I last reviewed FedEx 3 years ago. Sadly, nothing has improved. I have been waiting almost 3 weeks for a car part that I PAID for shipping through FedEx. 2 weeks longer than it was supposed to take. Then, when it finally comes, they put it in the neighbors box instead of bringing it to the house like they did every other time. My neighbors address is like 4 inches tall and in black bold lettering. They stuck it in there anyway. Laziness! Sad thing is, even if these delivery workers were fired, they couldnt fill the position with anyone better. Fedex obviously doesnt care about their customers at all. I paid to have it delivered to MY house! Customer service was a joke. She said they would put a note on my address.

Vacation Hold is a nice feature in theory but it doesnt quite work. Package sent back to shipper without me ever being able to pick it up. That is only 3 days after the package being held there. I requested two weeks.

A Hobby Lobby package was left in the middle of my road Sunday August 8, not delivered to my house door. Luckily its a dead end street or someone would have run over it. It was addressed to me but should not have been left in the middle of the road.

Visited this location on Friday was told that the package I was expecting was delivered and sit on my front porch got a picture from the driver stating that she delivered it and where she put it on that day which it was supposed of been delivered on Wednesday, no package was delivered at my address, low and behold an older gentleman just brought the package that he just found on front porch he said they missed the correct address by a couple blocks! Really, she the delivery driver LIED! I mean really. I literally went to this location . To say the least I’m not happy and will seek further consequences to this matter within this office thru fedex.

Have been waiting for a package since last Wednesday. They said they tried to delivery but never leave a note. Also said at my Home on Saturday morning at 8:32 and we were home no one was at my house. Someone needs to get them GPS or teach them to do their job. I don’t get it.

Same as all the other negative reviews... Packages get sheduled for delivery and are delayed due to local weather for days until the weekend. Apparently the saturday driver for our location isnt lazy and finally delivers our packages. Meanwhile UPS is delivering out here just fine. This ship center should not be in buisiness as operated.

Had a package scheduled for Sunday the 14thRescheduled for the 16th, then 17th (yesterday) on the truck for delivery and delivery was cancelled due to weather, then today (the 18th) again unattempted due to weather and its rescheduled for tomorrow (the 19th). 😒UPS was delivering in the same area the past 2 days...I didnt think there was so much of a difference between UPS and FedEx trucks that UPS would be able to make it while FedEx cant 😑

The FedEx Ship Center offers FedEx express services and has a small selection of shipping products. The only thing that is a negative about this is the location it is extremely hard to find and is not listed as a resource on the FedEx site when you look up shipping locations.

I guess I get to apply for a lost vehicle title now, because our wonderful FedEx driver left our envelope at our front door, or so it says. I mean who seriously just leaves an envelope laying out somewhere especially with all of the wind and weather we have been having. The funny thing is I have been off of work due to surgery so have been home all the time. No knocks, nothing. This is not the first time Ive had issues, they will leave packages wherever they can lay them with no regard to what is in them or might happen to them. If the other reviews are any indication, the Rolla office needs an overhaul from top to bottom because this is absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered package 5/16 was supposed to be delivered 5/23, magicaly could not find my address, even though they found it 2 months prior. Rerouted to a local fed ex on site, guess what? Still sitting at rolla, mo 5/28. Lovely bunch of coconuts there.

Would rate it zero stars if I could. Have been waiting three days now to receive a package that tracking says is on a delivery vehicle, yet never shows up. Called to make sure it was actually going to be delivered today, and all I was told was, “Well it shows it’s on a truck, oh and they left late today.” To say I’m ticked is an understatement. Several people in my area have had to drive 1.5 hours to Rolla to pick up their packages for the same reasons.

I was told that Rallo location is operated by a subcontractor. They have old poorly maintained trucks, pay and treat their employees poorly. Have had packages out for delivery for over a week. Each day they scheduled delivery by the end of the day, but they dont arrive. If they know they cant deliver, why do they keep saying theyll deliver? No apology or guidance as to an actual date just tomorrow and then by the end of the day, which never comes. I would avoid Fedex.

This location has held my shipment since April 9th and has given me no scheduled date of delivery. Their reasoning behind this is because we are a business that must be closed because of COVID 19, but we are not! We supervise people on bond and probation, we need this equipment they are holding!!!! Our business hours were confirmed by a customer service rep early last week and they still havent shipped our package. And my company is paying rental fees on the equipment this Fedex is holding.

I order items online and the distributor chooses to ship through FedEx.I enter all of my shipping info correctly when I order the product.Packages dont arrive to where I said they should be shipped. FedEx receives my packages and issues an address correction to my neighbor (so corrects the name) and lists my other neighbors address (so corrects the address).This means I have NEVER received a package to the correct address. I have to reach out to neighbors to see if they have my package. I also receive their packages, even medication. My trust in FedEx is non-existent.

As for the Customer Service here, I have always had pleasant experiences with the two ladies that work the front counter. However, I will not use FedEx anymore, unless I absolutely have to. I paid for overnight shipping and that was three days ago. UPS was able to get my package from Tennessee on time, but FedEx was unable to do so (again, shipping from Tennessee). UPS has never failed me and I will continue to use them as our primary shipping agency.

Wonderful experience FedEx!!! An amazing woman, I neglected to get her name, helped me today. She was behind the counter when I came in this afternoon. She went out of her way to help me get the package I missed twice. Also the driver who made the extra stop, thank you both for going above and beyond. Merry Christmas!!!!

Only gave 1 star because it is Mandatory. In December I had a package being delivered.I called 3 days in a row and got confirmation that my package would be delivered! I even spoke with the shipping facility and they confirmed it was on the truck! Each time it was not delivered. Then, you agreed to Sat Delivery and confirmed my package was on the truck. Still no package, after I cancelled my family plans with my wife and 3 year old. I never got that package, it had to go back to the sender. Now a new shipment and I knew it would be bad. I paid extra for a specific delivery window. Tracking says it will be here Wednesday. I wait, but no update and no delivery. Then, it says it will be delivered Thursday. Again, I wait with no updates and it again isnt delivered. I call, they give no help, just say it will be sent out tomorrow. Then, I post on Twitter and get a call. This call was a joke! They apologize for the worst possible experience that i could have. Then they just say its delayed and if you dont get it you need to call the seller! No joke, I have experience doing that! I had no thought my package was lost until just now! Thanks a ton!!!!

Great Staff, Very Helpful. Had a problem with my package and the Women helping me was very kind and caring, even called before I arrived to get my package to let me know something had gone wrong. As for the young girl that delivers to my house, shes a bratt, dont even know why she is so hateful but she goes out of her way to be difficult with deliveries to me. She needs to be fired. Wish I had my regular FEDEX guy back. Ship Center is Great Tho. :)

Consistently deliver next door neighbor cannot read the address on mailbox and house. Not very responsive to complaint. I receive many packages a week from Amazon and am a prime member. No excuse for this. I understand they use contract drivers. They need to hire people that can read and think. Very displeased.

I work and ship with FedEx in an authorized ship center and 9 times out of 10 the service and prices are all very reasonable that I seem to use FedEx a lot more than any other shipping method now, but the one flaw that Ive found for not only me as a consumer but for my customers is that the town we live in only has one point of contact for any questions for FedEx and that includes us as an authorized ship center. Being that were an authorized ship center, our ability to look up the only phone number to the hub that makes a pick up to our store is only the 800 number provided. Thats not always helpful to our customers. If only it was as simple as googling the FedEx hub that makes our store pick up and provide a phone number would it make things much easier to get questions answered.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The customer service provided by the two older women who work the counter is horrible. The worst one is heavy set w/ short grey hair. She has worked there a long time. The other is thin w/ short dark hair and she is not much better. I have had multiple interactions with them both and they are always disappointing. They interrupt and argue with customers before they even know what the individual situation is. They blurt out answers before even thinking or listening to the customer. They are generally rude and very dry. Both act as though when a customer walks through the door they are being inconvenienced. They accept no accountability for anything either personally or professionally on behalf of FedEx. I have experienced their terrible customer service personally on multiple occasions and witnessed it to others while waiting in line. From this point forward I will do everything in my power, including paying more, not use any FedEx service again because of them!!!

Have not received a single package from FedEx in Rolla. In our house (7 people) we ordered around 10-15 packages (about 7 FedEx) the last two weeks. UPS always delivered on time. FedEx (US Postal service) guy showed never up. Was at home all day. In the evening the system stated Delivery Exception. Dear FedEx just sent out an email and tell your customer you dont care about his package and let him pick it up at the US Postal office. Would make it easier for everyone.

On vehicle for delivery. Say it will take an additional three business days for delivery. What kind of service station is this. Do not update tracking if it will not be delivered the day it says it will be in tracking. Pathetic service. They were not nice and I have filed a corporate complaint about the location. Rural areas should not get away with this type of service. Terrible displeasing and just pathetic. If I could put zero stars I would.

I was told they dont accept ground even though it doesnt say anywhere that its express, just ship center. So I was pretty surprised youd expect a ship center to be able to ship your prepaid package. They also dont accept packages after 5 even though they are open until 6. Not to mention in the past Ive lost packages but I thought I was just unlucky. Reading through the comments I see there are other peoplehave had the same issue. I use UPS and have never had an issue. Just had to ship something from work.Avoid this FedEX if possible.

I went to drop off a pre paid FedEx ground package on a Saturday. The worker told me that they did not take FedEx ground and sent me to the facility north of town. Upon arriving at the other facility, they informed me that this facility should take ALL FedEx packages, but they were nice enough to take it anyways. This place is completely unorganized, but I have not had an issue with the workers being rude in the past.

Fed ex is great anywhere but here!! Dont bother wasting your time trying to set up a delivery time because they wont work with you what so ever. I asked them to deliver an important package after 5 (you know, BECAUSE I WORK) and they said ok! Guess when they tried to deliver it? 2pm!!!! Now, i am forced to drive 30 miles to pick it up because they wont help anyone. We need a location at FLW!!!!!

You cant tell me every single package has to have a signature. I never sign for anything from any other shipper. Absolutely annoying, I cant believe this company is still in business.

As previously stated by others: If they are running late on your expected day of delivery, they simply code your delivery as recipient unavailable. I took off and stayed home all day to await a package that required my signature. At 8:00pm still no delivery, but at 8:02pm my wife and I observed the Fedex truck drive by our residence without stopping. Soon after, the online tracking was coded as recipient unavailable. This package contained critical parts for a project and resulted in the cancellation of a planned trip. Jerks!

My order is on their truck as I write this, its been scheduled for delivery all day. I live in town and have never had a problem with them finding my house, well apparently today they overlooked my packages or just didnt feel like delivering it. It has my dogs special diet food in it. So annoying. Do your job! I will be filing a complaint. Also very convenient, they wait until after the office has closed to update your package as no tracking available or undeliverable. Nice little scam theyve got going.

Ordered 12 jugs of mineral lick from Walmart. They were to be delivered on June 13. Daughter was home all day, no one ever pulled up. Got an email for delivery confirmation, but NO packages. At 9:00 pm, went down our long driveway and found the 3 boxes at the ROAD. One box was opened and missing one of the jugs. I have a long driveway, UPS has no problem delivering anything. FedEx driver is LAZY and needs to be fired. She is rude and does not do her job. SHE needs to pay for the missing jug, not Walmart. I contacted FedEx customer service and they said to contact Walmart so that they can do a damaged parcel charge back and tried to hang up. I stopped him and asked about disciplining the culprit driver. He said they would send it to the local store. I just wonder how they get away with being so lazy, irresponsible, dishonest, and allowed to just dump packages at the road. Do your job, people. Its our money not yours.

Constantly having packages delayed due to Customer not available or business closed even though Im homebound and am ALWAYS here. Sunny skies, no rain, no reason for packages delays except lazy deliveryman, in my opinion. Even called and complained and ASSURED package would arrive next day, and surprise, ANOTHER delivery exception on a sunny day. If I could choose I would NEVER use FedEx!!

Very bad service. I went there at around 5 PM, waited for 5-10 mins, and finally staff showed up. Then I moved my stuff to store, which needed some boxes to pack them. A few minutes later, they told me I am running out time to qualify for ground shipping and have to do express one, or come back Monday.

My disappointment is that my package tracking showed that it was received and signed on September 18th, but it was returned to the Ship Center for pickup but I dont see that listed on the tracking. My other issue is that I was not informed earlier than October 4th even though the center claims it contacted the Shipper (me). Also, why would you not leave a direct number for me to call your location to remind you that my location as the Shipper is not in your state, so I am unable to pickup my returned package.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! No professional skills at all. Was waiting on an extremely important document that the military had overnighted to me. Yes I missed the delivery man at 1030am but called and explained the situation to them, as to why i needed that document that day, no matter what and was willing to drive there/meet deliveryman. They reassured me Id get it. NOBODY communicates and all gave a different answer. So I drove down to the office and it was even worse!! The two women that work here are rude and argue with you when youre simply trying to explain something. They are know it alls and cut you off while you speak. Dont bother going in there with a positive frame of mind, you will be sadly disappointed. I STILL did not get my document, and filed a formal complaint. Obviously it doesnt do anything because all the reviews before me say the same thing yet theyre still working there.

I bought something from the Wal-Mart online store. It got picked up on May 1 And the Wal-Mart app as well as the FedEx app said it will get to me on May 3. I looked and it was in transit and in my town. Now I looked again it said pending. I called fedex and the guy told me I should get it tomorrow or the day after. I paid more for it to get to me. This is crazy Service.One disappointed customer right here. I might go with UPS next time.

Update, nov. 18’:still having issues with every box i get is crushed in now. it seems every time that i rightfully complain about my property being booted in or abused and destroyed that the damage gets worse...i dont know what else to do. my pets liquid medications where crushed in to the bottom of the box today by what looks like the heel of a boot or something extremely heavy, then left laid face down on my deck to where i wouldnt see the damage until i brought it in. is it because i complain? i dont know why this is happening and the damage is getting worse every time i say something..-2018listen..ive had 2 different pkgs broken in 2 days by the same careless driver. 1 was left on top of my banister right behind my front door by some special someone to fall, & the second was broken & never even given to me. CLOSE DOWN!.. im sick of loosing my property to you guys all of which where fine & safe until they reach only this location. We all want our packages to go through FedEx Farminton instead.-2016They miss-delivered my VERY expensive electronic to a different location, let a complete strangers kid who obviously didnt even have my name and was a minor! take my package, & sign for it!, & it took a sheriff to find it. That is not their job, its yours! They really shouldnt let anyone but the person on the label sign for the package that i paid extra for the signature for just to be sure that no one else would get my things. but still, they just glance at the label, mix random numbers together on my package, & deliver it there just to let some stranger sign it off & leave. Their website is a joke & you need at least a couple of hours to jump through hoops to just figure out who signed for your package in the first place because their customer care is a COMPLETE JOKE & they act like they have a big secret that they cannot tell you when they have gone & delivered your package to another address. Wont tell you the address of where your personal property is to save their own a*es so dont even bother. The FedEx guy took his sweet time delivering the rest of his packages & ignoring multiple phone calls from his superior, so i was forced to call the sheriff bc no one on earth could even get a hold of him for hours on end! This location needs to be either shut down for not giving a single f, or everyone needs to be fired, & replaced with literate responsable humans. The delivery man noticed that i had two packages within a close time-frame, & had the audacity to ask my husband in the second delivery if i was suppose to even have this package bc they where both from the same brand. first of all, that is ABSOLUTELY NONE OF YOUR G* D* BUSINESS. secondly, my house is the oldest home in the historical society & although it might not look like much, i really didnt appreciate the disrespect, the questionable looks, & attitude of weather or not i was even suppose to have what YOU ARE DELIVERING TO ME. Very Poor service. Package was shipped 9 days ago and has been at the local fedex center (Rolla, Mo.) for 5 of those days and still has not been sent out for delivery. I called them today (Sat) and they said it would be delivered Mon. I asked if this was for sure and she said no, it depended on the weather. It did snow a couple of inches the first of the week but the roads have been clear and UPS has been delivering every day. I feel bad for anyone who is expecting Christmas gifts to be delivered through this hub !

Not very happy with this location. On 1-28-2016 I tracked my shipment and it said it was at the rolla location and needed my help with the delivery and the delivery that was 82 miles away ( for one why is my shipment in Rolla when there is a FedEx in farmington 2 towns over from where I live) I have contacted them a few times 3-4 and here it is the next thursday and I still dont have my package. So my husband had to drive 82 miles one way to pick up 2 packages that they was trying to deliver in Rolla Missouri when I live 82 miles from that fedex. If I could mark 0 on this I would!!!!! Get your act together!!!!!

Package was out for delivery 3 days. No driver ever came AFAIK. There was someone at the house all day, two of the three days. The third day, someone was there most of the day. Our dog barks whenever a courier comes down the driveway (she is inside and is no threat to the driver). Im not sure if Fedex posts notices that an attempt was made for delivery, but I did not receive a single one. No door bell rang...it is readily apparent whenever anyone comes to our house.I doubt the driver even made an attempt to deliver the package. As a result, I have to drive across town to pick up something I paid to be delivered to me. Kind of like buying something from wallmart, paying shipping, and having to drive to wallmart to pick it up anyways. Ive received a tracking notification that informs me that this degradation of the service is a free service. Very disappointing. Never had an issue with UPS - this is what I expect from USPS.This isnt a huge deal or a deal breaker with Fedex, but it is a disappointing experience for sure.

Dozens of deliveries and they still cant find my house even though our address is clearly marked on our mailbox which is in numerical order on a highway. Today, after the tracking showed our packages delivered, we found out they were either stolen by their contracted driver or delivered to the wrong house and nobody at FedEx knows which because the driver is in the wind. Pay extra if you have to, but use somebody, anybody else!

I got a notice that a delivery attempt was made so I called to have it redelivered only to be told the driver marked it asrefused and sent it back. No one was home so it was NOT refused. This is the second time I have had an issue with this location. First time they would not deliver on dates we had set up but when I drove the 60 miles to pick it up I was told they didnt receive any notices on delivery dates and yet the package was not there to be picked up as it was on the truck on a day it was not to be delivered. Lousy service and liars.

Bad customer service. They would not work with me on delivery times. I work full time and I am not home when the delivery truck comes to my area. I called to see if they could schedule a delivery later in the day and there was no policy of theirs that would allow that. The office of an international corporation closed from 12 to 1pm for lunch is irresponsible. When the rest of the world takes their lunch they sometimes have errands to run, which cannot be completed when your office is closed. What a POS location. Ill never go back.
