I always buy my hair dye here and they were out. The truck was running behind. The lady told me to check back that it should come later that day but to call so I didnt waste time and gas incase if it didnt make it. So upon calling back the truck had came as did the color I was after. So the lady held it for me until I got there and was also very helpful with suggesting products I was after but didnt know what to get but upon telling her what I was trying to do, she offered the right products and they worked amazing! So thank you Ms. Maria!! Shes very knowledgeable and very kind. Sallys, you guys have got a great person on your team.

Pretty ticked off that I just spent a bunch of money in here and they charged me for a bag for my items! Not good business practices if you ask me. And on top of that, they are still forcing you to wear a mask as soon as you walk-in the door.

I love Sally Beauty Supply! They always have what Im looking for, and the staff are friendly and helpful whenever I have any questions. I definitely recommend Sally to anybody looking for some self pampering.

Whats with the charging of $.15 per bag? Why do I have to now buy bags in addition to the very expensive natural hair products I came to purchase?

When the pandemic started and just as mask were just starting to be mandated I walked into the store and the associate was at the back of the store and yelled out, mam you cant be in here without a mask. It was in a rude tone and so I walked away and havent been back. Apparently they are super liberal because its just mainly shampooBottles and hair color., but you can walk into grocery stores and clothes places and even though theres a sticker on door about mask, no one is policing mask wearing and its more of a to each their own Mask arenjust petri dishes anyway. I guess theyre scared someones gonna sneeze and its gonna jump in a bottle!I see their sales have gone down. Maybe they should consider its due to their strict policies

Staff was helpful, but called me a lady when i had a visable moustache. NOT friendly to trans people. Take your business elsewhere

The girls that work in this store are incredibly rude. They don’t greet you and they have attitudes when speaking. To top that off, the store is basically empty because anything you need they never have in stock. Do better.

We went inside was not greeted at all. The employees inside were more interested in dying each others hair than waiting on customers. When I asked a question, she acted like I was disturbing her. Will not be going back.

Went to store for curbside pickup. There was a sign that said, out to lunch be back at 5 pm. Me as well as 4 others waited patiently. It was 5:10 pm before both workers came back and opened up. When we got to the door for curbside, we all were told they were closed for the day. Even though the hours were until 6. My question is...why take over an hour lunch break during the hours of operation? And why both workers at the same time? And if they had to do it that way, why not just include it on their handwritten out to lunch note?

Customer Service is terrible and “top line” products are cheap. For 2 years I’ve used the Euronext extensions and they have been great, and they are about $150. Well they got a new brand in called Barely Xtensions ultra seemless and a worker referred me to them and said they are supposed to be better and they were $180. So I bought them and they are thinner so your hair isn’t as thick, there are less pieces, and the clip was already broken before I even got wear them. I’ve called the store and they won’t let me exchange at all or give me money back, they won’t even let me exchange for the less expensive extensions. So I called corporate and was on hold for over and hour and they never picked up.I called Sally’s again and they were very rude about it, but that’s almost $200 thrown in the trash. I will not be continuing my services with Sally’s and hope future customers do not have this problem because it’s sucks and there will be no light at the end of the tunnel with this problem.

Great service! The store manger was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She took her time with me and my husband. As we knew nothing about flat irons and brushes, etc. I haven’t been to that particular store in over two years because of the terrible service I received from the prior store manager.The other two employees were great too. I will be visiting this store often. I even signed up for a rewards (:

*UPDATE*I spoke to the manager and she’s was very very kind and understanding. She was quick to solve the issue with the rude employees. As I said I love Sally’s products and I’m so glad I will be able to continue shopping there peacefully. Thank God for awesome managers who go above and beyond! 💕 Truly felt cared for.They have extremely rude employees. I asked one of the girls there if I could speak to the manager she said I don’t know her number. I do however love there products, it’s just sad they don’t hire people with maturity and proper grammar . They were cursing indirectly and laughing . Very unprofessional.

Shout out to the rude ass chick on the phone who “don’t need hair extensions because she’s happy with her hair” literally asked a worker on the phone about the hair extensions they sold and if she ever worn any from there and her response was “I don’t need hair extensions cause I’m happy with the way my hair looks.” LOL OK and I’m more than happy to go to the Sally’s in Calhoun
