Pharmacist is so rude. Unnecessarily.

The pharmacy closed at 8 PM tonight. I arrived at eight on the nose and explained that I have been working late but really needed to pick up the prescription due to certain medical issues. I was interrupted and emphatically told “no, we are closed and I don’t have a cashier.” Even though the rest of the store was open. I asked again, politely, if an exception can be made for the pharmacy to stay open until 8:02 so that my prescription which was already filled could be paid for and picked up. The response was once again an emphatic “no.” This is unacceptable. I understand that I did not get there before 8 PM but there was no reason that she could not let me pick up my prescription. This particular pharmacist lacks flexibility and basic customer service skills. Do not recommend.

The pharmacy closes at 8 I was at 8.05 they say it was close they think you are playing at the house and decide to come at the last moment when I ask the clerk if can help me said no incredible

Seriously the best customer service. I have been pretty busy lately and havent had much time to shop in store so I have had to look online and then call and ask them if they can hunt down a product for me and set it aside for me because I know they probably only hold a few at a time. They are always so helpful and accommodating. Definitely my favorite CVS in the area.

I only use this pharmacy because its right near my job. Otherwise, Id probably take my prescriptions elsewhere. Refills are never easy, and if they cant completely fill your prescription, they try and get your doctor to write a whole new prescription, which is a days long ordeal, rather than just asking you if you mind being shorted. I unfortunately have to come here frequently because Im pregnant and on medication for horrible nausea. Cant wait to not need to come here for months!!

Always so friendly and quick. I literally changed my insurance a few months back so I could keep going to them. Highly recommend .

Solid, straight-forward CVS location. Ive been in here a few times. They have more than enough parking and are conveniently located off of Detroit Rd in the heart of Rocky River. Detroit has become a more and more congested roadway, especially with the addition of Whole Foods to the area. Luckily, this CVS is on the other side of the road and doesnt get as busy. Recommended.
