Buying a car from AL West has been an absolute nightmare. They were pushy and manipulative. Management is super slimy and they only care about making money off of you. Its been a month and they still havent given me my title or license plates. Now Im stuck without a car and when I finally got someone on the phone after calling multiple times they basically told me sorry, not our problem. Only nice to me until I handed the money over.

Took my vehicle to Al West Nissan in Rolla for a repair. I would like to say what a nice group of guys and gal to work with. Great waiting room area with a large window looking into a clean garage so you can see as the repairs are being made. They went the extra mile in seeing my repair was done in the same day I brought the vehicle in. To my mechanic, Pete, you da man.

My daughters car was totaled, and we needed a car. I worked with Alex, and we test drove on Friday night and closed on the car Saturday morning. After having my Murano recently serviced, from start to finish, I realized that my appointment was a Five Star experience. Overall, each and everyone I encountered was very pleasant, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. The Service Department completed the work within the estimated time frame, called about concerns that were noted during the customary inspection, and reasonable rates. To have experienced this level of service, nowadays, was VERY refreshing!!

I was in town taking care of grown son post-op and was overdue for service. Didn’t want to drive back 500 miles without service. They worked me in. While I was there someone took me to a drive through so I could get lunch. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Was not confident in my original sales person so I was introduced to someone with more experience who was able to answer my questions and was very knowledgeable and honest. No pressure to spend more than I could afford and I have not had any issues mechanical or other problems at all and I just paid it off a year early. I’ve been getting my Nissan serviced at Al West Nissan for 3 years now. The staff are always friendly and are very knowledgeable when answering any questions I have. They got me for life!

Service was fast, professional, and the service team answered my questions.The dealership charges a 2% fee on credit card transactions. What the heck?! I wasn’t told that until I was trying to use my credit card. Either bring cash or go someplace else. I can’t justify paying $20 on my upcoming $1000 job. This is just gouging people now.

Asked them to do an inspection and specifically to check the brakes because i could tell they were weak. They came back later trying to sell me tires.Asked them again to check the brakes. After taking the tires off to actually look at them the back brakes needed replaced..Did not tighten the lug nuts after taking the tires off.I drove away and start hearing a rattling so stop to check. Front left tire, the lug nuts were just spun on, not even hand tight.I think ill be buying those tires somewhere else...

Sales rep was awesome. The financial guy kinda talk to us like we were stupid because we didnt want financing through them. So waded up the purchase order on the way out the door.

Worst service ever in my life will never use Nissan again! They had my car 3 months and overheated it several times and then there were new parts put on my engine and they did not document the all they did to my car to cover it up!! Dave had such poor communication and only called after I called to ask to speak to a manager all they had to do was fix a sensor and fix my ac instead they replaced all kinds of other things that had no issues I will be contacting an attorney since my car still is not running right if I could give a 0 I would

We’ve always received excellent service at Al West auto service center! Yesterday, for whatever reason, it took a little longer than normal to do an oil change on our Nissan Rogue, and the manager came out and apologized and said it was unacceptable and gave us a free oil change. Thank you!!!

I had a code come up on my car. It is still under warranty. Stopped in the service department, they went out and read the code, ordered the parts and set up an appointment to fix problem. Got my car fixed in one day. They ask if I had another vehicle to drive while it was getting repaired. When I dropped the car off they ask if I needed a ride. Very professional and courteous staff. I did not purchase my car at this dealership but they certainly took care of my issue without hesitation.

I went in not expecting to be able to get a vehicle, I didn’t have any credit and I’d been turned down by more than a few dealerships. I had an electrical issue that I couldn’t solve myself so I took it to the professionals at Al West Nissan and they were able to identify a pinhole in a wire that operates the air conditioning unit but because of the fact it was grounding out on the frame it was affecting other systems and kept the car from running. I don’t know how they were able to discover this problem but it is amazing that they were able to fix it.

Excellent experience. Al west nissan performed almost all maintenance and repair on my former car a Mercedes suv. I took my current Mercedes 2014 suv to al west Nissan to avoid driving to dealer, from my past experience I know that al west’s work is professional and high quality. Darren and the technicians who worked on my car were very patient with diagnosis and very knowledgeable in their repairs. Darren advised me clearly of issues and that one alert may not clear on my can and that I may have to return. I am very confident abt al west service!

I absolutely love them and recommend that anybody else that wants good service and good people please go to them. They went above and beyond the Call of Duty in helping me I was looking for a good reliable transportation and I found it there and they even followed me home in my old car which is over 40 miles away and brought me back so that I could drive my new car home. All of the staff there are very wonderful polite and courteous and I couldnt imagine going anywhere else for another vehicle.

Service department is great, so was the salesman Austin, he was helpful and enthusiastic. The Sales Manager on the other hand, David, not so much.Used stock is overpriced.I get a sales call inviting me to come to the dealership to participate in a program that offers me more money for my pre-owned vehicle, that coincedently, this dealership has done all the major maintenence on. Get there, they offer me about $1,000 less than what my current vehicle Blue Books for in my area and about $1,800 less than a carfax report that THEY provided me said. Remind them of this Program the call was about...and inquired why the offer on my trade was so low. Get told that the sales Manager wont budge on the price because he was already offering me the full rebate that a buyer can recieve from the manufacturer, that he could have kept. Thanked them for their time and left. Go for the service, not the sales.

Al West was able to change my cars oil and replace my serpentine belt without having to wait for parts to arrive. While in the shop, they also cleaned out some animal nests and inspected the car for further issues. I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them to service my car.

Added features to the vehicle I wanted and were fair on my trade in. I drove 6 hours to this dealership and wasnt disappointed. Car was in condition advertised and staff were all friendly and not pushy at all.

They lie and wont work with you on getting a car you want. We had the money to put down but they wanted to put us in a old junk car. I would not recommend going there.
