Customer service is phenomenal here on a busy Saturday morning. I placed last minute mobile order to be picked up via drive thru and apparently there were 3 other orders with the same name. TJ handled it professionally and calmly and got our order out fast. This is my go to Starbucks and Ill keep coming back (with no more last minute mobile orders)

Typically, this is my go to Starbucks because it is fast and the customer service is great! The drive thru people are awesome. Today, there were different employees than usual working. The barista who made my drink was convinced I had ordered an iced one, but I actually hadnt. Since it was Friday and busy, I just decided to accept the iced one (to try something new, right?). I was frustrated with this employee because he was rude about it, and he was rude to his coworker (who was manning the window). All this to say, shout out to the young lady working the window. She was determined to make sure I got the correct drink so she made a hot one (even after I said no worries AND her coworker was arguing with her) and gave it to me, free of charge. This girl deserves a promotion. Thanks for being considerate and making someones day!

I just moved close to this location and have gone multiple times and there is always something missing when I order. I usually get a strawberry acai and breakfast sandwich and I dont understand how on a Saturday morning theyre already out of strawberries and the sandwiches. I understand there are shortages right now, but this has been every single time Ive gone over the past month. Sorry Starbucks, but youre losing money by not having items in your stores.

Take your order and wait until the window to tell you they are out of things. Substituted different alternative milk yesterday without asking. Drink was so bad I unfortunately had to throw the $7 drink away. Hopefully things start getting better

I am not a fan of the morning crew. Every time I visit this location in the morning it’s always something. Today I ordered a Green Tea Latte in the drive thru, I never said HOT or ICED. The order taker NEVER verified if it was HOT or ICED. When I made it to the window the guy handed me a hot cup. I said I’m sorry it should be iced. He takes it back to the lady that made it and said it should be iced, instead of them just remaking it and sending me on my way they had to sit there and talk about it. She responded to him saying “she said hot” and he said “I know”. There was no reason for them to have that conversation right in front of me. I felt that was very disrespectful. They basically said that i was lying. As a customer I should have never heard that.

I really like the ordering ahhead on the app and they usually have a lot of times variety of drinks so its a plus

They mess up your order every time. They don’t put a sticker. They mess around and laugh the whole time

Great customer service and Connor, the barista, is always enthusiastic. They makes drinks very well.

The baristas are always so helpful and cheery here, even when drive through lines are ridiculously long. I really appreciate that! Oh, and I have never had a bad drink from here, every order is made correctly and I always leave happy.

The staffs were nice. The drinks that we got were watered down and not dense like the other stores. And no, we dont have covid so we know the taste.

Starbucks is going downhill as prices go up. Sorry but it wasnt busy and they couldnt get the drinks correct. They were lattes, nothing complicated..

I asked they have a Chamomile tea. The girl said I dont understand . they should know what kind of product they have. Employees attitude are so rude and playing each other, not focus on their job or customers. They are throwing piece of rocks? ! (something) each other even though customer are in the store.----------------Now is 7:30 pm. The worker came to me they are closed at 8pm. I knew their closing time. You dont need to push get out of here to me.Sorry, I never ever come here again! so so so disappointing!!!!

My go to coffee purveyor, especially the Clover selections. Most Starbucks dont have a Clover machine and the associated special blends of coffee that are brewed in it. Absolutely worthwhile.

Quick turnaround but service needs more attention esp when hot drinks come room temperature.

I think the girl working right now is super high. Theyre needs to be retraining on how to greet customers and how to USE YOUR WORDS and tell them to have a great day. Dont just act like a zombie.

I dont normally leave reviews for chain restaurants but the staff seemed more attentive and interested then other Star Bucks Ive been to.

This is a very nice Starbucks with the same quality drinks and treats you come to expect from other Starbucks. The location is super convenient right off of Golf Road. There always seems to be enough parking for me when I stop by for a drink or to work for an hour or two. The staff has always been friendly when I’ve been there. Wish it had a bit more square feet, but I wish that of a lot of Starbucks.

I have no clue what it is about this starbucks. The drive thru people dont listen. They tell you to pull up before your drink is on the board. Id say 3 out of 4 times my drink is wrong. Yes I have a complicated drink, but at $6 it should be exactly what I like. I have had some pleasant baristas, but for the most part not so much at this location. It took 3 messed up drinks and having them argue pricing . Im done. Ill just drive the 5 minutes down the road to another. EDIT: The staff I had issues with are no longer their and the customer service is so much better!!

Another excellent Starbucks location. Fast friendly service. Coffee handed to me and was exactly as ordered. Friendly cashier said hi to the regulars and was as polite to me the out of towner as she was to everyone else.

Good coffee but guaranteed to give you a lid that will drip coffee all over your car. Had to take car to car cleaner to get coffee stain out twice.

No manager right now and you could tell. Lately out of many food items. Out of blonde roast a lot even in the morning.

Its a nice place and they are pretty knowledgeable about various types of drinks. However, their drive through exit is very poorly placed and could easily cause an accident.

The staff is so nice! I hurt my finger recently and needed some tape to hold my dressing together and a member of the staff was soo nice that he went looking for some tape for me! The staff and coffee here are great!!

I am a regular drive thru customer of Starbucks-Rolling Meadows. I am not into making reviews but I cannot let this one pass without giving due credit to one of the employees named Melissa (I hope I have the right name). Yesterday, I forgot to take back my debit card after paying for my order. Today, I was so stressed that I cannot find my debit card as I was driving thru to pay. Then with a wide smile, Melissa told me as I reached the window, Sir, I got your debit card from yesterday. I was so happy since my wife already mentioned about calling the bank to report about my lost debit card. What a relief! This simple act of honesty made me think that there are still people who are trustworthy. May this review reach the managements attention for them to be able to appreciate what kind of employee/s they have in this location. More power and God Bless Us All!

I stopped by this store on Sunday March 31 and ordered an Americano and a turkey/gouda sandwich.  The girl behind the counter/cashier took my reloadable-card and after she swiped it decided to throw out the card.  I told her I wanted it back, it has sentimental meaning and she said she couldn’t find it and give me a non-reloadable $4 card (that means nothing to me).  I had my card for several years....her reply to me was Im just use to throwing cards away. Well that is horrible, irrational behavior; who does that and thinks its OK to throw out a card without even asking if the customer wants it back. I AM SO MAD she was very aloof about the situation.  She commented on what a day she had and was leaving in 15 minutes. I wish I remembered her name, but she was a young woman order taken at 1:15pm/cst on 3.31.2019.  HORRIBLE Customer Service, if she respected her company and customers she would have searched further for the card she foolishly threw out.  My fault for not bringing in a manager. But NOW I want some resolution.  That card has been with me for several years and has been through several states, yeah is a card but it meant something to me.

I was in a rush at 7:15 AM and it took me less than 2 mins to walk out with my order. They were also incredibly friendly.

Went there once and it was super overcrowded! The crowd also makes the drive-through slow and them to make coffee even slower!

I go their on a daily basis, couple of times that I got my coffee is either not warm enough or its half way coffee. Customer service is good, friendly and fast.

One star! The so called manager Nick was arrogant, he dont know how to treat with customers! I just asked him extra whip cream and he told me that i have to wait and i was there standing with my coffee for good 10 mins. i was pissed and told him just say NO and i will move, the solution he offered me is that You can check my drive thru line, I am very busy!! How much time it consumes to get the whip cream dispenser and press the hand pump??? Horrible experience, not going to visit again!PS, the lady at the counter was friendly and nice.

I ordered a Iced Quad Espresso with Heavy Whipping Cream and a SF Vannila shot. Got my order down, and was very happy. Yummm... This Starbucks is very clean and has very friendly staff members who helped me decided what i really wanted to drink. The space inst too cramped and has plenty of table space for all. They also have the wireless charging dongles so thats definitely a plus. If im every in the area i would spend some time to enjoy the atmosphere while i have my iced espresso.
