I won’t be going back to this store. I am disabled and was in an electric cart. Had to ask for help to check out because I was balancing a oxygen tank. A 360 lb girl with a beard like a mountain man finally scanned my items but did not put any of them in my basket. I spent $171.00 there. No one offered to help me. Many of my items along with my oxygen tank spilled onto the parking lot. Some nice customers stopped to help me. Terrible service. I’ll drive farther to get a better store and it won’t be a neighborhood market or Walmart! Never giving them another dime!

I lost a receipt a few months back and went to customer service to ask if they could reprint it for me since it contained the pin to a phone card I had purchased a week before. The staff member I spoke with didnt know if they could help me since I had paid cash, but said they would leave a note for their manager and shed call me the next day. Sure enough she called me and asked me for some details later that day. she went out of her way to find it with whatever little information I was able to provide (date, time, which register I used...) She called me that afternoon to tell me that she found it and that a reprint of it would be waiting for me to pick it up at customer service.

Sunday, Walmart had no money, open the highest volume check out for cash, if the Federal Mints are producing more coins than in history whats up. Walmart not sure what you up to but this is not good customer service.

This is my favorite spot for grocery pick up. I have never once had a bad experience and the people are so sweet. Every single one has made me smile. This store is special.

Grocery shopping here made easy. Helpful staff & best of all, theres actually one or two friendly cashiers at the register(s) at this location who are willing to check out & sack customers who cannot always scan their own groceries due to various reasons. I intentionally drive several miles further from my home to shop this location over the Super Walmart near my home that no longer offers cashiers to check out my often full basket of groceries. Btw, several of my neighbors have chosen to drive the extra miles to shop here for the same reasons. Thank you for excellent customer service.

Its always a quick in and out experience. Everything is always stocked and where it should be. Never have to guess or hope that something I need is there and the staff is always super friendly as well.

I like the way the planning team made Cold food one of the last cart item. Less chance of deteriorating substainability. (Thawing of product prematurely)

This place is not far from where I live and it is very convenient to have close to me. While we here in Arkansas are dealing with a winter storm the market was not fully stock and some of the frozen food was gone. The fruit and vegetables was fully stock so that was a plus. They did have a super nice lady that help me so that also a plus.

Employees arent much help but otherwise a good store

Great pick up service! Order online at home and choose a store and pick up time. It works well. The draw backs are that you cant choose which apples or zucchini, you have to rely on a pickers eye and I often get things that are 1/2 rotten, go rotten in a day, or are the wrong food altogether. 2nd drawback is they often wont list all the products, or not every store carries everything... Then theres the baggers, 1/2 of them dont think. Anyway, a few bugs, but on the whole, works well and we are thankful for it.

This Walmart is pleasant, the staff are very friendly and down to earth. They are quick to offer help, and if they are out of stock on an item they hunt high and low in their back room for it.

I have used the pharmacy at this neighborhood market for a couple years now! Today I went to pick up mine and my wife’s meds! They told me mine wasn’t filled yet to come back in an hour and then we got my wife’s meds(2 of them). Well we left and got home (live quite a ways away) and realized my wife only had one of her meds! We come back after 2 hours and they said mine wasn’t filled to come back in an hour AGAIN and the same for my wife’s second meds. THEN we leave and not 5 mins later they txt us saying meds are ready! I’m switching my pharmacist ASAP!!! (The pharmacist said that they were on a hold but we have cholesterol meds). She tried to cover her butt!

I was really disappointed, at this Walmart because there is only one cashier where you can pay with cash and there was many people waiting since they didn’t have cards . I had to leave all my things that I was going to buy and had to go to another Walmart. If I had stayed I would have waited an hour in line just to pay with cash. They need more cashiers where you can pay with cash.

Very rude at stating the rules changing inside the store . The heavy set guy that was working on 09-6-2020 that afternoon was very hateful when all I did was ask for change . I did not know they were just low at that time . I had always gotten change their before . Sadly to say Wal-Mart use to be my favorite place to shop . Well not anymore . At all of the Wal-Marts Ive been in the customer service is rated very poor . No RESPECT! I will take my shopping else where from now . Their are lots of other department stores near me in Rogers that would love to earn my business . If Sam Walton was still alive he fired the staff thats not worth keeping. Barely any product on the shelves, very unorganized, rude employees, will stop using this one even though it is by my house, they have been so unorganized and rude for a long time

Customer service is lacking, if you find an employee they usually dont know anything or they are busy talking to other employees so you cant even get help. Half the time things are stocked extremely poorly, either not priced, or in the wrong spot! They usually only have one checkout line that has an employee so youll probably end up doing self checkout.Poor selection of organic items, and the options they do have are way over priced. I prefer Kroger, unfortunately we dont have one in the area because Walmart controls NWA.

They all seem old looking copaired to the one in Broken Arrow Ok. Also have a question... Why does the Arkansas stores around here have more product of what I use than other states?

Had lost my phones service a few days quite literally zigzagging every aisle of the store about three times using Wi-Fi they offer as a mere convenience services even when being in store for shopping itself LOL

The only negative thing with ALL Walmart stores is that you cant order full cases of continuely out of stock items. Their answer is, Whatever the warehouse ships, is what we stock.

The pharmacy is awesome, I couldnt afford all my medications, the pharmacist paid out of his pocket. I am very thankful for that. I dont even know his name.

Lets see if I can remember how Walmart is supposed to be and see how it stacks up to my experience this morning at this location:10 foot rule, 0 out of 6 associates. I entered searched for items I could never find, found something else and checked out. In that time I passed 6 associates who never even said a word. They were too busy talking, playing on their phones and just staring at me.Customer #1 is another thing their chant indicates. Well, I sure didnt fell like number one. O, wait maybe I was, maybe their version of number one is flipping me off and not wanting me to shop there.Congrats, that is just how your employees made me feel. I guess I should have opened the products I wanted to buy and left them there. It is obvious your employees didnt want me there, why should I want to buy from your company.

This is a quick and fast service neighborhood market. They have self service and excellent price. Im glad its easy to get in and out from the place. The place is well kept and clean.

They have a great selection of different things here. We usually come to this neighborhood market because they carry different flavors of the water that we like. They have a fountain serving bar. Great produce and the great deli where you can get meet and cheese for sandwiches and great homemade bread this Walmart does have the best selection of homemade breads.

I went in today to get deli meat. First off I walk up to the counter and no one is helping me... finally as a worker is walking away she tells the lady behind the counter that I’m there. She comes over and it’s quickly obvious she doesn’t speak English. There’s no one there to translate. I explain what I want, 1 lb Honey ham and 1 lb Sun dried tomato turkey. She nods that she understands but her facial expression says she doesn’t. She grabs some meat and starts cutting. She comes back unclear on how much I want. I explain again and point out the meat I want. She then shows me the package of meat she’s cutting...it’s some kind of peppered smoke turkey. I tell her that’s not what I said. I point out the two meats again. She nods and then walks to the back. She FINALLY comes back out carrying meat...now it’s Maple Ham...I can tell we’re getting no where. I point at the meats again and this time she says “no have”. So after wasting my time I just decided to leave.

I used to love going to the Neighborhood Market. But since the remodel I am finding they have gotten rid of some of the items I used. Sometimes change is good. Sometimes it isnt. I miss the old Market !

Very friendly employees, clean well stocked store!

I found everything I needed fairly easy. When I had almost scanned all of my items at the self checkout I noticed that I had forgotten about the baby bottles that had spider security straps on them. The gentleman at the register close by was very helpful and didnt judge. He undid the straps and gave me a 50 cent coupon for my next vist.

I really use to dread stopping in at this Walmart because the customer service used to be awful. The employees were as mean as they come. Now it is quite the opposite, they are as friendly and helpful as can be. I personally like the self check out and the gentleman that is always there is friendly and very attentive. When I had an error ringing up an item he was quick to help and even bagged the rest of my groceries. I also love how they are making fresh tortillas now, baking sweet Mexican bread and have a lot more items in the Hispanic isle. Kudos!
