Im not sure which location this one is, but I love bath and body regardless. The girl trying to look like a dude and looking at the guys section was freaky, but bath and body products are fabulous!

Rude insistent employee who wouldnt leave us alone OR keep her distance came right up to my wife and didnt back up when asked but wanted to INSIST we wear a mask while we were trying to smell their cologne. She said Well, were a mask required store at which point I informed her shes now a customer free store. We were the only people in the place besides her but she insisted on getting right up to my wife and ignored her request to just stand 6ft awayThey need customers a WHOLE lot more than we need them. Even after this thing is over, well remember your pushy, insistent employee and we wont be darkening your door anymore. Plenty of other places to buy overpriced cologne.

I love this bath and body works. All the employees were pleasant and helpful. I also like that they take social distancing and wearing masks seriously.

Nice clean store but the workers were just there my daughter spilled her coke in the floor and the lady working the door just took off to the back room so I found pepper towels cleaned it al up never saw her again the other 2 ladies were just carrying on the person lifes conversation the whole time not offering any assistance of the product wasnt so good I dont recommend this store.

I sensed a bit of hesitation at 1st because I was exchanging a lotion that went bad but the sales person warmed up as she saw that I was purchasing more items and she was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I give this location 4 stars because of the staff. They have an amazing male cashier who is super engaged and customer-service oriented!However, this location has minimal stock. We just moved here from a heavily populated area, and our Bath and Body Works was fully stocked with all of the new and old collections.This one just has old collections. It almost looks like the outlet version in Dawsonville, and maybe it is.

Love walking into B&BW, it smells heavenly.

The lady that helped me was super nice and she hooked me up w some hand soaps that was on sale,anyways she got me what I needed and at halph prize.I kicked myself for not asking her name.Bath and odd at mount berry Rocks!
