I attempted to buy a desk that was listed as in stock online. There was one fully assembled by the front door on display. The store had one desk left in stock but refused to sell it to me as it was their last one. Its beyond me why a paying customer cannot purchase something that is on display inside of a retailer and listed as in stock on their website. This place may be fine for stationery & pens, but if youre looking for quality service you might want to try Office Depot. I bought a chair at the OD location in Rogers for about $60 less than it would have cost at this Staples too.
I had some samples of my rehearsal dinner and wedding invitation suite printed here and the quality is great! The guy working the Printing Services was extremely helpful and nice. I also needed a few other items to put together my invitation suite. Since this was my first time in the store, I didn’t know where anything was and at least 3 different associates helped me find exactly what I needed. I will definitely be using their printing services to print my final invitations!
The payment pin pad was dirty looks like it hasnt been clean it had oil residue on pin pad. I kindly asked cashier if they had hand sanitizer, he looked at me if I was crazy and said Nah.
I frequent Print Services (&UPS drop off) at the Rogers, AR Staples... and have a great experience every time! The gentleman working today was super pleasant and helpful! Thank you for your awesome service!
Came in to have blue prints scanned and put on digital memory was told it would take an hour, however came back in 2 hours and was told they have not started because they had rush order. Would have appreciated a call or let me know it would take longer or let me know of the option of rush order.
Worst place. Stood there for 5 minutes while someone saw me and continued to go sit at a computer. Then someone finally helped me and passed me off to someone else. They didn’t have what I was looking for but when she scanned the bar code it showed they had one. She asked what to do if it wasn’t there but they showed they had one. Someone told her to order it. Why would you have to order it, if your system shows you have one? How about look for it? Poor customer service. I will never go again.
Staples is far and away better than any other office supply store in town. They have everything, including super helpful associates. Yesterday I received help from an associate named Nick who went above and beyond to find the product I was looking for. I wanted to take the survey to let leadership know how well hes doing, but it wasnt on my emailed receipt. Figured this was just as good 😊
Every time I come here, Kayla in the print center is so rude. I always do self service printing from a USB in the $50-$100 range which I know how to do. I only ever require her “assistance” if the machine demands it or malfunctions. Today it ran out of paper & froze mid transaction. She is always so deeply put out to have to do whatever is required and I understand this may interrupt other work she has to accomplish that day. I am not rude or demanding and I wait til she completes a task before asking for her help but when I walk in and see her working now I dread even completing the transaction. She just rebooted the system (it was frozen on “calculating job cost for a 7 copy, 7pg document) which still isn’t working (technical difficulty is all that’s shown on screen) which is 100% not her fault, but maybe someone could explain to her that it isn’t the customer’s fault either. I don’t usually complain about individual people because work is hard and I’m not owed fawning but civility would sure be nice at least occasionally. This is not a unique experience but it will be my last as this will be the last time I come here. Two starts are for the copier which makes nice prints when I can work with it alone.
John is the nicest and most helpful associate! We ordered a desk and he gave an update on every step of the way and even helped us load it into our van. Great service! I would purchase there again just because of him!

I used the Staples print service and experienced fast and friendly service. One of the employees called me soon after I played as the on line order with a question. Same employee called me when the product was complete. Bonus- they sell postage stamps and even had Christmas design, saving me significant time skipping the line at the post office.
I ordered & designed some business cards online. & was able to pick them up directly from Staples & I literally walked in & had my business cards handed to me. That was fast & the best experience. I would definitely recommend their service especially if you need business cards quickly without a long wait & possibly getting your order lost in the mail. Ill describe my experience as fast, affordable, & convenient!
Bad customer service. Staples is probably going to shut the doors here pretty soon.. they suck and pricey too.
If I could give less than a 1 star I would based on the service I received today. The man behind the UPS drop (unfortunately I think was the manager because he was loudly approving PTO hours with his staff) was extremely condescending and unhelpful. I asked two questions and his responses lacked kindness and good customer service. So rude. This guy needs a lesson in how to talk to people.
I loved Staples because of the good customer service. They were asking if we needed help or if we are finding everything alright, but not in an annoying way. If we said we were fine, they would leave us alone for a while. I also loved the organization of everything.
Went in to get a print order done, we didnt have a flash drive or the correct paper, but the staff were incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly. Left the store with a great deal on some prints that turned out better than we could have hoped. Would definitely reccomend!
The Associates at Staples have never failed to provide superior Customer Service to me. They are product saavy and I am always approached with an offer of assistance. Love my Staples Store!👍
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. The first time I came here, I needed to get some prints done, I had not done any proper preparation, I didnt have a flash drive or the correct sticker paper, but the staff here worked INCREDIBLY hard to make sure I left with a product I was very happy with, and for a good price! Today being the second time I came, I was in the store for maybe a minute, probably less, and I was asked if I needed assistance. I didnt even have to finish my sentence before the wonderfully friendly manager (who I remember from my first visit) led me to the exact product I needed. I really cant express how great the staff are here (especially the manager, who has helped me both times here), in my experience. Its a hard quality to find much anywhere else!
Staff was helpful, friendly, and efficient. They will meet all your print or copy needs! When my printer broke and I was in a hurry, they quickly printed exactly what I needed with no wait time.
Usually I love Staples. The employees are usually very helpful.I was in the Rogers, AR store on Friday 8/10/18.The store was a shambles. The shelves were barely stocked. Empty shelves everywhere. Employees were useless. I was looking for a bill book for my husband, who is a contractor, and the employee that I asked to point me in the right direction to find it had no idea what I was looking for even after i described it to him.That same employee was seen on his cell phone on a few different occassions and he wasnt helping any customers. I was so disappointed.
We placed a copy order online and were given a certain time. We arrived 10 mins after this, but it wasnt ready. The worker was not clear so we looked through our email for receipts, thinking we were at the wrong store. A manager came by and helped us, just because he saw us not because he was called. It took over half an hour from when the order was done for us to be able to pay, and the same manager had to handle that as the person at the counter did not interact with anyone while he wasnt there.
Had what I needed in Stock. Price matching was not an issue. Great customer service.

Do NOT ask these guys for an engineering or architectural drawing TO SCALE. The scale is printed legibly on the page, I just dont understand how what I NEEDED wasnt evident. Will not patron a staples for prints again. Unless its neurotically simple.
We have used this Staples store since they opened many years ago. The management at this store is subperb and that reflects in the employees. Always our first choice for office supplies.
I love the Arc planning system and it is cheaper here than online. The staff is courteous and helpful on every visit.

Went to store, told by mgmt they expected what I was looking for in approx two weeks time,I have returned to store 3 times allowing over 6 weeks to pass, nobody at store level now knows anything. I sent Corp an e-mail asking same question got a response that was talking in circles. All I wanted to know if my local store was going to carry a certain product I was trying to obtain. not a tough question.These folks do not get it at all, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! TERRIBLE!!! I will not spend dollars here EVER!!

Your printing services staff is not only useless they are also rude. I have a 520 page document I needed scanned and digitalized. The girl acted as if I was inconveniencing her to ask a question. And not once did she mention see elf service as a cheaper option to $130 plus I was quoted.I walked into Office Depot and was immediately given plenty of options to choose from... Self-service, pro service, even advice to try Kinkos or FedEx because he believed they were more reasonable.Get rid of those employees!! They are ruining your reputation. As they have ruined my desire to come back to the store.
Went in to find a hard to find item and the customer service was excellent.
Absolutely terrible. The staff just acts miserable. Waited in line forever and finally an associate asked her co worker to help us and he talked rudely to her saying he had one minute until he had to clock in. Finally he did and he condescendingly told us that none of the printers were available for the day and hastily pointed us to the self service kiosk. Didnt even offer to help set us up at the computer. Never returning. Drove off to find management outside on her phone smoking a cigarette next to the front door.
Asked about a particular product that the sales person had zero knowledge of and instead of asking for help or getting a manager, they simply told me no and they didnt know anything about it. Zero help and just lost business. I dont blame them totally for not knowing what exactly i was asking for but the attitude screamed that they could care less about actually helping me.
First off, called staples 10 times before i finally got an answer and when i did i conversated for a minute and the lady said sure come on up, we can help u today. We Went to get a diagnostic check on my computer waited 20 minutes for help then lady said she could help us after she checked someone oit. 20 minutes later she came back and said I cant help u but someone will be up here in a minute. 20 more minutes later a guy came up and refused to give us a receipt for our $3,000 computer and printer we were there to drop off. Really messed up.

After waiting around for 30 minutes today trying to buy a printer and asking 3 people for assistance and being ignored, we went to Best Buy. The same item costs more but the service we got was worth it. The approximate $200-$300 per month we used to spend at Staples will now be spent elsewhere. Id like to rate my experience with no stars but that isnt an option.

Yesterday I went to the Rogers, arkansas store to see about getting 15 posters printed and mounted on foam board and two banners made. The gentleman was very helpful and I felt very confident that I would get my materials on time and well done. I have had many projects done at various Staples stores around the country and had high expectations. Today I went back to add one additional banner and had the worst customer service experience ever. The gentleman I worked with before was not there and a young lady offered to help me after about a 25 minute wait. She took my USB drive and I explained my need to add to the previous work order. She told me to stay back (?) and proceeded to work at the same computer that the guy had used yesterday. She never asked my name, phone number or anything that she might have used to identify the open work order. A second lady came and said I have 15 minutes. Once I went through the whole scenario with her (they didnt talk with each other) she looked at the file, found the work order and then went on to helping other customers, not a word said to me. This went on for 25 minutes or so and I finally asked for my USB drive (twice) and exited the store. No need to complain to them - They clearly did not care about me. I own a multi-million dollar business and will see to it that we give no additional business to this store. In todays world of internet based commerce, a brick and mortar store has only great customer service with which to compete. Sadly, this store is completely lacking in that regard.

Says they accept UPS packages online. When I arrived at the store the shipment was REFUSED because it was being shipped to DISH network. I hate Dish too, but seriously??

In the middle of a office supply emergency I received no help. I attempted to call my local store during posted office hours with no avail. After calling the toll free help number to try and figure out why all five of my phone calls were turned away, the representative said that the store was busy helping other customers in store, even though the automated message stated that the store was closed. I asked her to call them herself and see if they had the specific item that I need badly. She called them and Im guessing got the same automated message that I got. Not open during posted business hours. Not helpful service. Nothing.
These guys stayed late to help me print materials for a photo shoot early the next morning. Thank you guys!
