It shouldn’t take almost 3 hours to fill a simple antibiotic prescription. They tell me it’ll be about an hour so I come back and then get told it’ll be another hour if not longer depending on how busy they get when I see how not busy they are watching them from my grandmas back porch. I am in pain and just want my antibiotics and be able to go home. Very unimpressed and disappointed with the service.
Pharmacy woefully understaffed such that even post-op scripts take hours to get filled IF they even have the meds in stock. Also, trying to call into the pharmacy is a joke for the same reason - takes them no less than 15 minutes just to answer the phone...
Whats the point of even having this location if corporate just doesnt care? How does this help the cvs reputation? Woefully understaffed, typically one employee in the whole store who has to be physically located in order to actually purchase your items. Corporate wont let them hire more people. Pharmacy ALWAYS has problems filling prescriptions. 90 day scripts are often only filled for 30 days. They call and say scripts are ready but when you get to the store they say theyre out of that med and to try again later...just keep driving back into town every day until its back in stock? Often no one will answer the phone if you call the store. Store is also very dirty, both inside and out. Its just gross.

Worst service EVER!! The staff really need to get a clue that waiting in drive thru for 30 minutes is completely unacceptable. And going in is no better. Do not let people drop off and wait in drive thru. This makes others wait unnecessarily and is just rude!!
Has to be the slowest pharmacy in the country, why have a drive-thru if everybody has to wait 30+ min for each car. Stop offering COVID Testing if your not going to staff for it.
I ordered photos the night before I need them and when I showed up at 12 pm the next day they were not ready when my receipt said my photos would be done at 9 am. When I got my photos they were awful quality and I was not able to use them.
Completely awful. Canceled my appointment out of nowhere with no explanation. No one answers phone calls. No option to even reschedule without going through the whole process again.
Brutal is one way to describe this pharmacy. Brutal wait-times, gross incompetence at a dangerous level.I go there simply because it’s almost free with my plan but I’m opting out at the end of next month. They have messed up my prescription several times. I almost always have to wait 30 mins. On top of that they don’t seem to remember when they talked to you. I talked to a woman about my order came back a hour later for it and she had no idea who I was.If you can opt out of this pharmacy do it. It may save your life.
This is literally the worst pharmacy I have ever seen in my life. They are understaffed, bad customer service and just dont care. If you call you have to wait 20 minute before anyone answers. My doctor recently switched my add meds from paper to electronically. When I went to go get it filled they didnt have a 90 day supply so they only gave me 30. What they didnt tell me is I wouldnt be able to pick up the remaining 60 later, because its a narcotic. I called my doctor, who is out of town for the next 10 days. They tried to contact CVS and the pharmacist LIED TO MY DOCTOR about the last time I got my medicine filled. If I fail this semester because of their stupidity Im suing

Please read.Wish I could give them negative stars, I would. My mother has been going to this pharmacy since she moved to Rolla almost two years now. I handle her meds and appointments. They NEVER fill the right script and she always runs oit before they actually refill the script, even though Ill call a days ahead sometimes even a week ahead. My mothers Doctor has changed, they have been informed of this many, many times. They still continue to send it to the old Doctor. I have wasted time and gas going back and forth because when I get there they messed up the script. They also tell me that they dont have some medications on file, even though they have been refilled there.
I called to have my prescriptions transferred to this store and the lady on the phone was super rude and acted like I was bothering her. I hope I never have to deal with her again!
Im from another state, and about four hours from home. I called to have meds refilled because they are the closest one. The lady I spoke with was not polite, nor was she even nice telling me oh I will just get to calling when I find the time. Really makes me respect my pharmacy back home. All the staff is so nice and respectful, they go above and beyond to help you. Will be making sure to get all my medicine filled before coming over here again.
Quickly walked in and grabbed a sip-pack of Miller Lite and and family size pack of Fun-Dip (typical Thursday) and went to the register but there was no cashier to be seen. After tapping my foot and humming Every Morning by Sugar Ray in its entirety, my patience ran out. I walked around and could not find a single employee. I could have just walked out with my goods but I was raised a good Christian. God and Jesus carved Thout shalt not steal with a pickaxe into stones and I intend to abide by that law. Anyways, I finally found an employee in the pharmacy section putting the sun tan lotion in order by SPF.
Store is decent. The pharmacist is nice, but the pharmacist technician is a straight bi*ch. I have to come in early if I ever want to pick up my meds because I work early. She treats me like Im there doing something illegal. Wouldnt be sad if she got fired.

Pharmicist does not know anything about the drugs in the store. Said CVS does not carry BC powder. Went in anyway since the website said it was in stock. Low and behold 15 feet from the pharmacy counter was the item. He could of at least checked. Didnt even know what it was..

Good prices for liquor and occasionally have sales to the point of 75% off on other stuff.
Nice and spacious
I dropped my childs prescription off at 3 pm they stated it would take an hour. I came back three hours later and they said it would be 20 more minutes. We have gone to several stores and my baby is asleep in the car. There is no other customers in line and it is one refil that I dropped off.
Sat on the phone waiting to talk to the pharmacy got over 20 min and finally hung up. Moving all my prescriptions elsewhere. Awful!
Pharmacy staff is very professional and helpful, the store staff are great as well. The prices however for everyday items are rather high (even for a drug store).
Worthless customer service
Extremely under staffed. Not efficient. Rude, dismissive, I was treated like I was incompetent. Ive been filling medication for a long time, I dont need some kid telling me what she cant do. Not helpful. Takes an HOUR to do ANYTHING! To fill up a prescription, to drop off a prescription! Every time I go in there its disorganized, long lines, slow moving pharmacy employees, no matter When you come in it will always be the same long slow situation.
It the only CVS STORE we have in our town. Its the only store that have some of the things I need.
