My husband and I went in last night to look for a new mattress, and we were promptly greeted by Tori. Tori is absolutely amazing. She is knowledgeable and helpful. She knew exactly what we needed. We we’re almost going to buy a very comfortable temperpedic mattress again and then she took us to the Purple mattress. Oh my gosh!!! I’ve never laid on anything so comfortable in my life!!! The Mattress Firm is a neat and clean store that have great quality mattresses at competitive prices. They also have several different financing options. The customer service is exceptionally great. Your Rome Ga store is a waste of time! We bought a mattress on July 29th and were told it was in stock and would be delivered on Aug 5th and if something changed we would receive a phone call. We didnt receive a phone call and on the day it was scheduled to be delivered we went into the store to find out what was going on we were told it was pushed out to the 15th. Today the 14th we were told its not going to be delivered tomorrow. We went to the store and were told because of a global foam shortage it could be 6-8 weeks. I asked why werent we told this from day one, the salesman that sold us the mattress said he told us...lied straight to our face! We canceled our order and will go elsewhere.

First of all - we finally got a full education on mattresses and sleeping and the benefits of choosing correctly. Nick was excellent and showed a true passion for what he does. We appreciate that. We were only there to look and try out but because of his expertise and knowledge we ended up buying. We will be back for our next one as well. Thank you!!

Went in on Saturday to purchase a King mattress with my girlfriend on Saturday. Bentley, the manager, was working and thank goodness because he was incredible to work with. He has the best attitude, but more importantly, he was extremely knowledgeable about his products. He did not try to sell the most expensive mattress. He listened to what we wanted and helped us pick out the best mattress and base. Cannot recommend this store or Bentley enough.

The associate Aiden was extremely helpful. He was very informative, and helped us pick out what we needed. He also upsold us without trying, just by being honest. My wife has MS and he found us the perfect mattress, and suggested a free adjustable frame, after trying it out, we bought the higher end one. He checked every mattress to make sure whichever we wanted was in stock, or how long the backorder would be. He definitely made us returning customers, and made Mattress Firm a recommended store for friends and family.

Great at matching price for an available product. Three stars because I was told I could pick up my mattress in Kennesaw but was provided zero details on which location. The sales manager also seemed clueless about a lot. And when asked the dimensions of the box the Tulo mattress comes in, he couldn’t provide it. Frustrating experience.

The Rome mattress firm was all around a great experience. The manager was very helpful on our first trip there and even more helpful our second time after price comparing elsewhere.

Yesterday my wife and I left another mattress store around from Mattress Firm in Rome, GA just disgusted with the high pressure salesman who never listened to a word we said. We had stopped shopping for mattress at that time but out of a fluke we stopped in Mattress Firm. Our low key salesman was Prince Carter. He was good, very knowledgeable and listened. We ended up buying a mattress from him. I highly recommend him and the store.

I highly recommend not purchasing from Mattress Firm. I bought a Serta iSeries Hybrid around 1.5 yrs ago and had trouble since day 1. I called the store and they said there was nothing they could do about it, and for me to go online and file a claim that it has a 10 year warranty. I therefore filed my claim online around 4 weeks ago, and uploaded around 20 pictures as instructed, to be told there was nothing they can do about it. What good is stating that it has a warranty? I will never buy anything for Mattress Firm ever again and I do not recommend. RIDICULOUS WARRANTY PROCESS!!!!!!!!!

Had a absolutely awesome experience with Mr. William Couch. He took his time and explained everything to us we needed. He moved so many mattresses so we could try our mattress on the base we liked. Most of these 4 and 5 star reviews are paid reviews. Mattress Farm is absolutely the worst place to buy from. I know because I bought from them. Original mattress I choose was very thick but a lot of threading was coming undone. I went through their long tedious warranty return process only to have chose a mattress that is 3 to 4 inches thinner, very uncomfortable, and if I hadn’t sewn this one up, I would be sleeping on the box spring. When I called the Rome store, they of course told me to go through the same long tedious process. I told them never mind I’ll just be sure and let everyone I know to not buy from Mattress Farm. And yes, I am aware that I spelled their name “Farm”, intentionally because that’s what they do. There is no thought of quality with this business, only quantity.
