Excellent experience. My Ram 1500 broke down in Rolla, MO. I wasnt sure where to have it towed to get it checked out to see what was wrong with it. A very nice tow truck guy recommended them. I called the service department before I brought the truck in and they told me they couldnt guarantee they can see it right away. The team was really nice and even let me bring my dogs into the waiting room. I was in and out speedy fast.

Hands down the best experience I have had in a long time at a car dealership. We had been shopping for my sons 1st car for weeks and had horrible interactions with other dealerships. Mike made this important decision easy and comfortable. Mike as very knowledgeable and you could tell he was a seasoned sale man. Shelby and Ricky were very attentive and kept me informed along the process. Their mechanics were very knowledgeable and accessible prior and post-procedure. I was told Taylor had the best mechanics and I now agree.

Overall the detail was good. Only issue is, when I went to pick it up, the “brake” like on the dash was flashing, so I tried putting e brake on and releasing in hopes that would stop the flashing brake light. But it didn’t. That’s my only issue.

The oil change there was very quick at a good price.

I was pleased with the way we were helped with this purchase. Our salesman was very friendly, professional and helpful. My only regret is that there was a small amount of damage to a rear quarter panel and it was never brought to my attention. It was unfortunate he didnt mention it.

After having the oil changed, the inside and outside of my car was covered with greasy oil stains. So much so that we could smell it while driving. We also had the tires rotated. Before rotation all tires had 36 psi. After rotation they were all over the place with 35 to 39 psi. The waiting room was filthy. My wife would not wait there. I walked her to another business and picked her up afterwards. It was our first and last experience with this business!

I went for an oil change, they removed the old oil, then never put new oil in, charged me for it and sent me home, where my car automatically shut down half way to prevent permanent damage from gross incompetence and driving with literally no oil in it. I had to walk to the nearest auto zone and fix their mistake! Ruined my day and nearly ruined my car.

Just took van for oil change and price quote for a spare tire. They did a wonderful job except now I have to do a lot of cleaning. Seems that they used greasy hands to open the inspection cover. Other than that not bad.

The communication from Angel was good, but when he was gone there were several things that were not communicated with me from the other people.Such as an additional repair that had to be done, an adjustment to my original estimate, that my recall was not going to get done because the parts were on back order and that my insurance adjuster needed to make out 1 check instead of 2.However, Angel was very helpful and friendly and I was very pleasantly surprised that my car was detailed when I got it back

Very thorough resolution. Oil change and state inspection, led to additional maintenance that was important for a ten year old vehicle. I have trusted the mechanics here since the dealership belonged to someone else. I will say it is slightly expensive, but for a quality job I am willing to spend a little more.

My daughter was working in Rolla for the summer and called us here in St. Louis in a panic after she hit a curb and blew out both her tires. AAA towed the car to Taylor, which was a choice made for us, but we couldnt have been happier with the result. They got new tires on her car promptly and even identified a potentially serious problem with the car that we will fix now that the car is back in St. Louis. We dont expect to have more car issues in Rolla again but if we do we know where to go!

Great experience at Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Sales rep Nick Peterson showed us a Jeep Cherokee they had on the lot. It wasn’t the exact one we wanted so he went and found the one we wanted while we were test driving another. Answered all questions and showed us all the bells and whistles about the Cherokee and he left nothing out. Ron the finance rep was thorough and great to work with. Would recommend friends to check them out if in the car looking/ buying mood.

Mike Miller was a mountain of information. Very professional and personable. However my salesperson was Nick. He was personable. However when I went to the license Bureau, I found that I did not have the title nor title application. Returned to Taylor agency and they located the title and had the title app filled out in about 15 minutes.

The staff is always friendly! I asked Dub to find me a car within my budget and he delivered. Jason in finance is really good at explaining the things on the contract that you may not understand. The service staff is terrific, when I drop my vehicle off they give me a ride to work & are great at giving me updates and letting me know when my car is done. Grady in parts is a good honest person when it comes to parts prices and if they dont have what you want they can get it in just a few days and he will give you a call when the part comes in. Not to mention the detail department. I got my car detailed when I first bought it because it reeked of smoke. The detail guys got the smoke smell out and now I take my car back every time I need a detail. I have never had a better detail then by Taylors Detailing! This was by far one of the best dealerships I have been to for service. I travel for a living and I’m in a different state every week! This service department got me scheduled in for a Saturday 8 am appointment on Friday night and my truck was done by 11:30 am They called with updates and issues found! I never had to wonder or worry I wasn’t going to get my truck back. Everything was completed to my satisfaction! If I’m ever back in Rolla and need service this is my 1st choice. Highly recommend them!

They did a fantastic job with correcting all of the imperfections in my paint. It was incredibly cheap to begin with but they dropped the price even more due to a couple missing body panels that were being repaired.

I have used Taylor Chrysler service dept on my vehicle since I purchased my Jeep in 2007. I had great service for all of these years, (with Jared as the service guy who always took care of me), until about 5 months ago, when I brought it in for an oil change. I asked the guy working at the desk(Shelby) to also have the mechanic check my tires for viability. When my Jeep was done, as I was paying, I asked what the mechanic said about my tires, and Shelby told me he forgot to ask them to do that. I then watched him go out to my Jeep and “knock” on my rear tire. He came back in and told me that they all look good. I was very upset that he lied to me, since I really had concerns about my tires. I decided to call the service mgr the next morning. I called and explained everything to Clint, the service mgr. He apologized and told me to ask for him the next time I came in.Then this past Saturday morning my Jeep wouldn’t start, so a friend of a friend came and jumped my Jeep. He told me to take it to O’Reilly because they can test the battery, so that’s what I did once it started up. The guy at O’Reilly said it tested “bad”, and showed me a sticker on the battery that said 10/18. He said that is the manufacture date, and said (by reading the top of my battery) that I have a 3 yr warranty on it. He said to take it to where I bought it from. So without turning it off I drove to Taylor Chrysler. By this time it was 12:20. When I arrived, Shelby was the only service person there that I could deal with. I explained what had transpired, and he then looked at his watch and said that they close in less than an hour, and the battery test takes 1 1/2 - 2 hrs. I explained that I live alone and have no family nearby. That this is my only means of transportation and I need to get it fixed today. I asked why he can’t just give me a new battery, test it on Monday, and if it’s not a bad battery I’ll come in and pay for it. He said, “I can only replace your battery AFTER we run the test.” I asked him what he thinks I should do, and reminded him that I live alone and told him if I go home and turn my Jeep off, it probably won’t turn back on! I then asked if I could pay for a battery today, then on Monday they could run a test on it and refund my money, if it was in fact bad. He agreed to do that. He called parts dept and said it would be $168.xx. I agreed to go ahead with it. When he called me back after it was done, he said, “Sign here.” I asked how much the total was and he said, “You don’t owe anything. I found out that batteries from 2012 and newer don’t have to have the test...” (or something like that) I was just stunned that after he was so insistent about doing the battery test, that it wasn’t even an issue.Needless to say, I called Clint on Monday to explain everything to him. He listened and was very understanding. I told Clint my biggest issue with Shelby is that he wasn’t understanding at all of my situation, AND that I don’t trust him because of how he lied about checking my tires.My dilemma is whether I give Taylor Chrysler my service anymore, for fear of having to deal with Shelby again, or do I go to the local Toyota dealership where my guy Jared went to.Taylor Chrysler is not the problem, they’ve always been really good to me. The problem is a service tech who isn’t empathetic to an elderly person’s situation, and who will just lie because of his failure to ask a mechanic to do what the customer requested.

It costs a kings ransom but saved me some time being out in the cold doing it myself. They got it done pretty quick also. If youve got the coin and like to procrastinat just drop your vehicle off here and they will handle it while you go home and nap.

Just traded my Ford F-150for a used CPO Ram 1500 Limited. My old truck was nice and actually had a few more features but I am really a Ram person.My new truck is really nice and drives and runs perfectly. My dealership experience was also great, I was given a very fair trade amount and my salesman (Paul) made things easy and Informal. I can definitely recommend Taylor Chrysler.

Service as expected and a price that was reasonable. The service manager was open to hear what I needed and delivered. That doesn’t always happen easily these days. It’s nice to find a product that always works as desired. It’s even better to find a service experience that does, too.

S&T Students Beware: I went into the dealer in December 2018 to check out a Jeep Cherokee. The salesman let me sit in the vehicle, but made it very clear that I would not be taking the car on a test drive. He said you arent serious, youre a college student. I took my time and money to STL and purchased a 2019 Acura RDX instead, a few weeks later in January. Dont make assumptions based on your theory. If I find his business card, I will post the name as a fair warning.
