Awful. Never again, I paid over $100 for just a small box of strawberries dipped in chocolate and some flowers. The website said chocolate strawberry, flowers and a fruit basket. All I received was a half dead collection of flowers and a small box of strawberries dipped in chocolate. No fruit basket, I will NEVER recommend to anyone. Id give a half star if possible.

My husband bought me 2 dozen strawberries for our anniversary so when i got home that afternoon i went to grab some and they did not look good at all! When i called the next day the person i talked to who i didnt know was owner was RUDE and questioned why i didnt call the same day! I didnt open them until 7pm that night and work the next morning! When i told her they didnt look fresh they were soggy she seemed to get irritated with me saying we must have left them out. I informed her they were in the refrigerator. She stated she would only replace 1. I said we had bought 2 and she kept arguing with me that i needed to understand she was only replacing 1. I asked for corporates number which she refused to give. BAD SERVICE. I told my husband NEVER to buy from here again! I did find corporates number and the refunded me my money! We gave always ordered from there and never had issues or bad service and for her being the owner she should be ashamed of giving that kind of customer service and mistreating customer!

Made an arrangement to have a fruit bouquet delivered to my girlfriends work on Valentine’s Day. I was not given a confirmation number nor was the bouquet delivered. I called the local store 18 times to no avail and the corporate office 3 times. I never got an answer. Update***** issue was resolved with full refund and a free 6 pack of chocolate strawberries.

I placed an order online and paid through Amazon. I got a call later in the day asking me to confirm some information...my name, address, and email address, which I did. Then, she told me my account was flagged but would not say why, some information did not match or something. I dont have an account with EA of which I am aware, and my Amazon account, including Pay, was fine. She demanded that I email her copies of my drivers license and credit card. When I refused, she hung up on me and cancelled the order.I called Amazon, who said my account and information were all fine (I order from them and others with it regularly and have been doing so for years).There was no reason whatsoever for this behavior on their part, it seems fraud-like to me and I am continuing to investigate.

I placed a multiple order for some arrangements, for some teachers at our school. There was a mix up, and Edible Arrangements made it right and sent out more arrangements the next day. Great customer service, on-time delivery, and beautiful arrangements. I highly recommend them.

WOW. Was out of town and needed to order gift for a friend. She had her arrangement an hour after I placed the order. Thanks so much.

So this just happened today....I ordered a 12ct gourmet dipped berries and a happy mothers day balloon. The driver shows up, handed me the berries and proceeded to leave. I asked where my balloon was, I received a dry call the store and get a refund, we forgot it. So when I called, after 5 min of being on hold I have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund, my lady is still without the balloon I ordered and no other options were offered. Takes 1 time with me I wont be returning.

Expensive but God to eat as long as you eat it in a time frame before going bad
