There wasnt much of a wait. The selection is good and all the prices are on the phones themselves. The employees were helpful in finding a new phone.
The manager went out of his way to help us. They worked quite a while resolving our issue. Very nice people!
Absolutely awful experience. My phone messed up on Tuesday night on my flight from California to here. It was still under warranty and this store said it would be replaced and the new phone would be shipped to my house in Georgia and I would have it by Thursday. Friday at the absolute latest. It is now Monday and my new phone is not here. I am in the navy and on leave, I can not postpone my flight and I now have to fly across the country with no phone because these people did not know what they were talking about.
I tried to trade in my phone for the new iPhone 13 and they made it the most difficult and inconvenient experience I’ve came across. Tried to call the store but got a generic Verizon message and was on hold for an hour until I finally hung up (this is after going to the store)
Went in to upgrade a phone and change one over to my old phone and as always Christian was a huge help.... He is the best service representative there and I will wait to speak with him about any phone issues that I have.....
Very poor experience, waited 30 minutes just to have the salesperson spend 7 more investigating the value of my phone to only offer 100 dollars in trade without telling me what he was doing.We asked about specials and he said there were none and he did not have the phone I wanted in stock as well. Reluctantly, we continued only to be told to go onto our own phone to order what we wanted. We left and when we went on our own phone, we discovered specials he apparently did not know about or simply did want to be bothered to offer. Overall a waste of time and pitiful experience for longtime customers. Would not bother to go to store, they will simply direct you to online avenues.
The manager and several employees were extremely helpful!! My Dad had lost his phone in a house fire and after spending 2 days and a total of 5.5 hours talking back and forth with the insurance company they were finally able to get my Dad a new phone. We were so happy with the customer service that Verizon has definitely found themselves customers for life. The 3rd party insurance company that Verizon uses on the other hand is complete garbage and their lack of customer service is by far the worst I have ever dealt with.

No disrespect to anyone, but the person we were assisted by wasnt knowledgeable in her products and lied telling us the phone we were looking to buy had features it didnt have. This person also wasnt familiar with the savings programs her company was offering at the time. We ended up leaving and bought our new phones through Verizon directly. Again, I cant speak for everyone. This was my experience only.
You are better off going online or to the Trion Store, this is a unless place to go, they cant do anything and dont carry anything
Colby is the BEST!! Have been dealing with an issue for almost 2 yrs, visiting several stores and many phone calls.... but he got it done. Took almost 4hrs and he was nice, polite and patient the entire time! Never once made us feel uncomfortable or treated us like we were a problem. Cant say that about all the people weve dealt with before.(We were almost ready to leave Verizon!) But he turned it around! Never had an issue at this location. Thanks again Colby!

As a Verizon customer for nearly 20 years, I am highly disappointed with the Rome location. It appears they continue to close every other week due to covid-19 from what Im hearing. They have poor communication skills. There was no note or anything posted on the door saying they are closed. To top that off I suggest they should close the store permanently in my opinion. It seems like they dont sanitize or clean their store often. I recently went in to look at a new phone. The guy who waited on me showed me the wrong phone that I asked for. When asked if he could transfer my backup apps, messages, photos,etc. to a new phone, he told me he couldnt because of covid-19. I left and later went to the Calhoun location for better service. Ill post the review on the location. Maybe Ill go back to the Rome location at a later date, but for now Im dissatisfied with the service there.

Austin was great helping us get my husbands phone switched over from a competitor. We had so many problems with it. I went back several times and he was always there and always helpful. He definitely went above and beyond for us. When I went to ask questions about the bill, another employee didnt want to help at all but thankfully Austin was working and he helped again.
Timely, helpful, and quite efficient. Had an odd problem that took a while to track down, but was found and fixed. Well worth the trip.

I recently went to Verizon to purchase a new watch. The staff was very knowledgeable and very conscious of their personal health safety as well as mine during this covid 19 situation everyone is having to deal with and they made me feel comfortable about it instead of awkward. I wish more businesses would follow these high standards and practices. Great job...
They get one star because I cant go any lower. Horrible experience. Ive been here before and I know there is nothing they can do about covid restrictions but there is no service left. This is a pick up spot only. You cant look at phones or price shop. After an hour waiting outside in the pouring rain I was sold a phone on the salesmans recommendation that cost over a thousand dollars and was never told the price or my payments. They were getting ready to close and practically shoved me out the door only stopping long enough to charge me ridiculous fees. When I got home and realized what I had I never opened the box and returned it. It cost me a $50 restocking fee. Dont bother going here but if you do avoid Shane.

Great customer service. Its a wireless store so it isnt cheap. They seem to have plenty of staff to keep up with customer flow demands. The store is well laid out and very clean and tidy.
I was at the Verizon store in Rome with my daughter who went in fo a upgrade. The store and staff was nice and knowledgeable. They had security there. This told me they were very concerned about everyones health and safety. The security officer was also a very nice, helpful young man, another good choice by Verizon. When my bill comes due again my contract is up and I will be a verizon customer.
I went to the CEDARTOWN Wireless store on February 18, 2019. The store manager, Joey Wright, helped me switch 3 phones from Sprint to Verizon. Joey was awesome! He was patient, knowledgeable and offered suggestions to save my family money. He explained about all of the plans Verizon has and made me feel like I was fully informed before my purchase. I want to praise Joey for such a wonderful job. I have never been with Verizon, but if the service is as good as my experience, I will be a life long customer.
Will only allow 1 person per account in the store at a time this includes if you have a minor with you. Called the Dallas and Cedartown locations and they both have no limits and longer hours. Guess Ill carry my business elsewhere.
Watch outTotal mobile protection is not what it seems.Also watch out for charges you dont get a receipt for. They seem to be good at that.Also $145 month for 1 phone is way off the low price they quoted and started me out at. Slowly start creeping up on the price

Because of company policy concerning covid19 its almost impossible to do business with this location. Spent an hour standing out in the sun. Saw a father with two young girls (with masks) get turned away. Policy they said permits only one customer per transaction, so the girls cant go in. Verizon cant be responsible for them while hes inside. So he left, not quietly. Its covid19, I get it but I wonder if Verizon does. The staff did as well as could be expected., but Verizons policies are not making friends. Ialoimpossible
The one person that could put the screen protector on my Note 9 was not.working. How can only 1 person, at a corporate store, know how to do this. Typically I give this store good reviews, but this was a great waste of 45 minutes and I still have to go back tomorrow.

I would have given 5 stars but I was promised my phone would be replaced by Verizon if I bought a certain case for $90 if ( ANYTHING) happened to it and now my phone is broke and they wont honer it they said.. told me only water damage was covered.. and just and FYI... You can by the case on Amazon for less than half the price of getting it here. But I will say they guy that helped me was very nice and I didnt have to wait but about 5 min to talk to him.

Hit and miss. Staff is nice, but not very helpful on finding a good deal for what you need and always bugging you about the next big thing for the most money. If you know what you want though, and make it clear you wont put up with the sale pitch crap decent store. Cell Service from Verizon though is great.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. My 3 year old had to potty while we were there & they refused to let her use the bathroom causing her to use the bathroom on her self. They were so rude, and acted like they didn’t want to help me since I placed my order online. I will never give this store my business again! If I knew the employee that helped me I would report her and the management on how terribly I was treated to corporate

This store Needs new employees . The lady that checked us in today was very nice told us there were two ahead of us to look around so we did no problem .we are existing customers of Verizon contract ends in Dec had a few questions and see about going ahead with upgrading as Verizon is doing away with contracts . The customer service girl comes over Things go down hill, we explained what we were considering and the phones we were considering getting. well she rolled her eyes at phone I wanted said she didnt like it . the phone has all 5 stars on Verizon . com people love it but thats not the problem she goes on to say we couldnt upgrade until Dec . even though it says we can at myverizon as long as we do the edge . we told her this and she said she had worked there 9 years and knows what she was talking about. I said lets go then she said O I found it but you have to give me your old phone now That wasnt a problem then when I looked on her I pad it said we would get a 150 credit if we traded so I questioned her about it she said we didnt qualify for that even though her I pad said so . so we walked out STAY AWAY FROM THIS RUDE STORE

Beware of their special tablet offers. If you get one, be sure to make them show everything in writing. I didnt, and it cost me $34.00 just to return it the next day.
Id say its my fault for not researching, but after years of Verizon, I trusted. Went for new phone, only bc had to. Got handled, oh this one is for you, o, it doesnt work. I ended up buying a 400 phone. And when I asked about internet hotspot, I stupidly bought a jetpack. Not knowing my NEW phone is one! Fool me once....mm

Ive had Verizon for over 15 years on multiple accounts and quite frustrated now. I purchased a new phone and went to get a SIM card at this Rome location. The lady there put it in the new SIM card and got it all set up but as we drove away I noticed she activated the phone under my sons line, all his messages and emails were coming in. Upon returning to the store her brilliant idea was to swap my sim card and his since they were both G6s and then she could fix it in her system easier. She proceeds to take my sons SIM card out and she GETS THE SIM card tray STUCK. She then hands it back to him and says sorry I cant do anything with this now. So here we are with it half out, jammed and we have to be the one to fix it. It would not slide in so trying to take it out it out it breaks into 3+ pieces and leaves some inside. Her 2nd brilliant thing to offer is sorry, we dont have tech support but since you(me) have an upgrade we can do that to your sons line and switch your upgrades. Ok, so now we have to pay for a new phone. But wait, I have insurance. We were then offered to pay the $150 deductible to get it fixed. When SHE/VERIZON staff took the tray out, it was HER idea to solve her first MISTAKE and then she gives us a broken phone for her 2nd MISTAKE. Verizon 1-800 line wasnt helpful and told us that we would have to go back to the store. Get this, upon all these mistakes from her she finally gets my card to activate under my line (she claimed). We get home and realize ITS NOT, she did the same thing again. THREE STRIKES. Under my sons account again. Completely incompetent and only offered to up-sale us or use our insurance as a fix HER MISTAKE. We did get a new tray and his card does read but now his SD storage card wont, probably because it ruined the pins when we removed the tray. Now I am Considering taking all my businesses to another provider.

This store absolutely sucks. Weve been dealing with them for two years and they never want to serve us every single time we come in. We stand around just waiting after someone asked us what we need. Then the dude behind us gets served before we do! Weve been here for an hour and all they have to do is switch a number to the other phone. This is absolutely ridiculous. After our plan is over we are threw with them. I have never in my dang life had such horrible customer service.

Tend to tell the sales pitch but either dont know or have been told not to include the not so great & financial negatives for the item that you are inquiring. They tell only the positives. Long wait times!
