Was greeted and asked if needed help right away. Knowledgeable and nice people. 10/10 experience will be coming back.
Absolutely the best gun shop in my opinion. Super friendly staff, and they dont try to rip you off on prices. Just got my handgun for over $100 less than what other places around are asking for it! And offer concealed carry courses frequently and inexpensively at that!
This is a friendly gun store. They have a nice selection of firearms and accessories. I used their gunsmith services and was very pleased with the service. I just moved to North Rogers and live fairly close to their shop. I plan to buy a rifle later in the year and will definitely be visiting them again.
Ron and his staff are First Class.. They have Training classes to help you to become proficient with your new firearm.. Easy transaction on my purchase..Thanks guys!
Bought my XD9 there. Super friendly and informative. What really is appealing shopping here is their layaway program. I will be purchasing my new AR here. Young man behind the counter answered the litany of questions I had on the gun and was very helpful. Owner is really a nice guy.
Wow niceFast & Friendly, very convenient service by knowledgeable staff
Pretty nice store, nice selection of guns.Yes, most guys that work at small gun stores do not have the highest caliber of customer service...even though they should. Theyre gun guys, you just have to expect that they may not be the nicest or friendliest people youve met.
I went in here for the first time in a few years to see what they had. Im in the market for a 1911 so I thought I would see what their prices were. A younger guy in his mid to late twenties greeted us and was super friendly. I asked him about a particular gun with a particular barrel length and he proceeded to argue with me about it. I get that people at gun shops know stuff about guns, but they dont everything and this kid certainly didnt. Its O.K. to admit you dont know everything. So I decided to look at other guns, he made me tired of that particular one. He was being friendly and talking with my wife and I but then he started to use language I didnt appreciate. It was very unprofessional. Maybe Im old fashioned but I didnt like him talking like that around my wife. I wasnt finished looking but decided to leave abruptly due to his inconsideration and unprofessionalism. Im sure that not all of the employees are like that, but this kid was. Im still in the market for a couple guns, but wont go back there again.
Super knowledgeable owners. Good selection. Superb service agreement.
Kid (twenty something) behind the counter acted like I was bothering him by asking a few questions. I know that everyone in a gun store wants to act like a steely-eyed killer, but a little cooperation would have earned them a $700 to $800 sale that day. Instead, I walked out and spent my money at Cabelas.
Small store packed with goodies. Good staff that will not bug you to death and is always willing to help/answer questions. Will be back.
Gunsmith quit after disassemble of my guns. Shop NEVER calls back. They are not flexible (asked if they could wait till 5:05 for me, emphatic NO).
I highly recommend these folks, prices may be hit or miss; but the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Ive yet to purchase a firearm through them; but have been in several dozen times and picked up other items or just to browse. Ive been to most in the NWA area and for their size they have the best selection and customer service. After refusing to go to Ozark Armory every again these folks became my go to place.
Weird location, but good service and good prices.
Took my gun to get fixed here after the first place i tried said they would take 8 weeks for them to look at, 3 days later i picked up my gun in working order, it was fast, not expensive and great customer service, i will definetly be coming back to this place
It is actually painful having to write this review. I have been purchasing firearms from Ron, for going on two years. In total 4 firearms and a concealed carry class. I really enjoyed going to a local Mom & Pop store and conversing with him and Phil and their gunsmith, Josh. However, that all changed today and I will never be going back. I actually had to call the police because Phil threatened me which I captured on video. I honestly should post it so you know what type of children run this shop.On 10/3 I purchased an AR-15, which was advertised as a Spikes Tactical SP15 rifle. After getting it home and completely dissembling the rifle. I noticed, the only thing on the rifle that is spikes tactical was the lower receiver. The following day, I requested the actual paperwork. Come to find out, it was a custom built rifle and not a factory spikes tactical as advertised. I was also told that they did not have the paperwork and they would need to get it from the person who built it. Ok fine, if the parts come back and add up to what I would have paid for an actual spike rifle, no issues.Fast forward to 11/16. I go into the shop and request paper work again (after a month and a half they still cant seem to get me information on the upper portion of the firearm and I have been requesting the info since purchase.) I tell Phil that I am now losing patience and want to know what the heck I purchased since they falsely advertised. Phils Response - Its not my fault you are an idiot and dont know what you are buying.... Um excuse me? Riddle me this GI Guns and Ammo LLC... If I go to Cabelas and purchase a Sig Sauer Rifle, there better not be any other parts on it except Sig Sauer. Through all of this he also grabbed the computer monitor of the register and shook it in anger, as if one was going to throw something. Not sure I want someone like that around firearms, let alone running a gun store.Again, I hate the fact I have to write this review. I absolutely loved going into the shop and chatting with them. However, they do not do business honestly. Please do not go to this shop. Ozark Armory (which is under new management) will beat any price in the area. I am also a huge fan of Ozark Sportsman Warehouse in Tontitown. Give those two your business. You will get better customer service and will be treated with respect. I am blown away by the amount of disrespect GI Guns and Ammo have for their customers. Especially a customer who has spent close to 4k in that store, in less that a year. Also, to all the customers who continue to go. If you buy an AR-15... Make sure it i as advertised.
Not a big place, but they still have quality stuff.
Its great business for private protection for ur self and every body around
Bought my Glock 43 here a couple weeks ago. They were the only ones that had one in stock in all NWA, and $70 cheaper than Cabelas had listed. Young guy behind the counter was friendly, and the whole affair took less than 15 mins. It was the quickest and smoothest firearm purchase Ive ever made. No lines, or long waits, just promptly did the paperwork, did the BG check, and boom, I was on my way home with my new everyday carry gun. Ill will definately shop here first when I am in the market for another firearm. Thanks guys.
Had gun sited in. Today thank you vary good
Purchased my 1st carbin through them was verry happy with service and price.
Great bunch of guys, excellent one on one service.
Great place to buy anything great staff
Rude personnel. Will never use again.
Patient and good customer service
Staff was friendly, not alot of options
Probably not the best place to go to if you want to put a weapon on layaway, and there selection is a little dry
The best in price
