Dropped off a package for return, super easy and friendly staff!

I’ve been to many shipping store and by far, Nancy’s customer service is the best. I was shipping and packing with them and when she actually did the packing, figured a way to save me almost half by packing a different way. I’ll only use this store for my packing and shipping needs! Oh, and the rest of her staff are great, too!

What a great store! The employees are all super friendly and helpful and the services they offer are quick, easy and super convenient. Every time we go its a great experience. They have a notary too!

So sweet!Im a goth and people are often standoffish but this guy was super nice and friendly.I had to return something and i had no clue how to do it. I was super nervous and shy (Im 18) but he explained everything really carefully and was just super helpful.I didnt have to wait at all. Definitely would come back if I needed something else.Much kinder than FedEx.

Nancy and the team at the ups store are awesome. Printing, packing, and shipping services are excellent, and the daily pick ups that occur there guarantee a speedy shipment on parcels. Their prices are second to none on printing services and are professional to boot! I highly recommend their services.

I made a big mistake and shipped my package to an old address I had on file for a family member, in Salem. Thank you to Julie at the Salem distribution center, who worked out to retrieve the package, my family was still able to get their Christmas presents on time for Christmas! I cant tell you how relieved and happy I was with their incredible service!!! I am so grateful!!!!!

Super friendly and helpful staff - no matter what time I go in. They have me in and out inoperable quick, and do a thorough job with a good attitude and friendly demeanor.

Very helpful store! The employees are very polite and knowledgeable. Not only do I use The UPS store to ship by UPS, I also use it to mail my regular mail through USPS. I have also used their printing service multiple times.
