If you want it delivered by doordash how do you protect the food from the elements, the driver aka floating particles.. etc I dont want to order and it not be properly protected.. Update: Thanks for your response this puts my mind at ease!

Yogurt was delicious. Employees were friendly. Yogurt is slightly overpriced, but it is based on weight. I won 2 gift cards on Facebook and used them in the store today. Plenty of toppings it was slightly overwhelming. I will definitely be back as this was my first visit. :)

This is one of our favorite places to grab a treat when we visit Rome, GA. They have excellent flavor options, a great selection of toppings, and a friendly staff.

Only frozen yogurt place around now. Just wish they had more sugar free choices. Its good anyway.

My Mother lives across the street at Fifth Avenue Rehab and my Sister brings her Sweet Frogs frequently. Today we took an outing and she loved tasting the other flavors. She enjoyed the experience of the different flavors but still likes the Strawberry best. The Staff are always Super Friendly. One was gracious enough to snap this picture for us. Thank you Sweet Frogs for making our Mamas day brighter.

Great frozen yogurt place. Although the flavors are limited, the topping bar seems endless, so it is great if you love the toppings more than the yogurt...like me. The environment is small yet modern and provides a great place to eat sweets! It can get pricey if you fill the bowl to the brim, but I suggest not getting more than you can actually eat to save money and product. Definitely recommend!

We have eaten here many times and have been pleased. I’m going to say something a little negative but you’re still getting 5 stars for past experiences.We came in Sunday night only to find that the one thing my girlfriend can eat there(sugar free/fat free) was out of order. Why is there only one selection available in sugar free/fat free? It was disappointing driving from LaFayette to eat there only to find that the one thing she could eat wasn’t available.Oh well. Next time.

So we have been in this Rome location many times they have great yogurt tasts wonderful, It is some of the most flavorful yogurt you can find we drop in on Sundays as a little family treat. Unfortunately we just found out today that they are cheating their customers in their rewards program, We got our usual text small for $4 medium for $6 or large for $8 unfortunately when we went in to get our yogurt today we were charged full price, So after returning To the car to check my text to see what it actually said, I promptly returned to the cash year to inquire why she hadnt given us our discount, even though she took down my rewards #. We were told that they were instructed not to give the discount unless you asked for it, that they needed to save money, & that we could come back tomorrow it would still be good then, we live over an hour away, which is aside the point. I can not tell you how many times we have went in & treated the family spending $20-$30 each time, & my mind goes back to the sheet of paper on the counter with all the other loyal customers who were cheated today because their #s were wrote down instead of being punched in at checkout. As much as I love there yogurt We will not likely return after today.

This place is really clean. The toppings seam fresh and the yogurt tastes so good. The interior is so pretty too. The seating looks a bit worn but as long as everything is clean I dont mind.

We held our 3 year olds birthday party at Sweet Frog over the weekend. Best Birthday so far FOR SURE. The staff was extremely helpful, as well as the owner. Our daughter loved her party as did the other guests. We were already frequent visitors of the store but will definitely do more parties there in the future. If you are looking for the perfect spot for a fun birthday or just a nice treat this is the place!!!!!!

My husband, daughter and I went in a week ago and bought three yogurts and it was $10 and delicious. We go in last night with our same daughter and our other daughter as well, and we were told that they had to be weighed separately and it was $20 four four yogurts. A family of four comes in behind us and theirs is weighed all together, and doesnt cost that much. Our last visit was weighed together not separate.

Great place and the staff is excellent. My son, naturally, dropped his frozen yogurt and the gentleman working offered him a new one right away. Very friendly and helpful.

Awesome Froyo Im new to froyo so this was a awesome little treat for me I cant eat a lot of ice cream because of a dairy allergy so their dairy free is a great little treat it is a little on the $$ side but overall worth every cent.

Always clean and no matter who is working they are always friendly. I also like they have the test cups so you can try the flavor before you get it.

Froyo is cheap and tasty, and the topping selection is acceptable. Staff always seems indifferent though, and its impossible to fine a clean table.

Service was horrible, the worst I have ever seen it, have been there many times always great

No variety, the selection is always the same and never changes, with very limited dairy free options. We have been here at least a hundred times and usually the tables are dirty and sticky,
