Took an hour and half for 3 technician working on the truck to do an oil change. That’s not counting the person behind the counter who helped them bring the oil to them.Truck has to go back in 2-3 weeks so wasn’t going to the dealer and tried these guys for half the price however you get what you pay for.Not only new oil got inside the engine, it also got inside the cabin and on the hood. Got a good deal on tires, was able to schedule an appointment. The people seemed very engaged and informed. I saw the technician drive the car and then check all the tires after he installed them. I thought they did a great job. Do not be late for your appointment though as you will have a long wait.
Had an excellent experience at this location. Came in for a battery replacement. I knew my old one I bought at Walmart was going bad and was within the warranty. Angela was super helpful and professional, she checked the old battery right away and and determined it was no good and did the exchange for a new one without any hassle. Great service !!!
My visit was not as pleasant as I expected for it to be.My first visit was 9/5/20. I came in the Auto Care Center at this location for an under warranty battery replacement because the center in Niles, where I made my initial purchase, is closed due to Covid.I spoke with Marjin ( manager - I hope Im not butchering his name) about my battery that is dying out. He ran a test and stated that it needed a replacement. He asked where my battery was located, as it was not visible when he performed the test under the hood. I explained that it was under the floor in the second row. He asked if I could remove it for replacement. I said no, the center in Niles did the labor when I came in for a battery in 2017.He said okay and explained he couldnt get to it 9/5/20 and stated I would have to schedule an appointment. I asked if I could schedule an appointment for next day, 9/6/20, for replacement and he said okay. We walked inside and set up an appointment for 3 pm, 9/6/20.Appointment day, I arrived at 2:50 pm. The on-site technician, no visible name tag, took my keys upon arrival and went to perform the task. He came to me 25 mins later and asked where my battery was located. I told him the location and he responded that it was out of policy for him to perform this task due to where the batter is in my vehicle. I asked why and he said that he could not touch anything that could possibly be damaged inside my car to perform a service and he simply didnt know how. Unsure of what he meant because there was no visible wording to reflect his statement, I asked to see the policy he referenced earlier in the conversation. He mentioned that he would get a manager. I think its important for me to note that I had to let him know that he was making me uncomfortable with his hand and body gestures as he spoke to me. I also stated that I did not want to partake in a frictional conversation.He called the manager, Sean, over to assist in more depth. Sean reiterated a policy that could not be shown to me, the customer.Ultimately, after conversing with Sean for 10 mins, he asked what could he do. I Expressed that he could give me the replacement battery and reimburse the cost of the service that I would have to pay from a shop to install my replacement battery. He agreed.Sean was there to help, which is a rarity in todays service society.This is fresh and I still feel that Walmart should make policy and exceptions visible for a customer versus causing this type of friction and confusion for their customers.
THE WORST! Went in at 6:30pm on 04/16/2021 to get keys made but they were closed already. Online it says they close at 7pm and when I asked the rude old guy (with gray hair) he said they close at 8pm. I asked him if he can make keys for me and still said no. So I asked again what time do they close. He said 8pm. I asked him why can’t he make keys for me then? His response was “I don’t know”.

Service was great and they didnt push overpriced services or value adds. Got an oil change for $20. It takes 30 minutes. The waiting room is pretty dirty but Im not there for comfort, just an oil change. I like the service and Ill return in the future.

Absolute garbage of a Walmart. I had my jacket in my cart, I turned around and it was gone! In a matter of a few minutes, stolen! Maybe a worker took it thinking it was inventory, but not it was stolen. Then, I brought my car in for new tires. I got a quote that day for a 4 set at 1130. I came back at 430 to get it done. My car finally gets in the actual shop at 7 and after waiting 2.5 hours, I was told they dont even have the tires in stock. They then gave me cheap tires to make up for it and now my car wont drive right. Im going back this afternoon to figure it out.
The mechanic stopped what he was doing to help me right away, since I had a quick service request - it took about 10 minutes. I needed air in my tires and I couldnt do it myself, because my last mechanic was a disaster and put the wheel cover on wrong covering up the air valve. The Wal-Mart mechanic fixed the wheel cover and put air in all of my tires quickly and for free.
Very nice and friendly staff. All the time they offer better price and service. Very nice experience. Also they offer very nice warranty as well.
Have had 2 sets of new tires installed here plus rotations over past 3 years. Service can be slow but they do good work. It is better to show up first thing when they open up - otherwise you will be waiting.If you have any stripped lug threads or swollen chrome lug nuts, they wont work on your car. Repairing studs requires removal of the brakes - WM does not service brakes.
Good luck trying to get a hold of them over the phone. Youll get decent customer service once you are there and better prices than most places. Hence 3 stars.

Poor girl at counter completely overwhelmed on her 4th day but managed to get thru it. This store is usually pretty busy so online reservations are recommended.
Never again will I go here! Im pregnant and went in there with a flat tire. There was one person in front of me who was there for a tire rotation. I sat and waited 4 HOURS!!!!! it was a Saturday morning about 930. Only one guy was working and every time I looked at him he was walking around aimlessly on his phone. After about 3 hours they tell my my tire wasnt able to be fixed and I ended up having to buy a new tire. I asked to keep my old tire. Took my old tire to a little tire shop and they fixed it no problem. They are a rip off, they are unprofessional, and I will NEVER go back.
I went for a oil change. Told the gentleman what car I drove and he told me itll take 30 minutes. So I wait...hour later he comes and tells me they dont have the right tools to do the oil change. My car is a mazda6 nothing special about it. Every other shop I gone to did it fine. The gentleman I spoke to wasnt mean or angry he was a nice person very friendly.
I had hazard insurance on tire and not covered my tire Insurace even my insurance still good for 6 more month I have to pay for new tire buy tire from honest tire service who can covered with insurance They sell Bad tires I have to go 5 times to fix flat tires In one year

Worst service ever.. noone will pick your call. I had my own oil and filter. They said they will charge me 50 bucks because its fully synthetic oil. How can labour price be different based on the type of oil.

Wont work anytime near 6 says it takes 1 hour to mount 2 tires. It would take me 15 minutes at home to mount it without a machine. Ive never seen someone work so slow in my life.

It is first come first serve basis with an unhelpful staff, but with mediocre pricing it might be your best bet for anything that doesnt require a specialist. That said I suppose I would only recommend them for tires, or perhaps oil changes.

I had called this store at 8am to price check tires and was told they had them in stock and no appointment was needed for an installation. I go there at 5pm, gave the tire sizes, and was told they didn’t have the tires in stock 🤔. I told the cashier the tires are in stock because I had called earlier for a price check; then he say “oh, I had entered a number wrong, and yes we do have them in stock”. 😳 In addition, I was told it would be an hour and a half wait. Only to wait for 3 hours! 😢 The auto center really need some improvements, especially more workers to handle the high volume hours of operation. 😖

Would be nice if the had a way to request help to get a fishing license. Everything else had good and the lady that helped me was able to do things quickly.
3 hour wait to get an oil change, to only save a couple bucks, and still not get it because it was still going to be a few more hours. There were 3 guys working in the garage, but all 3 are working on one car at a time.

What a joke, 2 hours to get an oil change with no line ahead, and they put in wrong oil so have to wait for them to change it again. First time here and definitely the last. All techs move like snails.
Ha. Horrible service, more on the corporation rather than the people IMO. Bought tires online (good price). Forget trying to call the auto dept. Got there first thing Sat morning. Waited over 30 min. Started to ask another worker for help but the european guy said no speak english. Then they finally come out of the shop and say they cant mount 40profile tires because their machines will damage the wheels. Recommendation: buy from them if significantly cheaper, but just pick up and install elsewhere.
Never again. Quoted 1 hour and 15 min. Thirty minutes PAST quoted time, car still has even been started! Took my keys and left. Lesson learned: Walmart is completely unreliable in the Auto Center.
Horrible and lazy people...Only one man there who sent me away when I went there on a saturday for a flat tyre and later on wedensdat he said it will take an hour so I said ok when he found that Im patient enough to wait he said it will take 3 or 4 hours...I said to him How many hours you wanna add? he replied that he may not be able to work on my tyre because it is rusty...so I had to leave and go someplace else...btw there were only 2 cars being served there.
Bledi is the worst assistant manager. I called prior before coming to get an oil change. I waited almost 30 minutes to be told that I cannot get my car service. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I wont even bother considering the guy answering the phone could not even answer a simple question of how much to install 4 tires in semi intelligible English.

Horrible service!!! I went in for an oil change and the guy told me that my vehicle would be ready in an hour. There were no cars waiting or being serviced nor were there any other customers waiting. I went shopping through the store and came back in 1hr 20 minutes to check out and get my vehicle. When I got there, there were 2 vehicles being serviced and 1 vehicle that was just completed. They didnt even touch my vehicle. I asked why my vehicle wasnt ready and they tried to brush me off claiming that the others were there before me. THAT WAS A LIE!!! The guy at the counter walked off and didnt come back until my husband demanded that he calls a supervisor and give me my keys to my vehicle. He called the supervisor NATE and I explained the situation and as I was talking he walked off and went in the back instead of addressing my complaint and when he returned he told me that he could get the oil change done but I would have to wait another 30 minutes. At this point I was upset and told him to give me my keys. He didnt even care that they took the other vehicles in front of mine and didnt do anything to find out why the other vehicles were serviced first. He started to become frustrated because I wanted an explanation so I took my money elsewhere. He didnt even care to address or resolve my issue.

They took 3 hours for an oil change and I was the only customer there.Then miraculously they tell me that my car had a bad oil leak but I check my oil everyday.They only told me this after they gave me a disclaimer to sign and I asked them what it was for.Avoid this place they dont know what theyre doing and they will destroy your car.They suck!!!!!!
