I came into the Rocky River about 20 minutes or so before close. Keith was professionally assisting another client while Lashaundra promptly assisted me. The store was clean and checkout was fast. To top it off UPS carrier Brian stayed a little longer to take my parcels at Lashaundras request. Great team effort!

Appalled by the inhumane, amateur and unprofessional behavior of this location’s young staff, an elder gentlemen and the manager, Keith.Dismissed today for engaging in a heated debate re: their inefficient and multiple hands dipping in Cash Control — yet I was berated, disrespected and vilified, told I was to take the Fall for a deposit slip I did not Execute or fill out. Manager even threatened to call the Police on me — though he was the one raising his voice and treating me without dignity, decency and respect.Doreen is the only redeeming factor in that negative, toxic culture and environment. She is kind, patient, an excellent trainer and coach and “the Mother” of the store. Sweet of her to bring in her baked treats and cooking for her crew.

I have never sent a package before and was totally unprepared but the staff here is so friendly and helpful. I didn’t get the lady’s name but she’s so amazing, I was anxious about having never sent a package before but she made it so easy 😊 I will be coming here every christmas season.

Had a client of mine needing to sign some important documents for a contract but no access to a computer or her email. Doreen helped both me and my client out tremendously by printing off all the documents from the stores email, let my client sign, and then scanned all the documents back to email back to me. We wouldnt have been able to get this all done without her help, so again big thanks to Doreen and this UPS store for helping us get this wrapped up!!!!

On 4/3/19 at 7:15pm I went to my local UPS store (Rocky River, Ohio - store 1308) needing printing (complicated printing). The woman helping me was AMAZING. She was patient, helpful & never seemed put-out, even though she had a line of people coming in and it was approaching closing time. Additionally, she politely answered a customers questions even though it was technically after the store had closed. She answered his questions fully and thoughtfully, not at all annoyed. She deserves to be recognized.

Great place to get a PO box with a real street address. Its easy to access your mail box 24/7. The staff is always friendly and helpful as well!

Couldn’t be more friendly, helpful and always looks to save their customers money by making sure boxes are not when necessary to get lower rates. Worth it for me to drive the extra ten minutes to this store vs the Lakewood one. It’s a night and day difference; almost like two different companies. Both Mick and Nadine are always super helpful. A+ service.

I prefer to come here vs going to the post office. They are always so helpful and friendly.

I had a special antique shipment that the team at this UPS store took very good care of. Very professional and very reasonable prices.

I come here often. But I thought I left something in a package. When I called and asked if it might be in the package, without hesitation they located the box, opened (with my permission), and checked. Thanks!

Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Stopped in with 2 things to ship and no clue what to do. 4 minutes later I was leaving with everything taken care of. Would recommend this UPS Store to anyone.

I dropped off a package on Thursday at 6pm to be overnighted. Website says 7pm final pick up. Package was not picked up until Friday, and not delivered until MONDAY! I paid over $70 to overnight a cell phone that was accidently left behind by a family member. I called and they blamed the weather and said too bad. No refund.Terrible experience all around. FedEx from now on.

Very helpful, courteous and good service ~ love that its spacious and you can package up your box or have space to prepare your printing.

The store was very clean. A lot bigger than I expected. The lady that helped me answered all my questions, and even gave me a final price so I knew what I had to pay incase I decided to change my mind. I would go here again!
