I hate that I even have to consider giving 1 star.We completely remodeled our forever home and ordered two French doors for the back of our house.After dozens of lies and failed promises to deliver the company shipped us 1 door, not 2 and insisted to me while on the phone that there was 2 at my house. They did this as I looked in the back of their empty truck. Seriously ....empty. The 1 door they shipped was even the wrong size. They gave us someone else’s door!!!This was in October of 2020. When we brought this to their attention they agreed to actually measure and build us the correct doors. This process to months abs included absolute lies as to arrival date. LIES! They drug us out for months. When they decided to deliver the “correct” doors we were out of town and asked them to wait until we returned. Not shockingly when we returned home there were two doors left on our patio.We finally got someone to install them and guess what, the doors don’t fit.....again. I honestly feel like this company and it’s salesman told us whatever he could to get us off the phone. I wouldn’t do business with this company again if they were the absolute last business open that sold doors in America.Incompetence does not even scratch the surface of how I will be sure to describe this company to everyone I know personally and on every social media site possible.Do yourself a favor, consider growing your own tree, cutting the wood and building whatever you need yourself before wasting one second with this business.Negative 100 stars!!!!!

Is zero stars an option? I would not work with Johnny at Ridout to order doors again. After spending days trying to figure out all the details related to doors, I gave my order for three doors to Johnny. At first he tried to tell me one door was not an option, so I had to show it to him in the catalog. He wrote (literally wrote out the order) that had multiple errors. After correcting the written order, I thought it would be submitted correctly. We were told the doors would be delayed due to COVID and given an arrival date 3-4 months out. Needless to say, they did not arrive when we were told they would - I will overlook COVID delays. Three doors were delivered. Our contractor called saying Ridout was looking for the third door - do they not know what is and is not being delivered? The patio door is the wrong model, material colors on trim were wrong, dummy door handles were not included, the low e glass was inserted on the wrong side. Johnny did nothing to correct the problems. Just said those options were not available. We called Thermatru and they confirmed the options were in fact available. Quinton, a manager at Ridout is now working to get the issues corrected. He has been very helpful. It’s unfortunate he had to get involved. If you choose to do business with Ridout on Hudson Rd and you work with Johnny, I hope you have better luck.

Ridout called me to pick up my backsplash order from the front office. When I got there and asked for it the guy who helped me just took my receipt and said go to the back door; which note there are 10 back doors. I explained i got a call that said it was there at the front but he insisted to just go to the back and did not even check anywhere for my order or with anyone because he was too busy w his burrito on one hand eating and the phone on the other hand. I went to the back and had to ask a few different individuals back there to guide me to the correct door; once i found it they also confirmed it was at the front and sent me back to the front store. I asked to speak to manager and the individual who helped me was still trying to give me attitude about it.

I started the process of a kitchen remodel (only cabinets and countertops) with them in Jan 2021, it is May 17th 2021 as I write this review. We didnt change the cabinet layout or anything just replaced existing. It has taken almost 5 months for this process. My cabinets were supposed to be delivered today so install could take place tomorrow....I had to call them to find out they werent going to make it today. Had I not paid in advance, Id take my business elsewhere. Very disappointed in the customer service and timeliness of this process. Do yourself a favor and find another company to do business with.

Great place to deliver, fast, friendly and professional. On the other hand the yard and storage area was filthy and very cluttered. Take Exit 86 go east about a half mile on right, go all the way to the rear to unload.

Johnny was very helpful in helping me with finding the right decking materials for my project.

Recently ordered windows hear. Took couple of months to deliver. Also they missed some windows while delivering first time. No information provided about missing widows, until I found it. Also didnt get much customer services. Waiting for my missing windows 😟👎

Called and asked for Quentin to quote a special order door. Explained this was needed as soon as possible. This was on a Friday morning. Didn’t hear anything back by Monday so called and left message to call me back. Have also sent emails directly with no return. Today is Tuesday. Called this morning still no quote said they would find him and have him call me back. Still no response. It’s now 4pm on Tuesday evening called again. Was told he is busy and would have him call me back.Guess if your not a high volume contractor you don’t get any service here. I have cash to purchase told them I needed to order ASAP. Guess it doesn’t mater.

Sad. Closed Sunday! It is Easter but may be closed on all Sundays.

It is nice to deal with professionals who know the business. I got the help I needed to load my lumber at a competitive price.

I asking for quote on the lumber, scot do for gentle, after 1 hour I coming back to buy the lumber and the manager say the price is change is double on the quote price, I dont recommend

We recently purchased new vinyl floors from Ridout and they did the installation. In addition, we purchased the new porcelain tiles for our kitchen backsplash from them as well. Ronnie Hyman came to our home and took the floor measurements and did an outstanding job. He measured everything perfectly and made sure the order was correct(no excessive surplus), and most importantly he made sure we were satisfied with the floor installation, which we were. My wife highly recommend working with Ridout in Rogers and Ronnie.

Ridout is amazing! We ordered cabinets, countertops, and a bathroom vanity + countertop from them. They are all STUNNING. Every person we talked to was extraordinarily helpful and the person who ended up designing our cabinets was an excellent listener- she heard everything we said and understood exactly what we were going for. At the end of the day, our purchase was exactly on budget- if not slightly lower than expected. If youre looking for a partner in a low-budget kitchen reno, go to Ridout!!! Theyll be there to help.

We work for a builder, and use Ridout regularly. Were always impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees, and with the variety of products that they carry.

This is a pretty rough place to get lumber; especially if you are not the average customer. Their prices are also a little high. Avoid this place unless you are a contractor with money to throw away.

Major lack of service, I do not recommend. I went in to Ridout on my lunch break to price our carpet and hardwood flooring and compare to my quotes from Lowes and Home Depot. I walked around for 10 minutes and no one offered to help me...they were all just conversing at the front desk. NOTHING had pricing on it, so I asked an employee for help. He said that the guy that handled the flooring was gone and no one could help me, not even give me pricing. They also, no not offer swatches of flooring for comparisons. The guy took down my name, number, and items that I needed pricing on and said that someone would call me...no one ever did. They lost a $10k+ order and any possibility of me as a customer for life. I HIGHLY do not recommend.

Its messy disgusting and nobody knows where anything is the yard looks like a pig pen I will not return. Theres only one truck driver that knows anything and cares and he wears a cowboy hat. Good guy

Saw their delivery truck driving like an asshat.Tried to call the store but no one would answer. People need to realize that when you have the company name plastered on the side of your vehicle, people will report you for unsafe driving. This happened around 6:30am, Aug. 18, 2015, headed north on I49 towards Rogers.

Decent staff- TERRIBLE lumber. I didnt realize how bad their lumber was until I had to go buy a few extra sticks at Lowes. It really is garbage. And their contractors price is still more than your local Lowes or Home Depot. I had a combination of 2x4, 2x6, 2x10s- different lengths. All trash. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for a straight wall.

I had a Nightmare experience with a local cabinet shop. Over a month delay for my business &still no cabinets! Not answering phone. Not showing up, Not returning msgs & so on.I talked to Russel at Rideout. He was here same day, seen what i needed & delivered product in Less than a week!! At a reasonable price. they did me right!!
