Waited almost an hour for my appointment to begin after check in. Others checked in for same appointment about 40 minutes after I checked in and were seen first. Signs posted for short staffed issue, but no communication of time frames were given and no positive customer service. I understand short staffed. I was needing to go back to my healthcare place of employment where we are short staffed too. No excuse for lack of customer care.

My truck wouldnt start after coming out of Walgreens, due to a weak battery. I went back in and asked the cashier if anybody could help. He went back and got Brent, the store manager, who said if I could wait 10 minutes until he was off duty that he would pull his truck over and jumpstart mine. Mission accomplished, and I was very grateful! Thank you Brent (and Walgreens) for service above and beyond! :)

Every time I go in the store to shop or use the pharmacy I have great service. Tonight I had a problem with an item I thought was on sale and needed to return it. I hate returning items to stores but Cesar and Lynda were so nice to me. I also much rather go to this pharmacy than others in the area too. Fast service and on top of communication.

They development my film faster then WalMart they try to help and are friendly

Had a good experience at Walgreens. Waiting in line for the cashier who has one of those customers that wants a discount but there is a technicality that prevents it so it takes 15 minutes to check out. A guy opens another register a takes me right away. He even helps me sign up for the new discount/ rewards program, you know the one where there is always a technicality that prevents you from using it. It was a nice surprise.

I give it three because they watch you like a hawk I make you feel like youre trying to steal something when youre not but other than that I have anything you pretty much want just very expensive

Highly impressed! During a recent quarantine there were several things I needed. My mother was having to run errands for me and I didnt want to send her in searching for specific products with everything else she was doing for me. On two different occasions, I called and the staff were kind enough to put specific items at the front counter so she could just come in and pay. Great service.

I am a senior citizen, and I needed a flu shot! I walked in and was given one in a timely fashion! My Medicare took care of it! I was pleased!

I love Walgreens. It has a great Pharmacy. Clean store. Great especially if you need something in a hurry.

Clean Walgreens store, and friendly staff. Definitely a quick in and out!Also something great for me is they have Android pay that works fast and works every time. Even the rewards card Works via NFC which makes things so much easier!

The people at the front counter are nice. Same with the pharmacy...except for this one older lady. She was rude to me every time I went up there and judged me for my prescription. Over time, I learned to let others deal with her by letting people go in front of me. So yeah, good place and everyone is friendly except for that one lady. If you get her, you will know who she is.

I went to Walgreen to get a professional passport photo. What theyve done was only taking a picture and printing it. What I can do myself with my phone even better with no charge! They also did not give me the photo file. Only 2 printed photos and I was charged 15$ for that! Its overpriced and low quality service!

Sidney in pharmacy is by far the best employee in your Rolla store. She is always polite and couteous and is the ONLY person in that pharmacy who KNOWS her job. Anyone else ALWAYS..ALWAYS. screws up my orders and she always has to fix someone elses errors!! She needs a raise and to be recognized as a true asset for your company!!! Too bad not all stores have employees like Sidney!!
