The parks department was very helpful on the parts that I needed for my lawn mower and the staff is really nice to everybody that comes in the door I recommend a place to anyone that needs John Deere parts
When you walk in here your greeted by friendly sales people who know what they are doing. They generally have the parts that you need in stock, not leaving you waiting on a part that had to be ordered. They have a nice selection from the push mower all the way up to field tractors and very nice lawn tractors as well. If they dont know the answer theyll find one. I have always been satisfied when Ive had to come here to get a part or advice. Very nice people here.
I stopped in to ask question about Branson 4020 issue with no acceleration after I put the bucket or blade down; the guy said I dont know much about them; I had the manual with me and I explained that I had it in gear and the brake was not on. His answer was cant tell you anything unless I see it; BUT he said why dont you trade it in on a John Deere?! I said do you think it could be the fuel filter? I have asked around and most people said it could be that? I definitely wasnt impressed with customer service here!!! WOULD NOT Recommend this place..

I am modifying my post from earlier. Which, normally I wouldn’t unless something drastic had happened.I had been contacted by Mark, the regional manager and invited to come back and visit and discuss what had transpired.After going over the events in the past, Mark had owned up to the shortcomings of the dealership. He had explained what the ongoing issues were and what his plans were to fix said issues.It was a very candid conversation that actually made me wish that I could be part of his team to help fix the issues.When you have a leader that takes the time to not only build a relationship one person at a time, but also expects not but a fair chance to fix what’s going on around him, you can’t help but be excited.Although the events surrounding my own personal experience had happened, I am looking forward to seeing where this particular dealership goes. Granted nobody’s perfect, but in this case I think this dealership is going to go places.

Its a good place I guess. Its clean and they have about everything you could ask for as far as John Deere goes but their parts are so dang expensive.
I have made numerous purchases from Heritage Tractor. Its always a pleasure to deal with them.
Poor customer service. Almost always have to leave a message, maybe they will call you back. Be careful what you buy, return policy is terrible on unopened things.

Bought a tractor. Bit pricey, but good investment.
Stay Away, They rebuilt an engine for us, cost us $5000+, and it lasted 40 hours before it failed again. Found that they mixed and matched Rod End Caps, which spun a bearing. As the 90 day warrantee has expired, they refused to stand by their work.

Worst place Ive even had any work done. I could have bought a new brush hog for what they changed me, and my mower still doesnt work.
