were experiencing a worldwide COVID-19 pandemic, so Im grateful I could afford it. Some people might not be as fortunate.

Pretty straight-forward Walgreens location. The typical selection of items that you would expect. Pretty decent size - perhaps a little bigger than normal. This intersection can be pretty busy, but if you enter and exit North of Center Ridge its not bad.

Desiree (pharmacy) and Noreen (front register) are amazing people and great customer representatives at this location. Its a great Walgreen, just wishing theyll have faster service at the drivethrough window. Average wait time is 15 min!!! Yaikes!!!

Desiree the young lady who works in the Pharmacy at the Rocky River store is very friendly. She always greet me and other costomers with a smile. Everytime i go in to pick up prescriptions and Desiree is there she always asks how are you doing today mr. Turley? Are you picking up today? I get pretty good service from the staff but Desiree stands out for me.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE IN THE DRIVE THRU and even worse once I talked with the pharmacist! Saw my doctor on Tuesday am by 6 pm this Walgreens still did not have my order. Called the Dr. on Wednesday am - shot the order over to Walgreens AGAIN. Gave Walgreens an extra day - went through the drive through fully expecting to receive my medicine. I waited 20 minutes before someone even came to the window. Then she says hold on the prescriptions is only partially filled, let me ask the pharmacist about it. I waited another 7 minutes before she came back. I said I have been waiting for almost a half hour and saw several people being taken care of inside. Left without my medicine. Called 1/2 hr. later - cant find the prescription and have to call the doctor. FORGET WALGREENS - NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM, driving 1/2 mile further to CVS. Tired of the attitude and lack or professionalism from the staff.

The manager there is a liar . She needs to learn about the coupon policy of the store and how to understand how to respect the customers and not lie to them . Shes needs to be removed as a manager. !! Just a plain liar and was proven wrong and still stuck with her lies!

They wouldnt let me go pee and i was gonna buy something and they were rude.

I went to this store at 4:50 am and was completely ignored by the employee. I put my items back on the shelf and walked out.

Prescription goes in a 9:30. Still not ready at 4:30. How long does it take?

The employees are not friendly or welcoming at all. Smile a little!!!! :)
