One gentleman helped my wife and I when we first entered the store. Once he found out what we needed he turned us over to someone with expertise regarding door locks. That gentleman (Jack) was very helpful. His expertise included finding the right lock to replace the broken one and he told us that due to the age of our lock, the mfr. would reduce cost of the new lock. Finally he re-keyed the lock to fit our worn keys so all doors could continue to be opened by a single key. Nice work!

I love Garners. I get propane there and all other hardware related stuff. It is much easier than going to a big box place on the other side of town. They will also deliver lumber. Even if you dont have a very big order they will wait till they have another order in the area and will drop it off. Good place and all the workers seem to know thier stuff.

Ive purchased items from Garners for years. Top notch, knowledgeable people who still know what customer service is.

I ordered a MDO sign board on Wednesday, assured it would be in the next day. I received no call to update me, and had to call them 3 times before I found out I would not get it until Monday. They cancelled my order without asking me, and Johnny on the phone laughed at me when I explained the bind it put me in. When I called to speak to the manager, he patronized me and told me he was sorry that I didnt comprehend that it wasnt their fault. I felt demeaned, and unvalued as a customer.
