I would give zero stars if possible. Recently I was prescribed a med that my insurance did not cover. The cost was $398 for one month. Harps had a prescription plan to get it down to $99. I told them that was still more than I was willing to pay and I would call the DR and see if he could prescribe an alternative to get in the normal ranges that was covered. The doctor called in another prescription and I sent my husband up to get it. The problem was that the new prescription wasn’t covered either and cost $150+. They did not relay this to me or let me know prior. My husband didn’t know and didn’t want to have people look at him for refusing the script. He is totally non-confrontational and has always liked the pharmacist. He asked why it was so much and it didn’t seem right. They sent him home with the much more expensive script when the first one that the DR originally prescribed would have been much less. I called the moment he got home and was going to take the unopened bag back and they refused. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION! We have been loyal to them for over 10 years but we will be moving our BUISNESS ELSEWHERE.

Always out of my antianxiety meds. This place seems poorly managed. Dont use this pharmacy.
