Simple Amazing experience. I needed to print off some surprise Disney keepsake tickets for my nieces that were personalized along with the envelopes. I received excellent service and the tickets came out Perfect!!!!

I dont know if anyone will ever see this review, but I just love these people. I started painting on commission during the COVID-19 crisis, and they have shipped every one of my paintings. They never betray a hint of frustration (even though I should have made an account by now), they always package everything with such care, and they act like old friends. Im just so happy to make the trip every couple of days, because I know theyll be upbeat and wonderful. Thank you so much!
I am a registered nurse and I was VERY pleased that the staff here is practicing PROPER and EFFECTIVE social distancing. This is the only business Ive encountered doing so correctly. Everyone one on staff was wearing a mask, sanitizing, and keeping distance. ALSO they did not allow the current circumstances to hinder their customer service. They were helpful, warm, and friendly, especially the manager.
I tried mailing a letter internationally to Brazil back in 4/26/2019 for $101.88, and to this day, 6/17/2020, the letter still shows as delivery pending... I found out that the packaging that this FedEx location used flagged customs to inspect the letter (which was a Hallmark card), so customs wanted to charge me the equivalent of $150 to have the letter released, which I declined to pay.I called FedEx and was told I could pay to have the letter mailed back to me... I told them that I was not responsible for the packaging that my letter was shipped in that triggered the customs inspections, they reluctantly agreed, and I was supposed to get a refund... I still havent received back the letter or the $101.88 that I paid for the service that was not provided.After speaking with FedEx several times prior, I finally found out today that since this matter is so old, they cant issue a refund, they cant track the letter, I would need a subpoena in order to get a copy of my invoice, and that I would only possibly get a refund since their system purges transactions every 6 months, even if the deliveries are still pending... I was told I would probably have to go to court to get my money back (for a service that was not provided).The card I was sending was to my wife for our anniversary since we couldnt be together for it, and she loves getting handwritten cards... So because of the choices this location made, my wife never got the card and I paid $101.88 so that I could spend countless hours trying to get a refund... Dont use this location or FedEx if at all possible.

The worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I was waiting patiently for the clerk to finish his conversation about sport with some other guy. I almost walked out because he was looking straight at me and ignored my presence. I had to fax an important document, time was of an essence, otherwise I would walk right out. After he was done talking, he then looked at me and waived at me to approach the register. He didn’t bother to say “hello, how can i help you?” How demeaning. He did it again after faxing my documents... he waived at me to approach his throne. Fedex is not getting my business anymore. No mine, not my family and i will make sure my friends are aware as well.
Very disrespectful and rude will never use them for business deliveries. Went through my package and try to steal everything smh
The staff is fantastic here! Really kind and super patient! The helped me with a printing project that I wanted to be just perfect and they did an EXCELLENT job! Very responsive and Ill definitely go back for future projects!
Service was terrific! Raymond was working solo today and he worked really fast and handled everything very professionally. And FedEx has the best residential shipping rates compared to the other 2 choices. And they deliver faster. I would highly recommend FedEx.

Ive been going to this Fed ex for two years now, and they have always taken care of me and my printing needs. Their staff is awesome and well knowledged and have gotten me out of some binds before I made a mistake on a print. Without a doubt I will use their service again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend this store. Thanks for the awesome service!
I used to work here years ago. Things have changed quite a bit since the Kinkos days. Their focus seems to be primarily on shipping now (duh, FedEx owns them). This was also the purpose of my visit. The workers seemed very stressed out but were friendly and helpful.
Came here to pick up a 50 lbs shipment of wine as I knew that I would not be home to accept the shipment on a Friday. It is Saturday and I came to the store and the associate who helped me was rude and had all sorts of opinions on the fact that I was picking up wine and said under her breath, you know they have grocery stores for this. She said sometimes I wonder if we are a FedEx or a wine store. When I mentioned that it was a specialty wine, she rolled her eyes at me. Not exactly the best customer service and I would appreciate that she keep her opinions to herself.
Not sure why others get the red carpet treatment, every time I go into this location, the counter person doesnt even make eye contact, she just taps the scale as in put your boxes here. Im in this location at least once a month. No eye contact, no greeting, nothing. As Im struggling w my heavy box, she asks me my account number. Sure, let me dig it out while Im putting my own heavy boxes up on the counter. Thats how it works. Then she stands there impatiently while I get the number out of my phone.Every time I go in w a smile on my face, hoping its different. And every time I leave irritated. This location is moments from my house and Ill be GLADLY driving elsewhere where people can at least fake being nice and also fake NOT hating their lives.

I was extremely impressed - Ive been to UPS stores before, this was so much better! I think I only ship FedEX now! Super nice employees, bright inviting store.
I cringe when someone tells me they are going to be shipping it by FedEx over UPS. FedEx service is horrendous. I have had nothing but one problem after another with them. They say the delivered a package, but they did not. In one case, something I ordered floated around in the truck for 9 days before I got it. In another case, the company I was dealing with was to have my item to me within 24 hours; and it took 8 days. When I purchased a new car in PA and live in OH, they sent the title and had right on the instructions to call me as I had to sign for it. They never called; and later I learned they have no cells in the trucks. UPS will set up a time-frame of about two hours in which it will be delivered. Also, UPS delivers right to the door--why? Because I live in a secure apartment building and one has to have a key to get in. Well, the owner trusts UPS enough to provide them with a key, but he does not trust FedEx to give them a key.
Up set that I could not get my request filled. I needed to overnight papers WITH a pre-paid envelop inside to return the papers that I was requesting. That said that they could not print that off for me. That I had to go online to do that and pay with a credit card but I could fill out the one I had and send it. Did not want to have to pay for multiple items. Was trying to accomplish what the company asked me me to do receive the important papers they have and I needed. FedEx is dying in Ohio because you drive thirty minutes to be told everything they cannot do for you. I will never waste my time with any FedEx in this state again.

For some reason the printers at the work stations were charging 49 cents a page (non color, regular paper). When I printed my project I amounted to nearly 26 dollars, which didnt see right. When I went and asked about it, I was treated like I was an idiot, though I was never told what I did wrong for it to be so expensive. Instead the girl behind the counter just told me that I shouldnt have printed my receipt because now she has to refund my entire order (and she acted like that was my fault).I went and tried the machines again, and the same thing happened. When I made a comment about the work station computers still charging to much, i got a nasty look from the girl behind the counter.I normally come here once a week to print out packets, but I will not be coming to this place anymore
Terrible customer service. The sales associates seemed to be bothered by my questions and offered NO suggestions for my shipping needs. I needed to get an estimate for a large item to be boxed and shipped. The work on their computer was far more important than assisting a retail customer.
The staff at this location are always super helpful and kind. They even help me carry heavy wine shipments to my car!
Screwed up my order twice. Staff is impolite and apathetic. Theres another print shop down the road that Ive had better results with. I dont recommend this Kinkos location.

Went in to get business cards created and the customer services i received was terrible. He said could have helped me but wouldnt because he was busy.I ended up skipping the event because I couldnt get my cards created.Only went to this one because downtown was closed, will never return.
