I went to all the local shops and they were nice enough but the fella I spoke to here took the time to actually talk to me. There wasn’t anything in store I could remotely afford due to shortages (everywhere) but I left with enough information to buy a used bike to see if I would stick with it enough to warrant an upgrade. Always been a fan of Specialized Bikes so I found what we’ll call “The Beater”. A 2011 Crosstrail that had worn out old suspension forks. I took it to Highroller and they installed a rigid fork for me since this bike wouldn’t see anything more than bike paths and pavement. When the time comes, I’ll definitely be visiting Highroller to upgrade and retire my old used bike.…pics of The Beater

First visit to Highroller Cyclery and we were really impressed. They work with the local Little Bellas chapter and offer a discount for girls enrolled in that program, which is a huge boost. They were able to replace a damaged part on my daughters bike while we waited. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable, and gave us several options. They have a lot of bikes, gear, etc. there as well (see pictures)

I rented a Stumpjumper from Highroller to use for a couple of days while in the area. The team had it prepared ahead of time with height and suspension settings as well as the pedals I requested. They took a minute to show me about the equipment before leaving and I was off to ride. Thanks, HCR!

Can’t believe I’m just now reviewing this place! Easily my fave bike shop in town. Specialized is the only bike I’d ride from the showroom straight to the trail. That said, they can capably handle any mods, and oftentimes, the mechanics out back relish the oppty to cut loose once in a while. The faces in the Rogers store don’t rotate like in other buke shops, and it was a real treat to go in post-COVID and see everyone was still there, almost like they never left, even to go home at night.

Im from Texas. And I often come to bentonville with groups of people to ride. We always use them for rentals and service has always been above and beyond. Bikes are dialed. And they have always done on the spot repairs and stuff for me and the groups. I highly recommend this place.

Traveled from Little Rock to ride the Greenway from Bentonville to Fayetteville and realized too late that I left the battery for my Di2 sitting in the charger. The dudes at Highroller fished an old one out of their parts bin and sold it to me to save the day. A cool shop located right on the Greenway. Thanks guys!

Had a great experience recently at Highroller. First off everyone was wearing masks and they required their customers to wear masks which was a nice surprise. Everyone was friendly and super helpful. After visiting a couple other local shops with no luck the folks at Highroller were able to help me find the part I was looking for. While I was there I grabbed a couple other items as well including water bottles which all the other stores in the area were sold out of. This is a great shop and Id encourage others to make this their first stop if they need a local bike shop.

Of the number of great shops in Northwest Arkansas, Highroller is where Ive been taking my bikes for maintenance, and Im glad that I do. My last experience they were able to help educate me on how to do some repairs on my own and keep using an existing part I had, instead of doing the obvious upselling and charging me for a $100 part. I really appreciate their willingness to help me become my own mechanic, and save a few bucks. They will definitely continue to get my business!

We bought two Specialized ebikes. The one is great, but we had issues with the second one from the start. Although they did repairs to the bike, it still had issues. Today they bought the bike back. The man who helped us was a pleasure to work with. He was very efficient and double checked everything.

The worst customer service I have seen in a long time. One of the mechanics told us up front he did not care if they sold a bike or not. Their words have been backed up by their actions. I like my Specialized bike but wish I had bought it elsewhere. Specialized also receives bad reputation because of shops like this one. Read all the reviews, I am not the only one that has had issues with the employees of this shop. In fact, depending on how this all plays out I may be calling the owner. Already heard the manager dont care about customer service.

Awesome shop with a super friendly staff. They tuned my bike up to perfection, but unfortunately I had an issue with a tire I bought that was a manufacturing defect. I was super bummed, but the staff at Highroller understood me completely and replaced the tire at no cost to me, while also handling the manufacturers warranty work for me. Highly recommend!

I don’t even know where to begin. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I have tried this place twice. I was looking for a full suspension bike for my son. I went the first time looking for help on what kind of bike and size he may need. I was helped that time by a very sweet young lady. She helped me as much as she could and to the best of her ability. When I stated asking questions that she couldn’t answer a man got involved. He was very rude and indifferent. He treated me as if I was a bottom feeder. I was shocked. I was there width money to buy a bike. I left and told a friend about my experience. She told me that in Bentonville that the men at these shops treat the women horribly and with disrespect. She said that high roller is one of the worst. I told another friend about my experience and she told me she had had good luck there and to please try to get in. So I thought why not we are still shopping for a bike. I went back a second time and had an even worse experience. My son and I both walked into the store and we didn’t have masks on. The man that greeted us at the door was very rude and asked if we had a mask. I told him that I did not and I asked him if he had one. He said no very firmly. I stepped outside and spoke to him out on the sidewalk. I asked him what he had in a full suspension carbon bike. Once he figured out that we were there to look at such a big ticket item he softened a little. My son remembered that he had left a mask out in the car and went and got it. After that the man let my child go in alone to look at bikes while I waited outside. He brought the bike out with my son and let him ride it in the parking lot. I was there to get help and gather information and if things went well I had planned on buying a bike. This man did not take the time to ask me what I needed or what sort of bike we were looking for. I felt very strange after being spoken to the way that we were when we walked into the door. He left us outside with a bike and went back inside. He never said another word to us. I told my son to take the bike in and give it back. I took my business over to Phat tire and purchased a $7000 bike, less than an hour later. I will never return to the store no matter what people tell me about it. I have never been treated so poorly or made to feel so badly. I 10undred percent believe I was treated that way because I was a woman.

This was the second shop I visited in town and the customer service was much, much better here! The staff was knowledgeable, passionate about local trails, and even gave me trail recommendations and a map without me asking for them. I was there to pick up gloves as I destroyed a pair on my trip, and my one complaint is the selection for female gloves was pretty sparse, but I was still able to find a pair that I liked and bought, just not the brand/style I was hoping for.

Worst selection of parts and accessories. How are we supposed to shop local when the local shop doesnt keep any selections of basic items? Dont blame covid, because its all available online, or at a certain shop in Bentonville. Also heard the man working there filling a potential customer full of BS as I was walking out. The rich folk love it here, because its only good if you are walking out with a new $5g and above bike. High Roller indeed.

Just like every other bike shop, all the customers come at once and theres not enough staff. And, THEY ADJUSTED THE BRAKES ON MY GRANDSONS BIKE...NO CHARGE! Ill go back if ever given the chance.

Just brought my MTB in because the front brake was worn completely down and the tiny bolt that holds the old brake refused to come out completely when I tried to remove it at home. Branton (Sp.?) was very knowledgeable and helpful and got the old bolt out and the new brake in quickly and even included a service for the mechanism since the pistons weren’t firing evenly. Great experience with the shop and I look forward to coming back again in the future.

Me and my buddy hit up this shop on a pitstop of the days journey along the Razorback Greenway. My bike is on the cheaper end and had poorly adjusted brakes, which by the time we arrived here had become completely ineffective and offered me no stopping power whatsoever. The folks in this shop were more than happy to give me a professional readjustment, and after I explained the situation to them, they had me on my way with brakes that worked better than when I had bought the bike. We rode approximately 30 more miles after this pitstop, and my brakes continues to work perfectly afterwards, and got me safely to then end of the trail.
