I have known Kim and Steve since I bought my first Mastercraft in 2006. These are the nicest, most accommodating people you could meet. Customer service excellence is outstanding! I bought my 2nd Mastercraft from them 12 years later because of the service, quality, and caring environment in which you place your trust when buying a boat and having them service it twice yearly. Mike is great at service and repair of your boat. There is only 1 place to buy a boat or have it serviced- Ski and Sports!!!

Poor Workman ship, charge for everything, crazy rude too. Will tell you one thing and do the opposite. These people are unreal.....I wish I would have known how shady they were, I would have never let them touch my boat. Ended up selling it because they made it worse! Do not use these people. They do NOT stand behind their sloppy work! These people have a bad reputation around NWA.

My dad flew into town for a few days to visit the grandkids and go wakeboarding on the 2015 Mastercraft X10 I got this year. After thirty minutes on the lake the recirculating water pump failed spectacularly. We were done for the day and figured my dad would not get to use the boat before he left town. We dropped it off at Ski & Sports - they were booked up but said they would work us in as soon as they could. Wow! A day later it was fixed (and at a very fair price) and I was able to take my dad out on the lake a couple of times. Great people and great service! Thanks!!

Its like this company enjoys being anti customer service. My first interaction with this company was at the boat show where they wouldnt even speak to me I ended up buying a new boat from another dealer that day. Today I stopped by their shop needing a simple part and the sales lady was more than excited to tell me that I was out of luck and she couldnt help with any parts. When we asked if the salesperson whos on the selling for could help she responded he is selling it but it might take an hour youre out of luck

I and some friends have called ski and sports a hand full of times for parts for our boats. They will not give you any customer service on less you buy a $100.000 plus boat there. They simply will tell you to come in and look in there catalog for what you need. Very short with you unless they smell $. Had work done there before was not happy. Wouldnt recommend them.

Steve is a fantastic person, and his shop is excellent. Knowledgeable and friendly, been in business forever!

I have never done a review on a company before but I can’t not inform others of how horrible they treated us! We drove 2 hours to this mastercraft service center because our boat broke down and we had our yearly vacation in 4 days. They told my husband they would try and get to it, instead of saying there was no way they could get to it. At 5:00 we hadn’t heard from them so we called and they said they didn’t have time and that we would need to come and pick it up! So after 8 hours of pulling our boat to and from we are still at square one. I don’t think we are better than anyone else; all we asked was for them to let us know what might be wrong so we could maybe get something ordered since we couldn’t cancel our vacation. We would have been more than happy to pay for any time it took them. We have never been treated so poorly; the guy wouldn’t even look up from his computer to talk to my husband when he dropped it off and when we picked it up not a single person came out to us. We will never be back!
